The breakfast buffet was good, with different options. The location was great, really close to the main train station and a subway station. Very good restaurants in the area, especially the Balkan one Sarajevo. The room was basic, but very clean and neat with everything you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, they helped me with recommendations and they were very quick when I requested them to prolong my stay! I could also leave my bags in their luggage storage after I checked out.

Be aware they charge different prices based on the day of the week. When I wanted to prolong my stay for a third night (from Saturday to Sunday), the rate was around 35 EUR higher than the one I paid for the previous days.

Hotel is great, we had a perfect stay. The location is good (in 10 minutes from main train station). The room was clean and all described facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

There wasn’t a kettle in the room, but receptionist kindly offered hot water from the reception.

(3) 4 minutes walk to the centre train station. (4)Extra pillows upon request. (5) Friendly and helpful staffs. (6)we love the shower head, the pressure of the water is better than a five star hotel, the glass door is useful, preventing water from wetting the other part of the wash room. (7) the fan is good for warm weather in April.

The fan stops at the maximum timer of six hours. So we have to wake up in the middle of night to switch it on again…..which made us unable to sleep through the night.

We loved spacious rooms and we booked 4 rooms for the group. It was a great experince to stay in Rudy regarding closure to Wien Haupbaunuf and the breakafast was Ok, but they could have put more different types of cheese. Actually good enough to eat.

Great location near the main train station but in a small side street so really quiet. Only 3 mins walk to underground station with frequent tube trains into the centre, only 3 stops. But the hotel is close to Schlossgarten Belvedere and the kiss painting, less than 10 mins walk. Really clean rooms and massive breakfast buffet. With lots of cake too! It used to be an old student accommodation block but now permanent hotel, run on ethical grounds and not for roost. Brand new bathroom and comfy beds.

Fridge in room was noisy so we had to unplug it.

When I arrived, the window was open in the room and there were a lot of midges, but I understand that with the arrival of spring this is inevitable, but alternatively you can hang nets on the windows. The handle of the hair dryer was a little dirty and sticky, it was not very pleasant to touch, and at breakfast I came across a plate covered in grease, I asked to take it away and took new one. But in general, I really liked this hotel and I would come here again.

The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are nice, clean. What really makes this place special is the location and the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, every piece of furniture and décor seems to have both a purpose and aesthetic value. It feels cozy, warm, and unique. The garden is another highlight: beautifully arranged and lush, it gives you the feeling of dining in a botanical garden rather than between apartment blocks. Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for a clean, peaceful place to stay with a truly memorable breakfast experience and great location.

Nice place to stay. Spacious basic twin room. No nonsense, just all that you need. Enough hooks and cupboards, extra pillows at the reception..Friendly helpfull staff. Very clean. Quiet. Small well functioning bathroom that felt pretty spacious due to the well thought design. Fabulous breakfast (not included) from ratatouille to sweet cakes. Find your dinner in the good (and affordable) Indian restaurant The Everest on the next corner. All means of public transport within 8 minutes walk. We would go back.

Nothing negative, maybe a water cooker is an idea

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself feels brand new — modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s excellent location: it’s ideal if you're planning train trips to other towns in Austria or traveling internationally by rail. Despite being close to the train station, the area feels very safe and peaceful, which makes it easy and convenient to stay here without any worries, even if you solo traveler:) I didn't get breakfast, but more than sure that it would be delicious.

My sister & I enjoyed the breakfast. The room actually used to be a dormitory converted to a hotel room. Lots of storage space and the bathrooms were spacious and updated. Hotel Rudy was located not too far from the train station.. about 5-7 minutes walk which was perfect for us, who were traveling by train to our next destination. Once you get familiar with the area of the hotel.. we just walked most of the way to the city center of Vienna, about 25-30 minutes. So, location is perfect for our purpose. Staff were quite helpful, too.

Our room was located at the far end of the building and so happened that the hallway by our room didn't have light, so it was dark when outside our room. Otherwise, it was no biggie.. we still had a comfy stay at My Next Rudy Hotel. We didn't have internet while at the hotel for 2 days due to some technical problem.
