I personally stayed at this hotel previously , my room was rather smaller then , this time was quite pleasant , breakfast for that price I must say quite satisfying , normally you’d get just two cups of coffee elsewhere for that price .. Hotel was located very conveniently for my purposes , bed so comfortable even more the pillows .. sheets , beddings and towels were so clean . I was on the 7th and to me my stay was so quite and nice .

Guess the easy chair could be a little softer and more comfortable ..

Comfortable room on a high floor as requested. Although no kettle in room, drinks making facilities at reception and on the 5th floor not far from room. No problem taking drink to room. Hotel location not far from Hbf and U Bahn and tram network so easy to get to city centre.

The cleaner binned my plastic bag containing toiletries and medicines. I discovered this after midnight and informed the 2 staff at reception who immediately went about locating my bag in the rubbish area. Praise especially to the lovely young woman who after about 15 minutes retrieved my stuff. So the bad was negated by the excellent work of the staff. Danke. Bar and lounge area closed as being refurbished and this was only mentioned, (I think) after the booking was complete.

Totally recommend for travellers or people who travelled to/from Vienna HBF and planned to stayed there a few days before departure to other places or country. It’s a 3-5 minute walk from the Vienna HBF entrance to this hotel. Very convenient and the hotel is pretty new to me. Quick / smooth check in and check out. Spacious room for 2 person and overall pretty comfortable. They even have a coffee pantry near the rooms corridor that provides coffee and teas. Also, there’s plenty of restaurants and supermarket with less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel itself.

The smoking area is literally right beside the entrance of hotel so every time we go in or out from there we could smell smoking smell. Also for the bathroom shower area, water drainage works pretty slow.

Location is wonderful as its right next to the train station, we came there by train, and left from the airport. it was so easy to reach anywhere we needed. Metro line was in a distance of just a few mins walk. There was a tea/coffee corner in every floor, it was also nice as we took our hot beverages with us when we head out in the cold weather :) room was pretty comfortable and clean. Stayed for 5 days and nothing we can really complain about. Staff was also really helpful towards any requests. If we come back to vienna, this will be the first place we will look for.

Near the train station (3 minutes walking) - take the S7 from/to airport (about 20 minutes). Near the metro station - 7 minutes walking in a pedestrian zone with restaurants and stores. The room was warm (the temperature outside was negative), clean, quiet, cozy and very comfortable, but a little bit dark in my opinion. Nice pillows, bedding sets and towels. There is coffee machine (for free) at the reception and coffee table (free) on the floors were we can prepare our coffee and tea. The staff were very gentle and helpful. We recommend to have a breakfast and dinner at the Chili & Cheesy - it was delicious and cheaper than others, and the girls of the staff were really friendly. It is between the hotel and the metro station.

The location is great. It is a few steps from the main train station and the local public transport hub. Modern and friendly hotel. Well renovated and decorated. It has lifts, good WiFi and comfy beds. On our floor there was a coffee station, hot water, a snack vending machine and an ironing board and iron. The room is comfortable and well equipped. They offer a bottle of mineral water with each cleaning service.

The rooms are usually cleaned every 3 days, the hotel says this is for ecological reasons, but we know that's not the main reason. They can do the cleaning in the frequency that they consider to be the best, but there is no need for the “green painted” discourse.

Perfect location with tons of shops and restaurants around, especially on the main station. Very comfortable rooms, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept. The room was perfectly cool during the extreme heat outside, I think it was a kind of magic since the AC wasn't on most of the time, I only turned it on the peak of the heat and it was very effective and quiet. Very unintrusive housekeeping, you can ask for the room to be cleaned if you wish otherwise nobody will nudge you every day. Instant coffee stand on every floor (with a boiling water from a tap instead of a kettle 🤔) and a vending machine with drinks and snacks. Great breakfast! And all this for a very reasonable money, which was basically the deal breaker for choosing Vienna as a destination.

I appreciate that they take into account previous criticism, and try and fix it. I saw many people commenting about soft pillows, and they now have firm ones as well in the room, to chose if needed. The internet also seemed stable during our stay, and there were mugs provided at the coffee station.

They started vacuuming the hallway very early, which woke up my friend who is a light sleeper. Admittedly I didn't hear a thing, so this is an issue for light sleepers only. Also having two chairs in the room for two people would be nice, if you can fit it in somehow.

Very clean and it has an amazing position. It's really close to everything you need - shops, subway, bus stations. You get to any place very fast. Also, the beds are comfortable and the view is nice! There's no fridge in the room but the staff is friendly and they accepted to store my food at the hotel's fridge over night. Overall, it was a nice place and I recommend it if you don't have high expectations. It's a decent place to stay for a city-break.

Wi-Fi didn't work. I don't know if it happened because of my room that was at floor 4.

First and foremost, the room was impeccably clean. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, The location is absolutely perfect! I found myself within walking distance to the main train station, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a wonderful base for my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in an ideal location!
