It was very hot during the night and there was no way to regulate the heater.

Only one observation I can make is that I had difficulty locating the hotel in the first place. The name given by Booking.com is Not the name of the hotel. It is Hotel Congress! Found after a long search on a hot day!

The room was clean and cozy. Near the Central Station and Subway, it's a good ideea for tourists.

Great location near to the train station and FlixBus drop off. A lot of food options and close to public transport.

Stayed here before a few times its just over the road from the main station and is reached by subway from the main concourse under the road. Just a few minutes walk. There is a good selection for breakfast. Had a room at the back so away from the busy road in front. There are tram routes and U-bahn to various parts of the city plus S bahn regional trains and main line trains just over the road or down the subway.

Place has an identity crisis. Previously it was the Novum Congress Hotel but when I booked it was Yggotel Mejse. I thought I'd made a mistake as where I thought it was was neither so I kept walking then took my booking out to check the number and it was the place I'd thought it was. Now called the Garner Hotel. This was signed in the reception though key card and some notices and branding in the room mentioned Yggotel Mejse. A recent takeover ?? There was a notice up about some changes going on. Strangely when I logged on to the free Wi-FI in my room it was still Novum Congress Hotel. Otherwise its a very nice hotel.

I stayed just for one night as Vienna was my transfer city to another destination. I arrived quite late in the evening, yet the reception was still open and the lady there was nice. I booked a single room and it had (almost) everything one may need for a one-night stay. I liked the hygge vibe.

The location is perfect near the main train station, however, it took me a while to realise that the hotel is inside another one. As it was dark outside, it was a bit harder for me to find the paper in the reception window with the name of the hotel I booked. Also, there was not enough power sockets in the room. I found only one behind the TV and you could use another one if you unplugged the lamp on the night stand. It just was not enough for my needs.

Proximity from the Vienna Central Train Station was very convenient. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was good.

The signage did not say the hotel name and hence was confusing to reach. I messaged the hotel that I am arriving late and did not get any answer, which was worrying me before arriving; however there was someone at the reception. No AC in the room, it was quite hot, and when I opened the windows, it was too noisy. However the overall experience was good as I needed only 1 night to catch the train the next morning.

The bed was really comfy and high, the pillows and duvet were perfectly thick, had a very good sleep. Very close to the train station and breakfast was a very good selection, cold cuts, fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, tasty scrambled eggs, etc. It was nice to open our windows for some fresh air and views to the station and city.

There wasn't any kettle or tea/coffee making option in the room which I was expecting, I think that should be a basic set up for a hotel. One of the receptionist girl with black long hair was eating at the front desk which was very unprofessional.

Repeat stay at this great hotel for Vienna main station and connections to the airport. Renovated last year and under new management, the rooms are modern, stylish and clean. Excellent value for money especially compared to the big chain hotels by the station.

Signposting could be better as the hotel had name changes and the Yggotel brand is only visible once inside, at reception.

Nice hotel, maybe a bit over priced, but overall it's great. Great breakfast, room was awesome, bathroom is great. Location is really good, because just accross the street you have a trainstation. Area is safe.

It was quite noisy. First of all, walls are really thin so you can hear everything your neighboors are doing. Also the hotel is facing quite a noisy street, so you will hear cars all night long.
