The room was very nice and quiet. Everything was clean and the bed very comfortable. In general perfect stay and I would book again!

You must reserve breakfast the evening before so you get it cheaper. We did that and tried also to pay, but the system kind of didn’t work. We landed up paying the next day full price and at the reception they told us that they can’t do anything about it but they try and let me know. I’ve never heard of them again. The price difference is not the world, but just how it happened was a bit annoying.

The facility itself is superb. The rooms are nice, the corridors, all of it is carpeted and feels very comfortable. The cafe is nice with outdoor seating and very pleasant. The design of the hotel is also very pleasing as every detail has been thought out and its all about the moon :)

I wouldn't say the staff was generally bad, byt there a few things that need a mention. 1. there is no phones in the rooms which makes it a bit inconvenient to have to go downstairs every time you need to speak to the check-in staff. they had to be reminded 3 times for rooms slippers AND THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF THAT DELIVERED THEM, JUST KNOCKED ON THE DOOR ONCE AND I HAVE SAID 'ONE MOMENT PLEASE', NEVERTHELESS SUPER UNBOTHEREDLY HAS JUST OPENED THE DOOR WITH HER KEY AND THREW THE SLIPPER INSIDE THE ROOM. Just absolutely rude and very much intruding the personal space, given also the fact that I was topless. It was such an awkward moment I got very angry about. I would like to point out not all of the housekeeping staff is like this, quite on the contrary in fact.

The hotel is modern, clean and confortable. It is located within sight of the main train station and subway trains, however it is not in the centre of the torristy areas. I booked like this intentionally so access was easy when moving large suitcases, it was a winter trip so was thinking turrets would be snow or rain) and it was perfect. The subway to the tourist attractions takes about 10 mins and attractions like the castle which are out of town are also easily accessed from the hotel area. The staff on the desk were so helpful and Lovely.

Quirky design. We chose a ninth floor room with opening window. Electric opening and an electric blind both inside and outside gave great flexibility with a large sloping window. Felt nice and spacious and comfortable. Rituals soaps/ shampoo etc was a nice touch. Drinks vouchers in lieu of having room turned was a nice touch. The moon theme was a nice touch. Even the moon in the elevator got brighter the higher up you went. Breakfast choice was good. The hot choices were a bit random a couple of days but everything was always well stocked. Good location for Belvedere Palace and the brilliant local transport system in Vienna

There is not much not to like. We were blessed with lovely weather so it would have been nice if the rooftop bar had been open. (It only opens from June to September). Breakfast was very busy at the weekends but partly due to building work going on at the moment to improve the bar and reception area. We were just unlucky to hit it during the fortnight the works were being done.

Breakfast offering was mostly continental style but good quality and staff very attentive - could be busy at peak times so more difficult to get a table. However in better weather there was additional seating outside which would ease congestion .

We stayed in twin room . The single beds were very narrow and so uncomfortable for good nights sleep . The room was spacious and there was sufficient room to have larger twin beds .We opted into the hotels green agenda and agreed to no daily room service subject to provision of fresh towels daily . However the towels were not left as expected , and we had to ask at reception each evening & then wait to have them delivered . The system needs to work more efficiently if hotel want to push this environmental agenda .

I had a wonderful stay at MOOONS hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the attentive service; on my birthday, they brought chocolate candies to my room :) and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the airport, especially important for early flights. Belvedere is close by, and it's a lovely walk to the historical center. Plus, you’re not in a touristy area, which can be quite tiring. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to friends!

It would be great to add the option to request bathrobes, even if for an additional fee.

MOOONS is a new hotel and very easy to spot from Vienna central station with its very unique and characteristic appearance (It was still under refurbishment in the reception area when we stayed). We arrived in Vienna around 10:00am by night train from Paris. The hotel allowed us early check-in which we really appreciated. Room is spacious, comfortable and quiet with good quality of blackout curtains, a bottle of water was provided per day. Bathroom is modern with spacious shower cubic with a hand shower and a rain shower. Vienna is relatively small city as a capital of the country and its famous tram system which covers over the city and MOOONS's location is good to travel around Vienna with tram system. Breakfast is great with not only the variety of served food, but also very nice bread! Austria and Germany are famous for their great bread, MOOONS serves great variety and quality of bread which we really enjoyed. The price may be not very cheap but it is worth to pay to enjoy its modern facilities and great location.

Nothing I did not like!

Those round windows, where you can sit, are really fantastic. Comfortable modern hotel nearby the central station with various transport options. Everything was clean, nice and new. Hotel gave us 2 free drinks per each day, if you refuse to do full cleaning.

You cannot open any windows, so air conditioning is the only option for fresh air and temperature regulation. Unfortunately, it provides such a dry air, that was interrupting my sleep. I had to fill all room glasses with water to improve humidity during night. Also air conditioning switch off button was not working, or I haven't understood how to switch it off, so had to remove and insert the room key card back

I absolutely loved this hotel , the hotel room itself was very cool and clean the beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby honestly , the hotel is in a phenomenal location so it is a 5 minute walk to the Belvedere Palace and close to the tram , train station , metro ext , I also absolutely loved the circle (moon) shaped window were so cool and comfortable and even though we were very close to the road and multiple ambulances passed the room was sound proof so we couldn’t hear anything which was great! The breakfast was intact vegan but still had a wide selection so didn’t disappoint me has scrambled eggs , all types eggs cereal , juices tea a bunch of tasty pastries and a lot more food for me to list. Also the bathrooms are provided with a set of rituals so that was very nice. One thing that I would add is a restaurant to eat after but honestly wasn’t much of a problem to us as we were in the city all day. The staff were very friendly and polite and bilingual they even knew Ukranian which was amazing! There is a downside that you can’t open any windows for fresh air but it’s okay The showers were great and the water was so good you can drink it ! Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

This was a stay for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted with their experience. The hotel and room was stylish, cozy, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect near the main train station, historic center and easy to navigate around Vienna. They particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh, diverse, and satisfying. It made their trip memorable and enjoyable.

No complaints at all. The room was very clean, unusual designed, and ideal for journey. Thank you so much for ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for my parents this week.
