We spent six nights in the accommodation. The location is excellent, close to the main train station, which was important for us as we were travelling by train. Vienna's main attractions are twenty to thirty minutes away on foot, but public transport is also excellent. The room was spacious and equipped for washing up and washing dishes, which we took advantage of. Despite the proximity of the railway, our accommodation was quiet. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, lots of fruit and vegetables, but also a variety of breads and sweet things. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary mineral water was a nice touch.

Although we were informed that the rooms would be cleaned every three days, this did not happen, so the bins were full by the end of the period.

The staff (especially the desk staff) was wonderful, very helpful and one of them became our bar tender on both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything a guest could possibly need, Park was extremely convenient, and the hotel is located very close to all the most important sites in Vienna. We were able to enjoy their breakfast which had everything a person might want. Should I or any of my friends have plans to travel to Vienna, I will enthusiastically recommend the Hotel Adina as the place to stay.

The room is clean. The utensils and toiletries are well provided. The staff are extraordinarily helpful. The location is great, just next to the Hauptbahnhof. And the safety in the area is quite good. The buildings in that area are modern and look great.

The ventilation in the bathroom could be improved and the shower tub is a bit too narrow that sometimes the water overflowed. Nevertheless, the hotel was awesome.

Everything was easily located. The staff were so professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable here, perfect for a restful few days break. The breakfasts were delicious, loved the crispy bacon. I particularly liked the fact the rooms were cleaned every three days, a responsible approach to helping the environment. The security angle in the elevators a sensible touch too, you couldn’t use the lift to access the floors without a key card. Enjoyed the swimming pool early in the morning.

We arrived in Vienna by train, after our stay in Salzburg. We didn't want to stay in the city centre, because we enjoy having a walk around the city. The hotel is just 7-10 minutes walking distance from the Vienna main train station, hence it had the perfect location for us. The Belvedere Palace is nearby as well as the Museum of Contemporary Art (Belvedere21). The apartment we stayed had everything we needed, amenity wise. There was work space as well with a big table and a bench, if someone wanted to do some remote work. Super clean and the staff was polite and helpful. It will take you around 40 minutes to reach the city centre on foot, but hey, there are other transport options, too. Tram station is next to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the iron and ironing board, just what I needed to freshen up my shirts. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, which made preparing meals so convenient. There was also a great balance of spaces, plenty of room to work, but also a cozy area to just relax and unwind. The sauna and swimming pool were the perfect touches for relaxing after a busy day. It was definitely worth it for the price, such great value for everything that was offered. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were comfortable and offered a great sense of relaxation. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering something for every taste. The location was absolutely perfect—there were supermarkets right beneath the hotel, a large mall next door, and the metro was just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service, always helpful and attentive with every request. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The most important thing is that your room makes u feel like at home, u have even small kitchen in room and fridge u can use for your own groceries, bigger fridge then mini bars in other hotels, access to the pool is from any floor, separate elevator then the one that's leading to reception. So u get in your comfy clothes and from elevator directly in pool.

I didn't liked that whatever switch in room u press, I actually have all lights lighted up. If your partner is sleeping and u need light, boom entire room is on. Balcony on top of building shouldnt have working hours, as it's lovely place for cozy relaxation with modern view.

Very clean apartment hotel with all necessary furniture (kitchen, dish washer, fridge, etc.) near the main station, metro station Belvedere, and Hofer supermarket, yet very quite environment. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. A few hints for the readers: * The rooms are cleaned only every 3 days * Towels, slippers, additional dishwasher tabs, body lotion, etc. can be obtained from the main desk upon request * Take the D line metro from Quartier Belvedere to the parlament. You will appreciate it!

The pool was a bit cold (for us). So we used the pool only 1 time during our entire stay. The water could have been a couple of °C warmer. The rooms are cleaned only every 3 days. I wasn‘t aware about that before (could not find it in the hotel policy on booking.com, but maybe missed the info)

The hotel staff was extremely nice and made sure to help us with everything we asked for. The rooms were equipped with everything you’d need in an apartment - dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, cooking utensils and eating utensils. Out of all the hotels I had the chance to stay in, this one impressed me the most and met all of my expectations.

The air conditioner in the room was broken and could not cool below 22 degrees (celsius). We asked several times for it to be fixed but they didn't take care of the problem, luckily it was cool outside so we could open the windows
