The location is near the Hauptbahnhof, the newer train station in town. From there you can go all over the city using the metro system. The station is only 200 yds away, My concern was the noise from trains, you don't hear them at all. The building is very quiet. When you are ready to leave, it's just a short way back to the train station and connections to take you almost anywhere in town. There is a bus stop and a tram stop just outside the front door. I suggest you buy a city pass for the amount of time you're staying, 24, 48, 72 hours or a week. Great savings and you'll enjoy the views from a tram or bus or speed in the subway. There are Billa and Hofer grocery stores about 100 yds away on opposite corners going away from the train station. The prices are very good if you need to pick up incidentals or snacks including fresh fruit. Cafes and small restaurants near. Everything in the hotel (and the city) was clean, it was comfortable (although a bit warm) enough we decided to stay one more day in Vienna. Prizeotel is similar to American hotels other than the Euro style that makes you think you're in an Austin Powers movie. The rate is reasonable for the room, if you have a card that has no foreign transaction fee, always use it and pay in Euros. Their system adds a fee to the exchange if you pay using card and dollars.

Usually I can fill this section out extensively, So my wife is insisting that I note that there is no comfortable place in the room for your suit cases or to put clothes, I put that last in under duress :~)

Good location, close to Belvedere. Underground parking in reasonable money (19€ per 24hrs) so if you arrive at 8 pm you can leave your car till 8pm the next day even if you check out till 12:00.

Bed sheets with huge holes in the size of my hand - should be thrown away.

The location was good, several minutes walk from the main train station and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bedding. In hot summer weather, rather thick winter duvet covers were provided. They were so thick and warm that we still felt hot and could not sleep well even though the AC was on

I liked how new everything was, very modern design, big room and great location. Very easy access to and from the airport. By the way, if you arrive later at night and you want something to eat, there is a supermarket that is open until 11 pm right at the train station, very close to the hotel. Also, you can walk to the Belvedere Palace as it is like 15 minutes away on foot.

There is no fridge in the rooms which was a little inconvenient but not too much. Overall a very good experience and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic organization of breakfast. Large hotel but excellent logistics for breakfast and good service. Fun colours in hotel...pink etc... welcome drink was also offered.

When we got to our room a half naked male person was in that room. So severe misstake by personnel to "double book" that room. The girls in the reception handled it with good care and appologized and gave us an upgraded room. However, the male person in the reception I believe was the "boss" was ignorant and just laughed about it.. Management should speak with that guy.

The location is excellent. Quiet, very close to the main train station of Vienna. Tram D takes you comfortably to the city center. Spacious room, separate bathroom (not inside the bedroom), big bed, clean. Cleaned once every three days. It was definitely enough for me. Sufficient breakfast, as usual in similar European hotels. In the lobby you can have drinks at night as well.

It would be nice if there were two glasses and maybe a bottle of water in the room. It is also customary to put a cup for the toothbrush next to the bathroom sink. There was nothing. An important suggestion for improvement: the shower itself is large and spacious, but the metal surface you stand on is completely smooth. I guess there were guests who split there and fell. This is a real danger. In addition, the shower door was not sealed from the bottom and I had to shower with the stream leaning against the wall, otherwise there would be a flood of water all over the bathroom.

Great location near the main train station — just a 10-minute walk. Easy to get to, and a good option if you're staying in Vienna for one night. The room had a stylish design and was clean. Excellent soundproofing — even though trains pass right outside the windows, we couldn’t hear them at all.

The room was missing some basic items that would’ve made the stay more comfortable — like a kettle, glasses or cups, and shampoo. The soap dispenser by the sink was fixed to the wall, and the shower gel bottle in the shower was completely empty — so we couldn’t even bring soap into the shower. Luckily, we had our own, but small details like this leave a negative impression. There also weren’t any shelves or a wardrobe for clothes.

The water at the sink won’t drain. I asked the recieption to fix and bring fresh towels No one showed up. The prize of the parking.

I've had a pleasant and restful stay. The hotel is conveniently locaed near the central train station and a tram stop into the town centre. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, modern and in good repair. Breakfast was plentiful and served over a long stretch of time to suit earlier and later start times. There's always someone helpful at reception.

The wifi signal was weak and inconsistent, meaning I needed to rely more on my mobile roaming signal. The A/C was also a bit patchy: you can choose 'cooler' or 'warmer' but not how much (degrees), and on a couple of nights I woke up in a sweat despite the coolest setting. This is manageable in March, but in warmer months I would have had a problem as the window, which you can open, faces loud, active railway tracks (only loud if open, otherwise nice and quiet).
