Everything was clean. there was almost anything you'd find in a home from a Dishwasher to a microwave. cutting board, fridge, silverware, TV.pots, and bowls and plates.

There is no cleaning product in the laundry room and no light in the laundry room or the bathrooms next to it. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom during the nights and in my bed the first night, which woke me up crawling on my face. This was very surprising because overall it's a very clean accommodation.

The location was great. Very close to the central train station.

They were very unaccommodating for guests who are coming in from across the world. I tried to check in 10 minutes earlier and the staff told me the room wasn’t ready. I was so tired from the traveling that the mere 10 minutes would have meant everything to me. Also very rude

Our room was small, but well laid out, very modern, clean facilities. We did not use the kitchette, but it seemed very well stocked. We did use and were grateful for the laundry facilities in the basement, which were easy to use. Also an excellent location across from the train station.

I did not like that there was no one at the reception most of the time. I guess that makes me old fashioned. The Nespresso machine did not work properly in our apartment, but could not find someone to complain to about that.

Really good size for a single or couple, the kitchen was simple but it was nice to be able to cook a few meals at home. The bathroom was spacious and shower was fantastic! The main station is close with metro and trams within walking distance. There’s a supermarket just behind the building and lots of restaurants/shops nearby.

Past reviews were right, the room does get really hot on 30°+ days. Luckily i was provided a fan and just left the window open while i was in the room but with busses and traffic going by it was very loud. It didn’t bother me but might be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper or have kids.

The room is exactly how it is in the picture. Its not massive but just enough size to have 2 people comfortably in. It is quite cosy and comfortable and has everything that you need including coffee maschine etc. Its basically a good studio apartment for 2 people. So I would recommend it as a nice place for 2 people. It is also close to the train station and has a U bahn station close to it and some restaurants and groceries near it. Bathroom is also quite spacious so no worries there as well.

The entry and exit can be a little bit troublesome if you are going on a weekend or outside of working hours. You have to use a code at the keypad on the front door and it is not so obvious how to use it. Everyone we saw including us was confused how to enter the hotel. But overall just a small thing and nothing too bad.

These are business rooms and we travel here (summer) for our vacations for context. - I liked the self service model very much, you get to handle your room and there is a room in each floor with supplies to handle it yourself, so privacy. - Washing machines were cheap and free dryers - Close the window and you forget there is a street outside. - Cleanliness throughout. - Good nespresso machine in each of our rooms, plus machine for capsules next to reception, though machine in one language only. - There is a standing fan in each room to help with heat. - Location is very very good. - Liked the keycard generation process to access rooms

- Lack of air conditioning made sleeping at night harder. - Mattresses not the best, but ok. - An inflatable pillow would have been way better than those provided. - Glass shower door spills water outside due to bad bottom seal. - Standing fan could have been quieter. - Instructions given to operate the building door on arrival (first access) weren't clear enough, we actually had to help one night two travelers that were lost on the given instructions just as we were; they knew english well enough to discard language barrier as the reason. - Since this place uses hotelbird software, we were lost on how to translate one booking for two rooms from booking.com to two independent rooms in hotelbird software. - Sink in one room leaked.

Very central to the main train station, making travel simple. Quiet and clean room. Spacious bathroom with a decent shower and plenty of towels. Check in was straightforward using a tablet in the entrance lobby, activate a key card and head up to your room.

A few things from the list of item inventory weren't available, no kettle or bottle of water. No shampoo or toiletries however there was hand soap in the bathroom, dish soap and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. Very hot and stuffy in the rooms although that may be more to do with the heatwave and a fan was available in our room but we found the room difficult to sleep in.

The location is perfect, you are 2 minutes from the Bahnhof, where the U1 metro line is located, and this line is ideal for getting to all locations. Clean, tidy. The hotel will answer any questions you have on WhatsApp at any time and immediately.

I chose this hotel because it had a small kitchen where I could make tea. I didn't find an electric kettle, I wrote to the hotel whatsup and they sent me to my own floor to look for a kettle in the common room, but I didn't find a kettle there either. I had to look for a free kettle in the common rooms on another floor and I found one. I also didn't have slippers or tea cups. I had to drink tea in juice glasses. I didn't say anything to the reception about it, maybe they would have helped me, but I should have had one in the room from the beginning.

Easy access from main train station, easy check in procedure, clear instructions given through email, clean and spacious room. Room facilities are complete just like advertised. I like that they provide kitchen amenities such as microwave, toaster. Really useful during my stay

Though the kitchenette is complete, no clear instructions on how to use the kitchen stove and dishwasher. I got to found my own way to click which button to operate the dishwasher. However, I cannot figure out how to use the stove. I've contacted the host through email, but they only give me softcopy of manual book, which still not helpful because it doesnt state which button to start. The bed is just okay for 2 person. It just a nice size for us but if you are a bit taller, maybe you not that comfortable.
