I think this place deserves a higher ranking! The hosts were super nice and helpful. They allowed me an earlier check-in. Check-in process was pretty easy. Cleaning lady very nice. Great value vor Vienna! Close to the railway station. Situated in a pleasant street, was pretty quite at night, I slept well. Room was very clean, new and spacious. All necessary kitchen facilities. Basically everything you needed.

Minor things: check-out at 10am is a little too early for my taste. I think that the floor in the apartment was too cold! That was a bit unpleasant.

I accidentally booked an apartment without a kitchen, but after speaking with Judith, she handled the situation the very next day in a truly professional way. Her kind and solution-oriented attitude made all the difference. She was always helpful and quick to respond to any issue or request – a real asset to the property. We loved the location: away from the noise of Vienna’s city centre, but just steps from trams and buses that take you downtown in minutes. The street is pedestrian-only, very quiet, and surrounded by supermarkets and even a shopping mall nearby – super convenient. Still, everything else was excellent – and without a doubt, I’ll stay here again next time I visit Vienna.

Only small suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have more pillows and maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom.

That place is a hidden gym, close to Vienna central train station, located in the middle of a vibrant area with a lot of food and shopping options at walking distance, also close to metro station for U1, the studio was very spacious and very comfy, also it was very clean and the kitchen facility is definitely an addition. Having the option of luggage storage after check out also was very nice. I liked the self check in and out with codes while they were quickly responsive to booking messages or emails. Just note that this is an apartment not a hotel so there is no daily housekeeping.

Almost nothing, if I have to say something, there was a bad smell in the bathroom when you open it but it was sparkling clean so mostly related to the building’s sewage system and the powerful vent takes it off quickly, better bring your own toiletries (they put anyway), adding a mirror outside the bathroom can make it more perfect.

Location was perfect near the central station. Also great proximity to food markets, restaurants and indeed the multitude of food outlets in the station. 20-30 minute walk down to the Opera House, Cathedral etc, or use public transport. Communication and entry with the key codes was seamless Comfort, cleanliness, bathroom, and WiFi were very good. The room size might be a struggle if you’ve got a multitude of big bags, but we travel light so was a nonsense All in all, a very good stay.

Not the fault of the property, but getting back there from the Ernst Happel Stadium after the rocking Iron Maiden concert was a mission using public transport!!

Self check-in, you will not deal with anyone, they will send you the pass keys for luggage room and your room. If you need anything you can call them or send them an Email, they replied in time. 6 min walk to the main train station, so it is a great location. Food and shops are located in the same street. Also there is a a machine in the looby where you can buy water or snacks at any time. The Studio was clean and have coffe machine and kettle. No room service, but they provide towels. No breakfast. Overall it is a great value for money.

Nothing to mention. Perhaps for long stay you will need a room service, you can ask about it, i think they can manage it.

1. Location. It is close to the Main Railway Station, metro station and bus terminals. There are at least 3 supermarkets around: Penny, Lidl and Hoffer. Walking to the nearest dm and Muller only takes 10-15 minutes. 2. Space. The room is spacious.

1. Cleanliness. The floor did not seem clean. 2. Light. The room was dim even though I have turned on all the lights. 3. Missing kitchen items. The toaster and microwave oven were not in the room. I contacted the staff and they said I needed to make a request. Not a major issue but kind of unexpected. 4. Luggage rack. That would be handy if a luggage rack is provided.

Great apartment. Caught the train (normal train around €4.50 each) not the over priced CAT train I think. Apt easy to find from the main station. About 5 - 7 minutes walking. Apt was big and spacious. Also clean and warm. Just the right temperature. Had everything we needed including good wi fi. The apt is situated in a main shopping street. Aldi and Lidl nearby. Lots of restaurants inc fast food nearby. Easy journey by underground from main station to Vienna centre. We found the Trams to be very slow. Loved all the Christmas Markets, buildings, palaces and museums. Vienna is a great place to visit any time of the year. We recommend searching and going on some free walking tours. They were very good. We appreciated the room to leave luggage on the last day. Could come back very late after checking out of the apt by 10am. All in all a very good choice for a city break in Vienna. Would prefer staying here than an expensive city centre hotel. Communication was good with the company. Did not need to talk to them when we were there.

Nothing to dislike. The towel rail was broken in our apt hope they did not think we broke it. All in all nothing to not like.

Just 5 minutes walk from the Wien Hauptbahnhof and 25-30 minutes walk to the old town (or 5 minutes ride with the metro U1 from the station). There are fast food restaurants all around. Check-in with a pin number, very easy (check your emails before!) There is no receptionist, only a lobby with a room for your suitcase, water, towels, soap (in case you need more). There is a coffee maker in the room, clean room, comfortable beds. Take care to book the Suite if you wish a room with a kitchenette, I booked a standard room and was dissapointed there was no kitchenette, but it was my mistake(!). Wien was so expensive, we were happy to have a nice room for a good rate.

Only coffee for free for one day (or you pay 3€ for two coffee pads from the vending machine) there is no room cleaning so if you need new mugs, cups, plates, spoons, towels you have to take them from the lobby, I am not sure if this was the right way, but we did it. Sorry for that!

Nice and very clean apartment in the pedestrian area. If you have car there is underground parking about one block away, but you will not get your car near entrance or elevator - if you have lots of luggage you could probably experience inconvenience. It was fairly quiet with windows open but there was some kind of distant fan frequently starting and stoping, could be disturbing for sensitive sleepers. Could not hear it with windows shut thou. Apartment is about 350m away from central station, very convenient if you arrive/depart by train, and it also has (not much advertised) frequent and cheap airport service by regional trains. Red subway line takes you across whole city without needs to make transfer.

Self check-in. Nice and clean apartment in the pedestrian area. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. Many grocery shops, places to eat around. The only thing you have to take into account that in Austria on Sundays shops including supermarkets are closed. Apartment is about 350m away from central train/bus station, very convenient if you arrive/depart by train, and it also has (not advertised at all - my smartphone navigation did not show it!) frequent and cheap airport service by regional trains (4,50 EUR per person without any stops till airport, takes 16min to get to airport). Underground train stop is about 250m away (U1 line) that brings you to the center of old town (3km) during about 7min.

Hot inside when temperature outside is more than +30 as there is no air-conditioner but there is an air fan which helps. Open windows during the night makes it better. When outside +24 or less, no problems at all.
