The hostel's location is great. An easy walk from the bus station and right next to a metro line so taking public transit into the center and back is super convienient. The food and neighborhood around the hostel is also cool. If you want to check out the Belvedere museum its a quick walk. The kitchen is also really nice and great for cooking your own meals. Theres also a vending machine if you want to buy snacks and beers.

A lot of people really like the automated function of this hostel, however I found it a bit annoying. For example, if your phone dies or you don't have data, to check in you would be screwed if you didn't look at their emails before arriving. I also didn't like the codes for the beds. It's easy to use, but I worried about possibly getting locked in if say I closed the door all the way and accidentally slept through the checkout time; At checkout time you're immediately locked out of everything and have to use the check out code they email you. There's zero staff so I found myself helping people to check in because they were confused and if they employed a receptionist this wouldnt have been an issue

The best part is that each bed is in a "pod" with a lockable, sliding door. This means it's effectively your locker for the day, and super private at night. It's right by the train station, and next door to a supermarket (shops are shut on Sundays!).

It would be slightly better if there was at least one member of staff on site. I think the local homeless population are aware that there is no one in authority onsite, and they can sometimes try to sneak in behind you through the locked doors. This is fortunately very rare.

Excellent location near the main train station and next to a few supermarkets, the toilets and showers were comfortable and very clean, kitchen had everything I needed, and the common area was comfortable. you can modify the brightness of the light inside the bed capsule which was amazing. The self check in instructions were simple and easy to understand.

There wasn’t really a designated place to put my luggage in the room. I also wish there was a shelf or something inside the bed capsule to put my glasses. inside the capsule was a bit too warm for my liking- I was there 3 nights in may and ended up sleeping without the blanket on the last night because it was too warm. The WiFi was usually fast but the internet got stuck a few times

Check-in was super easy. The code system was a bit confusing at first, but you figure it out quickly. The kitchen's cozy and has a huge fridge. Beds were awesome. I'm a pod fan, and these are some of my faves so far. Comfy covers, giant pillow, and one outlet in the pod. The pod also works as a locker, which might not be for everyone, but I liked it. Showers were clean and private. The metro station I used was right front of the hostel. Didn't interact with any staff, but everything went smoothly, so no complaints!

There were people hanging out and being pretty loud every night... talking, laughing, music, even some fights. I get that it was the weekend, but the windows didn’t block much noise. Also, kind of a bummer that the kitchen closes after midnight and opens after 6-7am, If you arrive in late or wake up early and want a snack or drink, you're out of luck. I helped a few people with the entry codes, so clearer instructions on the site would help. I also had to wait until after 7am to check out online, but I left around 5am I had to set an alarm just to remember to check out.

orientation within the premises once I as in, without any help from any stuff members, easy floor plan. I liked the design and the quality of objects, sheets etc. Also, I liked the architecture of the bedroom, and the lightness of the shared room which opens directly to the square.

SHAMPOO: That there was no soap or shampoo anywhere near the showers. That is something I expect to see even in any hostel. There was soap in the toilet for sure. WINDOW SHIELD: I needed also instructions how to lower the window shield once it was up. Some information about that somewhere close tot he window would be good. ACCESS WITHOUT RECEPTIONIST: Additionally, I felt disoriented in the arrival (I arrived late, about 22:00), as the door texts which appeared once I fingered my pins were in German, so I didn't know whether I am allowed to push/pull the door or not. Other guests in the premises helped me, thanks a lot!

The room, showers and bathrooms were super clean 🫧 In spite of everything else the place is super good and if we come back to Vienna we will be staying there again. The location is very good, right next to the metro, bus, train and tram station. Also near by a big mall center with several grocery's shops and restaurants :)

Unfortunately, you can hear the noises from outside your dorm and we experienced 2 unfortunate events, an outsider managed to get inside the dorms area and stole some values and in our last night there it seems the fire alarm was accidentally activated and the noise was loud since there is anyone from the staff there it took some time for someone to arrive and turn it off.

Very good location right next to the railway station. It's possible to come late/leave early. The beds have sliding wooden doors, creating a relatively private space. Each shower is a separate room with enough space for dressing. Nice common room with a well-equipped kitchen and a fridge. It is possible to come to the common area before check-in and leave after check-out and store luggage (it's not very secured though).

Many things are quite loud there. I recommend bringing earplugs. The door locks beep loudly, and they can be heard from inside the room. The locks on the bed doors are even louder. Moreover, many people are confused about which of the 3 PIN numbers they should use, so they type a lot (the locks beep on every click). The beds are also quite squeaky, and the wooden doors make sound as well.

We booked a private room with shared bathroom. One of the cleanest hostels we have ever stayed in. The shower was amazing and had super strong pressure. Good storage in the room, comfy bed and pillows. If you can read instructions via email check in and using the codes is super simple! Saw a few older people who were confused and tried asking the cleaners who were clearly had a lot in their hands and working hard. Felt a bit sorry for them. If you’re worried about it my tip would be to enter all of your details on the check in portal prior to arrival and then once it’s 1500 a check in button becomes available and you can get your door codes!

No aircon in the room. We had a fan but it was still super hot. Maybe they could turn the vents on given the extreme heat. Was 34 degrees..

It's ideal, when you just step over Vienna station over night. The location is just near by the Vienna main station, and the rooms are in safety. There are everything what you need for the overnights.

They do not offer any breaks fast, but you can get fresh backed breads and hot coffee in the train station, or you can cook by yourself in the kitchen at this hotel. There are no staff members who could help you check in and check out individually, but only the Code Numbers to enter the gate, the rooms and into the bed. If you are elderly generation, I will not recommend you this capsule hotel.

A decent hostel that has all the necessities and everything you could need. They also allow you to stay in the kitchen/social area if you arrive earlier than check in or need to stay later than the check out time for no extra charge, you just can't access the bathroom.

The beds had locks but there were no actual lockers in the room so I ended up sleeping with my bags in my bed with me, and the beds got quite hot and stuffy as there was little ventilation in the bottom bunks unless you kept the door open.
