Pros: * The hotel is in a convenient location—not in the city center, but easy access to tram * The bathroom was spacious and user-friendly. The receptionist provided a glass for our toothbrushes. * Had 4 mirrors in the room which is convenient * Staff provided fresh towels and toilet paper promptly upon request * The night shift employee from Uganda was very friendly and helpful. * The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, though it is pricey €17 maybe lower it to 13-15 will be more reasonable * Rooms were well soundproofed - seen comments that the rooms facing the tram station were noisy but with closed it was fine

Cons: * The room lighting was quite dim and dark - maybe add a lamp somewhere for more light * Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM. We requested a short 30-minute extension but were told it would be charged extra. Considering that we check in around 10 pm it would be reasonable to be offered to us free a 30 min extension for the check out * Two female staff members at check-in were quite rude during check in - although the other day they seemed more polite. I believe it is their culture to have a strict attitude but in hospitality area this should not been allowed

Fantastic for quick and easy access to train station (once you know the way). Room modern, clean and comfortable. Most important a reasonable price.. Automatic check in was a bit confusing, but help came. Wasn't easy to find from train station on arrival, as I'm hopeless with orientation and google maps. Went the wrong and long way around. All I needed to do was exit platform 9 at the other end (it says Karl Popper exit but I had missed it. Exit is also at the underpass where tram D stops. After crossing tram lines, follow the main road for a couple of minutes and hotel is on left. Will definitely stay again if the price is right.

The location is near the Hauptbahnhof, the newer train station in town. From there you can go all over the city using the metro system. The station is only 200 yds away, My concern was the noise from trains, you don't hear them at all. The building is very quiet. When you are ready to leave, it's just a short way back to the train station and connections to take you almost anywhere in town. There is a bus stop and a tram stop just outside the front door. I suggest you buy a city pass for the amount of time you're staying, 24, 48, 72 hours or a week. Great savings and you'll enjoy the views from a tram or bus or speed in the subway. There are Billa and Hofer grocery stores about 100 yds away on opposite corners going away from the train station. The prices are very good if you need to pick up incidentals or snacks including fresh fruit. Cafes and small restaurants near. Everything in the hotel (and the city) was clean, it was comfortable (although a bit warm) enough we decided to stay one more day in Vienna. Prizeotel is similar to American hotels other than the Euro style that makes you think you're in an Austin Powers movie. The rate is reasonable for the room, if you have a card that has no foreign transaction fee, always use it and pay in Euros. Their system adds a fee to the exchange if you pay using card and dollars.

Usually I can fill this section out extensively, So my wife is insisting that I note that there is no comfortable place in the room for your suit cases or to put clothes, I put that last in under duress :~)

Good location, close to Belvedere. Underground parking in reasonable money (19€ per 24hrs) so if you arrive at 8 pm you can leave your car till 8pm the next day even if you check out till 12:00.

Bed sheets with huge holes in the size of my hand - should be thrown away.

I didn’t try the breakfasts, as I wanted to explore different food options throughout my trip. However, the location was absolutely perfect for me — very close to both the train and bus stations, which saved me a lot of time getting around. The room was very clean and bright, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite being in the city. If location is important to you, this is an ideal choice!

Position and location are great, the structure is between central station and another metro station. All facilities are clean and staff is friendly

Fantastic staff, and a really friendly atmosphere from the moment that you enter. The bar was a perfect way to end the evening.

Maybe, a bit more guidance on transport into the city centre. But this is a minor grumble.

The location was good, several minutes walk from the main train station and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bedding. In hot summer weather, rather thick winter duvet covers were provided. They were so thick and warm that we still felt hot and could not sleep well even though the AC was on
