Our stay at Citadines South Vienna was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was much appreciated after our journey. As it was Christmas time, they surprised us with complimentary breakfast—a thoughtful gesture that added to the festive spirit. The location is superb, with easy access to Tram 1, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality.

Very good location of the apartament if you are passing through Vienna - easy to get in and get out by the car. Good place to stop by for 1-2 nights for sightseeing Vienna - from there just 7 mins walk is metro station, or 3 mins walk is tram station, and by that you can get to the city centre. Place is very clean and tidy, air co working fine, there is also fridge and good kitchen equipment in case you would like to cook something or prepare breakfest. Near location of groceries. Rooms are quite spacious and definitely not a super small and tight space. Very good communication with the staff, everyone was super friendly.

Parking is extra payable and is a bit tricky to "fit" it with bigger car, but we just managed with 4.7m long car + the bike rack on the car hook.

The staff went beyond to make sure we have a nice stay. We had an upgrade which was amazing and I was able to print something and was able to lend an umbrella. Very friendly and service-orientated!! It is close to the tram and the shops, even on the weekend you can go to a nearby fuel station.

It was not my standard of cleanliness. The toilet had leftover marks from previous tenants, the windows had fingerprints and marks all over and the floor left us with dirty socks. Also the pillows aren't comfy, but that is up to each individual. It would've been great to have some cleaning stuff in the apartment.

We already stayed in this accommodation in 2022. We booked it again since we love it. Everything is clean, rooms are fully equipped, staff is lovely and very helpful. Also the breakfast is great! Near this accommodation you have tram 1 that goes to the city center and to every important point for tourists. You also have an option to come by car since they have a garage (but you pay it separately from the room). Also like I said breakfast was lovely this time was the first time we requested it. And they have a storage room where you can leave your luggage if your plane leaves later during the day. This accommodation has everything and more that we need so when we come back to Vienna we will definitely again book it.

I stayed one night only as I went to Vienna for a concert. We found it easily. The staff were very nice, friendly and forthcoming.

There was no hand soap or shower gel, when addressed, it was provided immediately. The parking was 28€ per night, I think. We found a 0€ Solution. Park at Lidl’s for a couple of hrs for free (across the street) or by the opposite park, we were lucky enough to find a spot to park at night. Free till 9 am.

Room was spacious enough and the kitchenette was well-equipped. We had a very big terrace too. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate every request. Easy to travel around by tram or bus. There's a Lidl supermarket just across the street.

The central heating was set on high, and we couldn't control it. So we ended up leaving one of the windows half-open to be able to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood was a little shady, especially at night. There's a number of "red light" establishments around. Also there's not many options to get something to eat after 20:00. So plan in advance.

It is very close to the tram. Also there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and easy to check-in. It was nice to have a place to leave your luggage after checking out.

The beds are uncomfortable. It wasn't nice to leave six coffee capsules for five five people for a two night stay. If you want more capsules, you nhave to buy them from the vending machine.

Excellent location. Tram station Davidgasse is situated just 150 metres from the hotel. Very clean. We had taken a family room with balcony which was very good. Polite and helpful staff who gave us an early checkin. Would recommend this to all families looking for real VFM.

The room could have been a little bigger. It's very congested for a family of 4. There was inadequate space to keep our luggage of 4 small sized bags.

Great breakfast. Good facilities. Close to tram. Quiet room. Fully equipped - everything we needed, except toaster and cleaning material/ equipment.

Our room was cleaned only once during our 10 day stay. The reception staff were present but not very helpful, or customer service orientated. On our last day we had a midnight flight and moved out of our room at 11h00 as per the hotel rules but asked whether we could spend time in the common area. In order to galvanise us into leaving earlier, our Wifi access in the common area was withdrawn by the reception staff. As a result we ended up leaving for the airport eight hours before than our booked flight. If you are planning on arriving much earlier than 15h00 (we landed at 06h00) or leaving long after 11h00 (our flight left at 23h00), this hotel is not your best choice as no exceptions are made with regards to occupying the hotel room early or waiting in the hotel's common area.

Everything was excellent! There's everything you need in the appartement, its clean,cosy, modern. The staff is very helpful and kind. The underground parking is a big plus even if the price is a bit high, it's worth it. The tram number 1 that goest to the city center is just around the corner, there are also grocery stores all around. We will certainly be back here for our next visit to Vienna.
