Brand new and modern apartment with a cool natural design. Very comfy bed and large kitchen area. There is a central cooling system which made the apartment nice and cool when it was super hot outside. I also loved having plants in the living room. The ground floor terrace is great to have in summer and quiet too.

the room was beautiful and we really liked the fact that we were near a metro station. the bathroom was clean and i really liked its design. the smart tv was useful and the kitchen had everything we needed

i requested some help because one of the shutters (controlled by a remote) didn’t work. the manager told me that he would have sent some electrician, but none came and he didn’t call me back (however, not a big problem). but, still, the manager is an awesome person that will tell you everything and help you anyway if you call him, a really nice and accommodating guy

I'd like to note that the apartment is very well thought out in detail, making living there very comfortable. The materials used in the interior design, the quality appliances, and the excellent lighting made daily routines very enjoyable. Additionally, the access to a small garden was a significant plus, especially for city living. The gym was well-equipped, clean, and not crowded. As for the location, it is a peaceful area from which one can comfortably reach any part of Vienna, as the public transport system is very well organized.

Modern looking studio apartment with new amenities, witch comes with a cosy terrace. Fairly close to the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and easily reachable hosts.

Apartment is located in a beautiful 5th district in a modern house within 20 min of walk to the center. The apartment is brand new. Also, there is a tram 1 nearby heading to all central locations. I loved the bathroom/kitchen equipment of a high quality, interior design is also very nice, as well is the inner yard is so cozy for outdoor dining. Bed is wide and comfy. Owners were very nice and responsive in our communication. I really loved the place and it exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend it and will definitely return again when in Vienna. This place feels like home. Amazing price/value ratio

Everything was great

Property was equipped with everything you can imagine. The 2 weeks we spend their property really felt like home.Owner was super helpful also! Located in a very good area in vienna close to all amneties and definitly worth the money. Would definitly choose this property again when visiting vienna as it gave us the feel like were at home. Also good to mention that the outhdoor space was breath taking. Thank you FERDI ❤️❤️

Nothing everything was perfect!!

Clean, modern, and very roomy. More than adequate closet space, and the kitchen was user friendly. Overall it was a marvelous short term rental near to public transportation and even a reasonable walk to the museum quarter, naschmarkt, and downtown. Self check in and out was simple. Also had access to a well equipped gym.

It was really nice to place to stay and relax after a busy day exploring Vienna. It was nice and cool inside the apartment, whilst outside the temperature reached the 36 degree mark! Public transport was literally around the corner, as was the supermarket.

Everything was amazing, from the first day I get self check in faster and all information clear . The apartment was incredible with beautiful design and everything you need for an unstressed holiday . I recommend 100% for all points. Thanks again and I hope see you soon ❤️❤️🔥🔥
