I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The self check-in process was super easy and convenient — everything was clearly explained, and I had no issues getting in. It’s a great option for those who like flexibility and independence when traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The location was excellent — close to everything but quiet and relaxing at night. Although I didn’t interact much with the staff due to the self check-in, communication was fast and helpful whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. A great experience overall!

Exactly like the pictures,the rooms aren't anything special but for the price You get a very nice room that's extremely close to the city center as well as really connected by public transport. The nearest metro station is 5 min away and just in front of the hotel there's a bus that goes to the Opera and 1 min away there's another bus that takes You to the main train station (Wien HBF). The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We didn't pay for the breakfast but from what we have seen it doesn't seem worth it.

The heating wasn't working even though it said it was when we turned it on,so when we got back to the room in the evening it was freezing as only the cold air was coming out of the vents.

The location is great, the main attractions and the christmas market are easily accessible with car or public transport. The price is really nice for a hotel in this area in christmas market time, the price-value is fine. The room was clean and big enough for two, with every needed equipment. The on-site crew were nice. The whole hotel's look and feel was nice and met our expectations.

The hotel is unreachable in any communication channel before arrival. They are not answering booking messages/email, and the phone number they provided was only a mailbox. Neither on their website they don't have public phone number. (I had a problem few days before arrival, and wanted to contact them, without success). They are legit and the hotel itself is fine, but I don't understand why they can't add a working phone number somewhere. Besides, the beds were not too comfortable, but its ok. Not the worst either.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance from all the major attraction of Wien. The room was clean, it had AC which really helped with the overall feeling of the room. the bed was comfortable.

I don`t really have anything to say. Maybe some clearer instructions of how to use the safe (or maybe mine wasn`t working properly. Also, i think that the fridges in all hotel rooms do not chill whatever you put inside, so i don`t know it there is anything that they can do (i turned the temperature setting all the way to the coldest setting, but still my drink was not as cold as I wanted it.

Everything met my expectations, great value for this money. Room size and bathroom was OK, the windows locked out the noise, the courtains blocked the light, so ideal for having a good sleep. Even there was a kettle with tea/coffee and a fridge, which I highly value! The location is a little further from the inner city but we could get there easily by foot, we dont mind walking. Naschmakt is very close.

The bed was not so comfortable, they could use some new matrasses and pillows, and the shower was leaking a little bit, but we could live with that. However there was no rug to wipe the water coming out of the shower, so we had to use onee of the towels provided.

Lots to like: The hotel is very close to public transport with easy access to the sights. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The room looked out onto a small courtyard area, which was nice and avoided any traffic noise. It was good value for money and the staff were polite. We were able to leave our bags there after checkout until we were ready to head to the airport.

Just a couple of small issues, but overall, I was very pleased with the accommodation: 1) We occasionally got the smell of cigarettes from people smoking in the courtyard, but it was minimal. 2) The safe wasn't working 3) There is a €3 charge for leaving luggage at the hotel after checkout, which is fine, but it would be good to state this on the hotel information rather than finding out at checkout time.

Rooms oriented towards a quiet and nicely decorated inner courtyard with common terraces..after having requested another room, as it didn't match the pictures of the one I have booked, my request has been accommodated by the staff, good size of the room

Soundproofing of rooms virtually non-existent, some decor could be updated (the faux-leather surface of the headboard was a bit damaged), made use of the possibility of online self check-in which was a little bit pain in the a** to fill out a lot of data, however it was not necessary (you can check in at the reception)

The hotel is nicely located, a very safe area ( Vienna is generally safe ), the staff was extremely nice, smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean to a high level, shared areas as well. Initially would not rate 10/10 but they know how to compensate for any inconvenience, good management.

The rooms need some renovation ( please change the pillows an mattresses ), we had some issues with the heating and internet was interupted for a good amount od time ( maybe not hotel at foul but still unpleasant )

The staff was very friendly. They speak multiple languages. The rooms had all the basics one would expect. The mini bar is stocked well. Location good. Old town easily reachable. Close to main train station. The area has plenty options for dining at reasonable prices. Breakfast is a standard spread.

A little more ambiance during breakfast service would add a lot (small dining area fitting a lot of people.) Background music would have made it perfect. The outside lounge area can do with a little TLC.

The room is clean and very nice. Normal size of the room with a comfortable bed. The shower was clean and spacy. Very close to city center.

The stuff on reception unfortunately got us wrong about parking. We left our car on sunday in front of the hotel and the girl at reception told us we could leave it there till 7 a.m. but when we wanted to take our car at 5 a.m. after check out, we did not find it. It was evacuated, and we had to go about 3 hours to take the car back at the impound lot and had to pay a big fine.
