very near metro so easy to access city and attractions

didn't get wifi and I thought €26 a night parking was a bit pricey

The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet as it faced the back of the hotel away from the street. The parking garage was very spacious for manureving.

The hotel on info booking.com says that Amex is accepted, but in fact, it was not. We had two rooms, but they were on separate floors. Some cars were double or triple parked, which required that the car key was left at the reception.

Rooms were cleaned everyday.

There was some construction going on outside. (the train station) Which noise started from 7am. That we didn't know about prior to arrival.

Very nice hotel to stay for a few days. The staff at the reception were very friendly. Our room was ready hours before the check in time so we were happy to already accomodate ourselves. The hotel has an excellent location, 2 min walk from the U4 underground, which takes you to the centre in 10-15 min. The breakfast was good, enough variation for a few days. Our room was very clean. The bed was good. We asked for a second pillow cos they were a bit too flat for us and we got one straight away at the reception. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're thinking of spending a few days in Vienna.

A good hotel, with a great location - a twenty-minute easy walk and/or two metro stations from the city center (right next to the hotel there is a metro station). The rooms are clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi connection can be weak at times. The hotel also has an excellent parking garage located under the hotel, as well as public parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful, but not to polite and friendly.

Parking space in the garage is a little bit expensive and it is not possible to reserve it when you booking a hotel (it can very easily happen that there is no free space in the garage).

-Location: the hotel is not in the city centre, but it is located around 200 metres from the nearest metro station (4 stops from Schönbrunn palace and 2 stops from the Vienna State Opera: the city centre, the Cathedral, and the most important museums are within walking distance of it) -Both my room and the common areas were clean and had modern, good-taste forniture in my opinion -the staff was professional -the hotel has a nice bar, a restaurant, and a laundry service (I have not tried it though) -very good value for money

the bathroom was quite small (however, according to my experience, it is very common for hotels in European capitals), but, all in all, considering the price we paid, was adequate

Connecting rooms are extremely convenient when traveling with family and children. The place is quiet, although there is currently a subway under construction in front of the rooms and the construction works start from 6am, they rest on the weekend. Rooms are cleaned daily. It has everything you need, the room size is good. Very communicative place. The metro stop is literally in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is on the next block.

Wi-Fi was very weak after we came home in the evening, even after 11pm. The staff explained that the hotel was full and that was the reason, but that was no excuse. The bedside sockets did not work in both rooms. The furniture is a bit old. The toilet door is glass and sliding, does not lock, does not close tightly and does not give privacy, it moves noisily, which disturbs if the other person in the room is sleeping.

The hotel is strategically located. It is next to the U4 metro line, so it is very easy to reach all the most famous places in Vienna, museums and parks. It is very convenient to arrive by public transport from the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is excellent and you don't have to look for somewhere to eat in the morning. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. WIFI works well. During our three-day stay, we visited the most famous places in Vienna, visited the Vienna Opera (I recommend buying tickets online 2-3 months in advance), and tasted traditional Austrian cuisine. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was good. The windows were facing the street with metro construction, but the windows have good sound insulation, so you can't hear any noise. The air conditioner works well. Good value for money. It's definitely worth buying a transport ticket for 24/48/72 hours - you can use transfers - metro/bus/tram to reach the necessary objects in the city. I would definitely stay again

The room seemed exceptionally clean and tidy from the moment we entered and the cleaning staff kept it that way for the rest of our stay. The hotel also managed to chek us in 3hours earlier and I want to point out how helpful that was. Even if they didn't they would have let us leave our luggage in a secure space. The staff in general was super friendly and their English was also at the expected level and above. Water preassure in the shower and the balance between cold and hot water was also on point. The location was also litterally right by the metro station that gets you to and from the city centre in a few stops.

Some of the furniture had some wear and tear but it does not at all affect your stay.

New modern huge building with spacious rooms ,located not far from the centre, metro station is about 5 minutes walk. There are a lot of bars and shops with Nachmarkt nearby. A very good and varied breakfast not only with basic omlet and sausages but also with dairy products, lots of fruits ,vegetables and cakes.

The staff. Every day there were new people at the reception and new roommaids who were a bit irresponsible. Several times did I ask at the reception to wake us up at 5.30 in the morning to go to the airport but alas this was not done. The receptionist said that he came at night and did know anything about it. Thank god we woke up by ourselves.Liquid soap in the bathroom was topped up and tea packets were refilled only after several calls to the reception. The dressing gowns and slippers were provided after several calls to the reception, too. We got the impression that you have to remind several times about the essentials which should be a must without asking for them several times.
