very near metro so easy to access city and attractions

didn't get wifi and I thought €26 a night parking was a bit pricey

The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet as it faced the back of the hotel away from the street. The parking garage was very spacious for manureving.

The hotel on info booking.com says that Amex is accepted, but in fact, it was not. We had two rooms, but they were on separate floors. Some cars were double or triple parked, which required that the car key was left at the reception.

Rooms were cleaned everyday.

There was some construction going on outside. (the train station) Which noise started from 7am. That we didn't know about prior to arrival.

Very nice hotel to stay for a few days. The staff at the reception were very friendly. Our room was ready hours before the check in time so we were happy to already accomodate ourselves. The hotel has an excellent location, 2 min walk from the U4 underground, which takes you to the centre in 10-15 min. The breakfast was good, enough variation for a few days. Our room was very clean. The bed was good. We asked for a second pillow cos they were a bit too flat for us and we got one straight away at the reception. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're thinking of spending a few days in Vienna.

A good hotel, with a great location - a twenty-minute easy walk and/or two metro stations from the city center (right next to the hotel there is a metro station). The rooms are clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi connection can be weak at times. The hotel also has an excellent parking garage located under the hotel, as well as public parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful, but not to polite and friendly.

Parking space in the garage is a little bit expensive and it is not possible to reserve it when you booking a hotel (it can very easily happen that there is no free space in the garage).

The daily scheduled time for breakfast was very much convenient with adequate number of options according to different diet preferences. The overall ambience of the place for breakfast as well as inside room was excellent. Room was adequately comfortable with all the necessary facilities such that even if one switch board was not working near the place where the television was provided (white in color) did not bothered me as there were plenty other switchboards (gray in color) were given in the room. Location was fairly convenient especially to reach to the place where the conference was held. Also the location was excellent in terms of its reach to several touristic and well-being places across the city via public transport.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Ananas in the center of Vienna with my 12-year-old daughter. The location is perfect, with metro and bus stations just steps away, and markets conveniently nearby. The staff is truly professional – always kind, helpful, quick, and efficient. They made everything easy from start to finish. The luggage service was flawless, both at check-in and check-out, which made traveling stress-free. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

The room was very clean, the future was quite comfortable, the bathroom was modern and looked nice.

Internet in the room was not stable. The connection would interrupt every 10-15 minutes, so it's not OK for having online meetings via Zoom or Google Meet. The staff was not careful enough either. On the day of departure I by chance, forgot my sleeping mask in the room. In order to find it, I would write twice to the hotel via the Booking app. I got no reply whatsoever. When in the evening I asked the receptionist, if the chambermaid could look for the mask, I had to wait for 20 minutes to no avail. The mask has not been found, although I definitely had forgotten it in the room.

Great shower, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Facilitated changing rooms after first night of 3 no problem due to heatwave. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Recommended a local Italian restaurant just around the corner 'Gondola' which I highly recommend...high quality food and very reasonably priced. This hotel is excellent value for money. Right beside underground trains. Two stops to centre of Vienna.

Air con on 5th floor was ineffective given very hot weather both day and night. We asked to be moved and accommodated to second floor. Air com much more effective. Restaurant felt like I was sitting in a hall, very loud as large numbers of guests in hotel. We didn't avail of the restaurant for this reason.

-Location: the hotel is not in the city centre, but it is located around 200 metres from the nearest metro station (4 stops from Schönbrunn palace and 2 stops from the Vienna State Opera: the city centre, the Cathedral, and the most important museums are within walking distance of it) -Both my room and the common areas were clean and had modern, good-taste forniture in my opinion -the staff was professional -the hotel has a nice bar, a restaurant, and a laundry service (I have not tried it though) -very good value for money

the bathroom was quite small (however, according to my experience, it is very common for hotels in European capitals), but, all in all, considering the price we paid, was adequate
