The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and a metro station, which is definitely a big advantage. The rooms, while not the most modern, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Parking was a challenge. There is no possibility to stop in front of the hotel to unload luggage, which was inconvenient. The additional parking offered by the hotel had a confusing system – the banner indicated it was full, and the gate was closed, making it unclear whether we could enter. Moreover, neither this parking nor others nearby allow vehicles over 2.1 meters in height (e.g. a regular car with a roof box), which might be an issue for some travelers.

I like the location of the place.. the bus stop is just outside and the train stations are only less that 10mins away. Few cafè are just outside the hotel as well as the restaurants. The Single room I stayed in is just right for a solo traveller, imo anyway. The bed is comfortable enough for me, as I slept well during my stay. My room was facing the road and you can barely hear anything from the outside, which is very good as I'm a light sleeper. The toilet was very cleaned and has enough space to move around. The water pressure in the shower is very good as well.

The room could use a little more lights and more options for breakfast :)

The staff were very nice and ready to help us whatever our problems were. Such a peaceful location of the room. It was facing the inner property, opposite to the streets. We couldn't hear a sound during the day or at night. Although the days were hot (reaching records) in the whole region, an air conditioning was not necessary.

Hard to say what was unsatisfactory. Some would have complained that breakfast was rather meager. But a continental breakfast is meant to be light favouring a healthier option.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's an easy walk to all the central attractions, also parking is super safe and close to the hotel, although it's not at the same location. Staff was super helpful and friendly with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, and the facilities are simple but ok. I would say for a price we paid for 3 nights it's even better than we expected. We would love to come back!

The pillows are too thin and really need to be replaced.

the hotel looks very new and clean and the corridor lights are bright which gives us a very safe and comfortable feeling. Our arrival was late at night but I got a message from the hotel informing us that reception would be closed at 9pm and a clear message on how to get into the hotel and retrieve the keys. The only little problem I had was for the 1st 3 nights, the room service was only changing clean towels; the beds were not tidied. We didn't know what the norm is so we did not feedback. But the last 2 nights, the bed was tidied up :) But this is not a big issue for us. We did not have the hotel breakfast (which is Eur12,00). I almost don't have any bad comments about the hotel and our stay. Will come back again!

The staff were very very helpful, polite and nice, helped to navigate also in the city where to go how to reach etc and we generally had no problems at this stay. Good location with lots of transport options available, close to the center. Overall comfortable and clean rooms, clean sheets and room was cleaned appropriately.

Overall very old, there was a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink which they were unable to solve, very old apparently needs some maintenance.

Location was close to bus station and Billy market and Spar were nearby👍. Staff was very nice. We left our luggages before check-in and check-out. The room was overall tidy, bedsheets were clean. The heater worked perfectly, it was warm in the room. Overall, I recommend to stay here :)

Bathroom was a little bit smelly. I couldn’t use hair dryer properly because it was stopping work every 2-3 minutes. Then I have to wait 3minutes so than it would work for 2 minutes and again it stopped. Another thing is that hotel fidelity provide us any slippers . Also, we were provided with just three carton cups. It would be better if they would provide more or with ceramic one.

The hotel is very close to the centrum, but this is it's only advantage. The members of the staff were quite friendly.

The hotel is besides to a very noisy main road, we could not open the window. But there is no air conditioning, the room is very warm. The room is very simple, like a dormitory room. The bathroom and the shower are very small. The matress in the bed is too hard. The breakfast was nothing special, but the pastries were very fresh. Altogether this hotel is too expensive for it's value. We spent there only one night and I paid 188 EUR for three persons! Plus the parking lot was 15 EUR for 24 hours.

Great location, just a short walk from the underground. Room was a really good size for 3. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work but they brought us another very quickly. Reception team were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Our only issue was that the room smelt of tobacco, although it is not permitted to smoke there. Unfortunately they were fully booked so couldn’t move us. We got accustomed to it.

The room was really clean, the staff step by every day to clean and make sure that everything was ok! The bed was extreamely comfy! The room was not too big but for some day it could work. I personally enjoied the big window. We didn’t had breakfast at Mocca but in some cafes near by. The staff at the desk was super nice. Also the position of the hotel is super!
