This accommodation is in the City centre: perfect location for visiting the city, with car garage at 200 metres. The room is inside a very nice and elegant building, it's very big, modern, well furnished and well insulated form the external noises. The bathroom is brand new and the shower is very big. Out of the room, in the corridor, there is a little fridge - shared- where you can put your things like water, or yogurt or something small fro breakfast. It's at few metres from a café and the central pedestrian area from which you can visit all the main attractions. The host is friendly and gives you all the support you need. Super recommended!

I don't say this often but everything was truly ideal in terms of accomodation. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quick access to the metro (2 mins), great area with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Most of all the price was very advantageous considering other available options, and we booked months ahead so there was enough time for research. For future clients, it's worth noting that you have to pay extra for air conditioning, €8/day, but you don't have to book this service beforehand. We would have, but Vienna is chilly during the night so there was was no need to. All in all congrats for your professionalism, we would stay here again next time as well!

My sister and I stayed at K+T Boardinghouse for two nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Vienna and also easy to reach from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the wonderful hostess, Tina. She truly went above and beyond for us. Although our flight arrived early in the morning, she graciously allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us by 12:00, which was so appreciated after traveling. Her kindness and hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna—great value, fantastic location, and outstanding service!

Everything was great! The location, the room, the water preassure were impeccable. Everyday our room was cleaned and Tina was a great host: she gave us great advices on what to do during our stay and always asked if we needed anything. the room was really comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. If I had to say a bad thing about this apartment I would say that there is a bus right under the window, so you can hear the noise coming from it throughout the day. However, i dont think that there is much she can do about it. Overall, I would deeply recommend!

Friendly and very helpful host. Tina was brilliant at making us feel at home and recommending places to visit. The room was quite large, clean, and tidy. Location was excellent, very near to high street and local transit links such as the underground rail and bus network. We felt very safe walking late at night in the area.

Nothing serious, only slight inconveniences that didn't take away from enjoying our stay. The room was a little warm at first, but the host was happy to turn the heating down when asked. The shower-head holder/wall fixture is a bit too low for comfort if you are above average height, but the shower head itself is moveable.

First of all I would like to thank Tina as she explains everything from the moment I booked up to check out. The room is beautiful and clean with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent and is step away from metro station/bus stop where you start your tour of attractions in Vienna. I would certainly book again in this boardinghouse should I travel to Vienna

The shower head should have been installed higher so you don’t have to bend when you shower.

All was wonderful. We travelled in family and although we arrived more than 1.5hours after the appointment, Tina was fabulous. She always is ready to help planning your trip. We were provided with maps and recommendations. Tina has her guesthouse clean, and it is a nice place to spend some days. It is close to the center ant well communicated with metro, tramvia and buses. The bathroom was clean, ordered and calm (although just in front of the window there is a bus station). In general it has a good balance between quality and pricew. 100% recommended.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable and with great amenities such as a kettle in the room and accessible fridge. K & T is situated in a perfect location close to shops and eateries and just around the corner from a Metro and bus stops allowing easy access to the airport and other main train stations. The host was friendly, helpful and gave lots of excellent advice about getting there and for our stay while in Vienna. We loved our stay.

Definetely reccomend this stay. Great location, at Mariahilfer Strasse. Metro station is in front of the house. Inner Stadt is 25 min by foot. Very clean room an nice host. We had fridge in the coridor, and we could make tea or coffee in the room. Also we could store our luggagge in the coridor with no extra charge. I would maybe suggest new pillows. Thank you.

Location was ideal across from a metro stop and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and quiet despite the bus stop out our window. Tina was a gracious host with many helpful suggestions.

The pillows are a weak point.
