Excellent hosts, great hospitality and service! Very good breakfast, starting from 7:00, so you can organize your other daily activities! Excellent location, in Mariahilfer Straße, the largest and one of the most famous shopping streets in Vienna. 15-20 minutes walk to Innere Stadt (city center) attractions: Volkstheater, MuseumsQuartier, Hofburg Palace, Vienna State Opera, etc! Metro (Einbahn) station (Neubaugasse) right in front of the hotel and bus and tram stations very close (250-300m, 4-5 min.)

No kettle in the room! Old plank floor (covered with carpet) creaks while walking!

We loved how accessible the location was, and especially the friendly staff. They were extremely accommodating and understanding when we had to modify our booking and add an extra day without needing to move from our room. I would suggest adding a toaster to the breakfast room. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shut out to all the staff because they were super nice to us and our curious, wiggly toddler.

We didn't like the cigarette smell from the smoking area that was right outside our room; otherwise, we liked everything else.

Staff were so friendly, professional and kind. We had a long drive and arrived late, the gentleman on the reception was amazing in accommodating a late arrival, parking requirements and his friendly manner was so appreciated. Everyone we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. Lovely continental breakfast with lots of coffee and choice. Perfect location for travel options on foot or public transport. Beautiful view to wake up to from our room. Felt like a proper traditional hotel stay, not the usual generic accommodation that can sometimes be on offer. Would love to stay again and again, thanks to the brilliant staff

Loved it all

The equipment in the accommodation is already some time old, but we liked it very much and we were satisfied. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean. Despite the accommodation is in the city center in the shopping street, the evening was quiet. You can park in one of the parking garages, which are in the area a lot. Breakfast was included and there was a really varied choice, everything was fresh. There are lots of shops, a shopping centre, cafes, a great bakery. Good accessibility to the monuments, the old center, the Christmas market for those who want to walk. I definitely recommend the accommodation and will use it on my next visit to Vienna.

The weather was really hot and it was important to have the portable air conditioners in the bedrooms even if they were loud!

Our flight was delayed so we arrived in Vienna after the closing time of the hotel. I messaged the hotel but they didn't reply although they said they had seen the message. I then had to ring them from Greece and needed to persuade them to let us in when we thought we would arrive around 01:30 am. Thankfully they eventually agreed and luckily we arrived an hour earlier. I'm wondering what is the general policy of this and other hotels for customers arriving late due to delayed flights?

Everything!!! The staff was amazing ! They were very flexible. We had uncertainties about our guest number and they were very understanding and helping. They gave us a room that fits all of us nicely and we had an early check in. There was a non-stop heating, the room was warm and comfortable! Breakfast was very nice, not amazing since there were not a lot to choose from, but everything was fresh. The location was very good, there are a lot of shops around, 2 metro stations and cafes in the radius of 10 minutes walk.

Location of the hotel is excellent - it is on the Mariahilferstrasse in the very center of Vienna. Our room looked at the nearby street and although there were many people on the street it was quite quiet during the night, what I like.

I expected more for the four star hotel. It is part of the residential and commercial building so it just looks weird for the hotel that has four stars. The furniture of the room looks old, however that could be a reflection of the emphasis on tradition.

It was located very close to the subway in the shopping area of Vienna. The breakfast was OK with sufficient room to choose from.

When we checked-in with a small baby it was around 11 pm. The guy who was waiting for us was very rude and impolite. We had to explain that we were late because the plane was late and he treated us as if we were delinquents. However, the people we met in the other days were very nice and sort of made up for the rude encounter.

The property is in the prime area walkable to the parliament, Opera House and tourist info centre. Very close to the market place with easy access to shops and restaurants. The property is clean well maintained and nice. Rooms are spacious. Bf is simple and served from 6:30 am . It’s very basic tbh but wholesome . Managed by 2 orderly men and their family. Very helpful and friendly.

Im a solo traveller on my first time going dolo in a while. I was a little scared for this holiday to be honest! I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time - around half 11. I was only going to ask if I could leave my suitcase there but not only did they check was the room ready, the bag was brought there and the key given to me with the instruction that it would be ready for me in half a hour! I was shocked in a good way. The bed was so omfortable and extra pillows and blanket are supplied in the wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and large and they even have an indoor retractable washing line should you require it! (I wish I had one of those). Location wise it is a 10 minute walk from Museums quarter, around the same ro Haus des Meeres and a 15-20 minute walk to the Palace. Breakfast was well laid out and there was a good selection of meats, bread and vegetables. Muesli and another were cereals but I wasn't really going for those. I would stay here again!

Sometimes the breakfast area felt a little too cramped for comfort. There wasn't that much information provided in reception about attractions around the area.
