Great location close to all the shops and restaurants of Mariahilf :) you can either walk into the city centre or take the U3 tube right outside the hotel. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and we liked the coffee provided in the room and lobby. Even though we had windows towards the shopping street it was quiet because there are not really restaurants or bars on the street so late at night the street is quite silent.

Nothing really to mention here. Overall a good experience even if nothing extraordinary

The location is great, safe and suitable for solo traveller, with nearby underground train and bus stand. Lots of shopping places, halal restaurant around and all landmarks places are just few stations away. Staff is warm, helpful and super kind as they waited for me for my late night arrival, Alina to be exact. And they served free croissants, jams and hot drinks for breakfast. Accomodation is good, they have kettle and coffee machine in the room. Wireless charger by the bed side is a plus point.

The bed is slightly on the softer side and bathroom is glass door, but they provide sliding curtain. And heater needs to be turned on manually too.

The staff was wonderful and the free drinks and pastries for breakfast was really nice. The location near the U-bahn station is convenient, however there are better connected locations in the city

The room design was odd. I knew the shower was in the bedroom from the reviews, but since the toilet is huge it's unclear why they didn't just close it all as a spacious bathroom. The blankets and pillows were very worn-out and thin, not that it disrupted my sleep but I expect more from a 4 star hotel. In addition, the walls are very thin and you can hear every door slam or footsteps in the hallway. The shower (which again, is in the bedroom) occasionally smelled of sewerage or started dripping loudly. Also the floor never felt entirely clean.

Very nice hotel with views on Mariahilfer Str, just a few steps from u-bahn. Our room was looking over the road, was very clean, with comfy bed, the breakfast was included and was perfect. Overall, this hotel was a great choice.

- Spacious shower cabin; - Nicely smelling toiletries (body lotion, shower gel); - Quiet neighbourhood (our room was looking into inside garden, no street noise); - Coffee capsules and organic tea in the room; - The location is perfect - everything is in a walkable distance;

- Not sound proof: we had 1 night with neighbours who were walking back and forth in the room and the noise was quite significant. Very unusual that the majority of noise was coming from someone walking on the floors - it felt like they are walking inside your room, next to your ear:D apart from that - no complaints. The following nights were quiet - no neighbours walking; - Room was quite small but everything in it (furniture position, accessories, amenities, facilities etc) planned very carefully, thus it was not bothering us at all;

The location was the best feature. We used Uber if we needed to be somewhere at a specific time. However, because of the location we also walked a lot. It was inly a 20/25 minute walk to the main city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and functional but a little bit on the small side. There is not a lot of space to hang clothes/ outdoor coats,etc. It can feel a little cramped at times. But it was perfectly adequate for or 3 night stay. We did not have the breakfast option as there are so many cafes close by.

The size of the room. The entrance to the hotel does look a little uninviting, making you wonder what sort of place you are staying in. There is no separate lounge/dining room/reception; they are all in the same space.

Location is terrific. Right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and close to public transportation. Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Nice view of the walking street and a big tree.

It's super compact, but has everything you need.

The hotel is only 2 minutes from the metro station and the centre only 20 minutes by foot! The weather was perfect so if you like walking I would recommend going there by foot. The room was warm and cozy, free coffee, juice, fruits and croissants every morning.The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Alex in the evening and the young lady in the reception! Z:15 :)

The only thing I would change is that the windows do not have any shutters if you want to sleep a little more and not wake up at 7

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is great, and the design and build is high quality. The staff were friendly, both at check in and at other times... the free coffee was very welcome. The room size was OK for a couple of days; the bathroom quite large and well fitted. Security seemed good. I'd stay here again, and recommend the hotel.

These things did not spoil my stay... but they could be improved. - It would be good to have thicker curtains; these ones do not block the light enough. - WiFi signal seemed strong... but the throughput was disappointing. I had to use my phone roaming. - Breakfast seemed high quality but selection was small and quite carb/fruit heavy. Not to my taste; would have liked to see more protein at the price. I chose to eat elsewhere.

5/5 to the hotel for: 1. Location: If you are using public transport as the hotel is in a building in a pedestrian street. Worked well for us as we loved being on just the fringes of inner city, yet in a vibrant neighbourhood with no traffic. Vienna is overall very clean, and the location is just perfect to commute. 2. The comms: Very responsive and friendly staff. Each one of them was ACE! You will not see any frosty Viennese hospitality here:) 3. Breakfast was small but nutritious and wholesome. We quite like it though those seeking variety or traditional English hot food might be disappointed. There is bacon and eggs to order.

3/5: 1. Room size: For 200 euros a night, the room was tiny, even by European standards. The bed and bath are all in one room, with the loo in a separate cubicle. No space for your bags or suitcases, and no wardrobe. We are used to small spaces but this felt exceptionally tiny. 2. The lift was not working on day 1 and we had to lug ourselves and our bags to the 2nd floor. A little note would have helped. 3. The hotel lobby gets no day light, so breakfast is under indoor lighting. Its not that bad, but overall the halls and lobby dont have natural light at all, if thats a bother for you. Note, the hotel is in a office cum residential building in the 2nd floor.
