The apartment is in a quiet street, it was very clean and tidy. We were greeted with some coffee and a selection of teas in the apartment. Breakfast is a European breakfast option, everything is fresh and tasty. A large selection of dishes, coffees and juices. The garage is a bit cramped, but enough for 5 vehicles. We managed to park a larger SUV. Nearby there are interesting places to go out that are open long into the night.

Nothing specific. The apartment is better than expected for three stars.

The hotel is nicely decorated and quite comfortable except for the fact that there wasn't a single plug in the kitchenette had to boil the kettle on the floor next to it and no dish drying rack either which is a shame because otherwise the room has everything you need . The room was clean when we arrived but was not cleaned once during our 8 day stay despite the fact that we requested it. We did get some fresh towels and toilet paper, though, when we asked for them. The staff was great, polite and helpful. The breakfast was small and lacked variety but was tasty nonetheless. The wifi was good and the coffee machine in the lobby was working 24/7. The vending machine in the lobby was also very convenient. The location is not the best, especially if travelling with children, quite a walk to the subway but there is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away that takes you to the centre. There are a few restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. The elevator was extremely slow, which was one of the major disadvantages. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it's a great option for the price.

Good location of the hotel. Keyless access to the hotel and the room - very safe and convenient. Calm neighborhood and close to a big supermarket, pharmacy and with interesting food offers in a close proximity. Very clean room (a two room studio, actually) supplied with everything needed for a normal stay. Very polite, kind and helpful staff at the reception desk. Excellent price/quality ratio. Recommended.

No WiFi. At all! But not a big deal, actually. Poor initial information regarding the hotel access. We were informed only for the code for room entering. Although I explicitly, and thoroughly, asked about details how to enter the hotel, how to use the elevator, etc., I was further informed only for the code of the main hotel’s entrance. Two days later it turned out that we can access the top floor, where our room was, by the elevator using a special code, instead of climbing steep stairs between 6th and 7th floors. Especially the first time, dragging our heavy luggage an hour past midnight …

Our room was comfy & clean, although smaller than the photos show. There was closet space & hanger and double door so it was quiet. Beds comfortable. Room was super warm ( January!) and water was hot. Bathroom was dated but very clean. Towels thick and clean. The room has a tiny kitchenette and large fridge. Breakfast super solid with large selection: eggs, links, cheeses, basic fresh veggies & fruit, croissants, pastry, cereal. Coffee machine with many types of coffee& hot chocolate. The hotel will store your luggage after checkout for free which was very helpful.

It is a bit far from the center but I knew about that - I wanted that kitchenette.

Location was outside of the city centre, but bus into town only took 15 minutes to Opera/Karlsplatz. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of sweet and savoury dishes with automatic coffee machine for the morning hits. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Wifi was patchy at best in our room. Room was a bit tired, but I understand they will be renovating soon. USB ports, small fridge and air conditioners would be top of the list. Walls, ceiling and floors are concrete, so the room echoes.No one is at the reception desk until 1.30, so early check in is not a possibility.

We loved it! Nowadays when it's mostly apartments to book, I still always prefer the "hotel" version, I like to have someone at the reception I can talk to - so, I found this place to have all the benefits of a hotel (receptionist, excellent breakfast) - and the benefits of an apartment (kitchenette, spacious room). Plus, I really loved the design of the room - it's gorgeous. Would definitely return!

We had a smart-TV that wasn't connected yet, we got by without it, but I would recommend to just go back to regular TVs, when i'm travelling I actually prefer to watch local TV, I think it's a part of feeling the place you're visiting :) than netflix etc, but maybe it's just me... Thanks :)

Our room was on the 6th floor, facing the street, very quiet. It takes 15 minutes by bus to get to the city center. We paid 56€ per night in August which is very good value for money. The rooms are opened with a code, very practical. Parking on the street is free from Friday 10 p.m. until Monday 9 a.m., cheap underground parking is 5 minutes' walk away at Garage Am Hundsturm.

The mattress was a very soft foam. There were a few little things here and there that would need maintenance.

I really like the balcony and the landscape of hotel. The room was big enough for me there was a kettle inside the room. Toilet and bathroom was separated and it was so convenient for me. Location was quite ok there was s bahn nearest and I walked to u bahn in 10 min. But the best thing is reception kept my luggage for 8 hours on my check out date. That was really life saver. They have breakfast however I didn’t have time to have that. I was going to work every morning. I really enjoyed there. And the window was so big which opened to balcony

Because of green backyard there are ants in the room. That was my fault that I didn’t ask for cleaning during my stay. When I came to there, there was any ants.

great hotel! friendly staff, convenient location, easy to get to the city center (if you are a tourist, I recommend taking a pass for 48-72 hours). the room has a bathroom with a hairdryer, paper towels, shampoo. There is also a kettle, a fan, and a TV. There is an opportunity to have a buffet breakfast, which is very tasty.

the windows of the room faced the road, so if you planned to sleep for a long time with the window open, it will not work, you will be woken up at 7 in the morning by extraneous noise. There are no slippers in the room, it is also not possible to purchase them for an additional fee.

Location is pretty much perfect, close to the bus stations and Ubahn, you can reach a city center in 15 minutes. It is very calm and silent surroundings. Shops are in very walkable distance around, even some snacking in the evening is possible. Oh and yes, it is very artistic, especially graffiti in garage is awesome!

There is only singular issue: the garage. I suggest to basically ignore this as an option. This is hardly a realistic criticism - the building was a originally a normal house in the area, built many years ago, so the requirement for the garage space isn't on par with current standards. Whole garage is very narrow, extremely difficult to fit in and even more difficult to move your car to steep and narrow entrance. Moving the car out of the garage was the most adrenaline sport I ever did in my life! It was barely a millimeters measure preventing the car to be scratched. So yeah, if you desperately need to park you car in a garage, put it anywhere else and you'd thank me later. Still - go into the garage and admire the artwork.
