The location is great as it is a walking distance to city center, public transportations and main attractions. In general, staff is helpful and friendly.

In the morning of the last day, I requested a late check out for only 1 hour (1pm instead of 12pm). Unfortunately and despite the minor request, the lady (the supervisor) in the reception refused. I told her I am disappointed and left. A few minutes later, I logged-in to Marriot app (Bonvoy) and requested the same thing (late check-out by 1 hour) and the response was quick and positive. It is sad when a human to human interaction fails while the human to machine success to achieve the desired result. This small incident shows that excellent culture and policy need to be adopted by people as much as machines to be effective. In addition, rooms furniture is partially worn-out and cleanliness needs some improvement.

Spacious room, convenient hotel restaurant/cafes including room service. Great location (central Vienna), 5 minute walk to nearest Metro station and supermarket, 15-20 minute walk to most attractions, tram stop a few metres from hotel, even hop-on/ hop off bus stop near hotel, taxi queue near hotel. Hotel staff very friendly.

Room could use ladies vanity mirror (sitting area). Also (tip), to avoid issues with humidity, recommend opening room window in the morning for a few minutes before leaving room, and don't switch on room heating (unless subzero temperature) as the hotel is quite warm and duvet cover adequate to keep you warm.

Very polite and helpfull hotel staff. Amazing breakfast. Great location as a starting point for walking/biking tours, also with plenty of public transport stations within few minutes of walk. Very convenient for us was the Big Bus Tour station, just in front of the hotel.

The Spa & Welness area, very poor services and facilities. We have booked a massage in advance, they changed the slots without even consulting us in advance. The massage itself was a expirience to forget. Although the fitness room is more or less OK and acceptable, the pool area was very cold and not very clean. Definitelly not reccommending for Spa & Welness activities.

My room as a suit were fine and medium size but my kids room specially for 3 child were tighter for 3 beds but managed, break fast were nice on average and the staff were helpful, location wise was good near many attractions

using the car in Vienna was difficult to deal with car parking in many places, room sizes were average and with cost is seams to be higher price, also as a member of Bonvoy and book my room through booking they denying to register my stay as I did not book through them direct were I explained that the price on direct will cost me much more than booking they said impossible our price is much lower than other sites.

The Hotel was pretty excellent. Great rooms and great amenities. The beds were super comfy and the location was great. It was easy to walk to most destinations and walking distance to street car and train. The pool was a plus for our kids as we used it one afternoon. The cafe they have was probably one of our highlights as it served great food and late night drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also lovely with options for all. The rooms were a bit small for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) but they were clean and the black out drapes helped everyone rest.

The central location made it very easy to get around by foot, and the lovely Stadtpark is just across the street. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was always quiet at night with the window cracked open. The food served at the breakfast buffet and Parkring restaurant was tasty and convenient.

I wanted to use the pool but it was always very crowded. Also, the fridge in the room was unlocked when I first entered the room, but it was locked the next day and I was told you have to pay extra to use it. This was inconvenient, as I bought refrigerated items from the supermarket thinking I could use the fridge.

Location! It is right on the Ringstrasse facing Stadtpark and could walk literally to everywhere, even Stephansplatz and Schwedenplatz. Vienna overall is a very safe city and pedestrian friendly. There’s a tram station right outside the hotel and the U-bahn subway station is just around the corner. There’s also a convenience store and a bakery right around the corner. If you want to ride the hop on and off bus, the bus stop is also right in front of the hotel. Super convenient. Check-in and check-out were both easy and fast, staff at the receptionist were also friendly. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy too. Shower had good water pressure. I was worried at first because I read a lot from other guests’ reviews about how the ACs in their rooms did not work during their stay, but the AC in my room worked perfectly fine thankfully.

Nothing. Just take note to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and haircomb for your stay as the hotel does not provide such items.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walking distante from the city centre. The gym is excellent, you can find all the machines and they have another area where you can do your own exercises. Is very clean and quite comfortable. I also had a massage and it was very nice, the staff are wonderful.

The room we had was not too big but was quite comfortable. The pool is good but was extremely busy, there were many kids jumping, we even had to witness a guy fighting with kids and it was not very comfortable. They could probably control access since the pool are is quite small.

Room was Executive Deluxe 3floor, was good size room, 2 double beds, very clean, view was not the best, concrete backyard, but I was ok with that. breakfast was very tasty, nice variation, I went for omelette made by the in house chef, fresh fruit was nice too, raspberry yogurt was delicious. We found everyone was very helpful, from customer services to porters. Weird but true we felt very safe staying here. Location was the best I could have got.

Cereal selection was very dry, seen more choice, in other major hotels. Tbh I found the hotel to be very friendly welcoming place in the heart of Vienna. Definitely would stay at the Vienna Marriott again without a doubt.

We had an excellent stay. The breakfast, the staff and overall Christmasy feel was truly nice

The only thing that bothered us was a damp smell coming out of the bathroom. Other room in which other family stayed did not have it
