The hotel’s location is perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants, and pubs, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. However, the self check-in process wasn’t great. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time and faced some issues as the code provided didn’t work at the door. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the desk to assist us, so we had to wait until check-in officially opened to even enter the lobby. This was a bit inconvenient, especially after traveling. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious enough and comfortable for our stay.

Overall, it was an okay experience, but the check-in process could definitely be improved to make things smoother for guests arriving early.

The shower has a problem with the platform you have to climb. For my mom, who is elderly, it was too high and she felt it was dangerous. Additionally, the hot water in the shower got into the metal handle, and if it accidentally touched your body while showering, it was painful and also dangerous. . The safe in our room could not be opened, but luckily we had two rooms, so the safe in the other room was good

This is an old 4 stars hotel and now self service hotel and pension. We have just stayed one night but would like to stay more. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Room had a fridge, a coffee machine and complementary tea and coffees. Check in time some late like 15:00 but we have been able to get in the hotel and left our luggage earlier. Strongly recommended if you would like to stay in Vienna in the center of the city.

Some difficulty entering the lobby since the code provided cannot work before check in time. We had to wait at the door then luckily cleaning lady saw us and opened the door.

Greate location close to St.Stephens Cathedral. Coffe and tea room. Microwave in a shared kitchen. Spacious room. I like bathing products they provide. Comfortable bed.

Entranse code didn’t work until 15.00. The refrigerator didn't work, and the hoster didn't answer until the next morning. And when he answered, he still didn't solve the problem. The products had to be thrown away. When we checked out, the cleaning lady showed that maybe we had to turn some button inside. The room is old and needs to be renovated.

Everything was great: location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable, big room. Room has been cleaned every day, free coffee capsules, free toileteries, mini refrigerator in the room and also big one in the kitchen. Space with tables if you wish to eat. Balcony available in room 107. The checkin procedure was very easy and so professional. We let our baggages until 6 PM on the leaving day and we could take them so easy. The communication with the property was very smooth.

I booked the same day of the check in. They never sent me the password to check in, just after I called them at 15.00. Then the called me back again to inform that the room was actually not ready yet. One hour later, while I was hanging around, I asked them when will be the room finally be ready and they never answered the question. I went again to the hotel at 16.30 and although the kind cleaning lady informed me, that the room was ready, the bad was full of curly hair....

Great value for money. The hotel is located very centrally close to most of the attractions and easy access to the underground train. It’s very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned and set up after our first night there by housekeeping and we were surprised we had this service given the price of our stay so I’d say great value for money. The staff were really nice and helped us check in when we arrived even though it’s self check in. I think the lady could see we were really tired so let us check in a bit earlier since our room was already ready. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again

Some breakfast option would have been great but I appreciate the property isn’t that big so probably a bit difficult for them to offer that.

Hotel is located in old renovated building 5 minutes by walk to Stephanplatz, Stephanplatz metro station and Kartner Strasse. It is very clean and room was cleaning every day. We used option self check-in and self check-out. In Kartner Strasse are many bars which are perfect for breakfast. Perfect location in the heart of Vienna.

One man in yellow t-shirt passed close to window of our room every morning which made us uncomfortable.

The hotel sent me a fan as it was too hot without an air conditioner. They also allowed me to hold the luggage after check out. Felt safe and self check in worked well. Bed and room were clean and comfortable. Great location!!!

It was hot throughout Vienna and not having an air conditioner was a big problem.

The small elevator, the floor made noise while walking, and noises from outside could be heard.
