The location of this hotel is perfect, a nice walk into the main centre, around 10 minutes with no gradient. Also very close to the train station, which has a direct train to and from the airport. There are lovely bars and authentic Viennese restaurants near by, which are out of the ‘touristy’ areas. We had a balcony room with city views, which were spectacular, you could also see St Stephen’s cathedral which was beautiful. The room is a really good size, the bed is lovely and comfy and the shower is perfect! The staff are friendly and helpful, they can answer any questions you have and if they don’t know the answer immediately themselves, they will find out for you straight away. Overall a beautiful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

No proper bar area from what we experienced. There was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom.

As this is not my first stay at the hotel, I keep coming back to it because of it's location, right at the edge of the Inner City. All the sights of the Inner City are in walking distance. Good connections to local public transit. If you are visiting Vienna as a tourist, this hotel is an excellent choice due to it's location, and it is priced reasonably.

Did not like the first room I got, switched to another one, met partially my preference, but overall it was quite small. However, it had a large balcony.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I’m absolutely thrilled! My room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view of the city’s landmarks—such a perfect way to set the mood for a great trip. Breakfasts here are just fantastic! I especially loved the cheese and tomato omelet, and the apple strudel was simply out of this world—soft, flavorful, and with the perfect crispy crust. The staff is super friendly and always smiling, and the service is top-notch. And the best part? The hotel surprised me with a little birthday greeting! It was so unexpected and incredibly sweet. Huge thanks to the entire team! I only have the best memories from this stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves comfort, great service, and attention to detail!

Excellent hotel Very convenient location, 8 minutes walk to the train station, 4 minutes to the supermarket, all the main attractions are a maximum of 15 minutes walk away. There are several great bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms, we had one on the 12th floor, with a great view of the city, I recommend it. Good showers, a convenient wardrobe. The only drawback of the room is poor ventilation, it became stuffy at night, we opened the doors to the balcony. And this is the only reason to lower the rating. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you do not eat much in the morning, but if you prefer to start the day with a good portion, then the price is quite reasonable. The staff is just wonderful, they answered all our questions and helped us with everything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue was our room was near the kitchen so we could hear them preparing breakfast early in the morning. I would request a room away from the kitchen. Also the front desk staff seemed young and new. Weeks prior to arriving, I had made changes/upgrade to one of my reservation. The front desk staff seemed baffled as to what to do on check in and check out. I had to go through my emails to show them the communications regarding the upgrade, pricing, etc. They were friendly but seemed unprepared to deal with this minor issue.

On our arrival we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room (214) was on the 12th floor, very clean, luxurious, with 2 large balcony doors, overlooking the Stadtpark.(Especially at night the view was spectacular). The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel in on the Ring strasse, in a walking distance to all the major attractions, like the Vienna State Opera, the Hofburg palace, the Vienna Rathaus(town hall), the St. Stefan Cathideral etc. We really enjoyed our stay at AM parking hotel! I’ve stayed at this hotel before and loved it. The room is beautiful and there is a gorgeous big balcony with an amazing view. The room offers total comfort and meets all needs. Nice toiletries and towels etc.

Perhaps the reservation desk staff could have shown more interest in a guest looking to return to the hotel after staying there five years ago. There was no interest, and the best price offered when I called the hotel directly was higher than I could get through Booking.com - and it was a last minute booking. I had hoped they may have been happy to welcome a person back who had actively chosen to return rather than seeking a cheaper deal.

The hotel is well located, within less than 10 minutes walk from the station where the City-Airport Train (CAT) arrives and very close to the city center. All the sites I wanted to visit were within walking distance. The staff was very kind (especially Mr Laurent at Reception who quickly detected I was French and switched to it). The rooms are at 11, 12 and 13th floors, so very quiet. I booked a room with a single bed, so was a bit worried it might be small, but I have to admit that the layout was done very smartly and the room did not feel small at all. Also enjoyed the terrace with a view on the city. In the afternoon, the hotel offers coffee, tea and cakes in a dedicated room on the 11th floor. And, as it was the week of Saint Nicolas, I had the nice surprise to find chocolate in my room to celebrate.

Breakfast is good, and with a very nice view from the 12th floor - yet a bit expensive @29€ … Replenishment of amenities and the minibar was not always done daily. And maybe, for a 4-star hotel, a real coffee machine in the room would not hurt.

The hotel is at an excellent location. It looks and feels fresh and clean. The balcony with a view is super. Also, the cleaning staff was very accommodating to my working schedule.

The room is surprisingly small, and the bed is not a real bed, as it (for single occupancy) is pushed against the wall, like a fixed element. The hotel comprises of a reception downstairs and rooms on the upper floors, while the rest of the building (including elevators) is used by office staff/home owners.
