The location of this hotel is perfect, a nice walk into the main centre, around 10 minutes with no gradient. Also very close to the train station, which has a direct train to and from the airport. There are lovely bars and authentic Viennese restaurants near by, which are out of the ‘touristy’ areas. We had a balcony room with city views, which were spectacular, you could also see St Stephen’s cathedral which was beautiful. The room is a really good size, the bed is lovely and comfy and the shower is perfect! The staff are friendly and helpful, they can answer any questions you have and if they don’t know the answer immediately themselves, they will find out for you straight away. Overall a beautiful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

No proper bar area from what we experienced. There was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom.

Best hotel experience we have ever had. Gorgeous comfortable room. Dreamy bedding with shutters and heavy curtains to block out the light. Breakfast was extensive and superb quality. Think made to order eggs florentine with smoked salmon and a myriad of bread, meat, cheese and d fresh fruit options. Pastries were the only thing of lesser quality. Afternoon kuchen and cappuccino was a treat. Pay a little more for a balcony with a view and add breakfast in to your booking. You’ll be full til afternoon. Location was perfect. Very easy tram/underground access. Just out of the bustle of downtown. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of great places to eat around the corner.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I’m absolutely thrilled! My room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view of the city’s landmarks—such a perfect way to set the mood for a great trip. Breakfasts here are just fantastic! I especially loved the cheese and tomato omelet, and the apple strudel was simply out of this world—soft, flavorful, and with the perfect crispy crust. The staff is super friendly and always smiling, and the service is top-notch. And the best part? The hotel surprised me with a little birthday greeting! It was so unexpected and incredibly sweet. Huge thanks to the entire team! I only have the best memories from this stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves comfort, great service, and attention to detail!

As this is not my first stay at the hotel, I keep coming back to it because of it's location, right at the edge of the Inner City. All the sights of the Inner City are in walking distance. Good connections to local public transit. If you are visiting Vienna as a tourist, this hotel is an excellent choice due to it's location, and it is priced reasonably.

Did not like the first room I got, switched to another one, met partially my preference, but overall it was quite small. However, it had a large balcony.

In advance I had asked for a firm mattress, one without the hollow in the center from heavy use. But I was disappointed later when I crawled into bed. I tried to smooth it out with towels. I wonder if this is a feature of the rooms that booking.com arranges because this has happened on a number of occasions. I wonder if the hotel reserves/ or is given certain heavily used rooms/bed.

Excellent hotel Very convenient location, 8 minutes walk to the train station, 4 minutes to the supermarket, all the main attractions are a maximum of 15 minutes walk away. There are several great bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms, we had one on the 12th floor, with a great view of the city, I recommend it. Good showers, a convenient wardrobe. The only drawback of the room is poor ventilation, it became stuffy at night, we opened the doors to the balcony. And this is the only reason to lower the rating. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you do not eat much in the morning, but if you prefer to start the day with a good portion, then the price is quite reasonable. The staff is just wonderful, they answered all our questions and helped us with everything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor issue was our room was near the kitchen so we could hear them preparing breakfast early in the morning. I would request a room away from the kitchen. Also the front desk staff seemed young and new. Weeks prior to arriving, I had made changes/upgrade to one of my reservation. The front desk staff seemed baffled as to what to do on check in and check out. I had to go through my emails to show them the communications regarding the upgrade, pricing, etc. They were friendly but seemed unprepared to deal with this minor issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every part of it. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the entire place was spotless — clearly a lot of attention is given to cleanliness and small details. The only thing I would mention is that the price felt a bit high for the size of the room. However, the overall experience made up for it, and if I return to Vienna, I will absolutely come back to this hotel.

Central location, ideal for going on foot or taking public transport to visit the city. Very quiet hotel despite main road with trams outside. City park across the road. Our top floor room had a balcony with magnificent views across Vienna. The breakfast was stunning. Exceptionally high-quality meat, fish and fruit, as well as beautifully cooked options. Breakfast restaurant is on 12th floor with panoramic views. Fantastic, courteous restaurant staff. Free coffee and cakes offered in the afternoon.

Fantastic views of the city from our room and terrace on floor 13. The room was furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and the general facilities were brilliant. The reception staff were extremely helpful with any queries we had and all staff were very pleasant in general. The location of the hotel was great as well, being a short walk into the city center or a 5 minute walk to the underground metro station.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property, it was perfect for our time in Vienna.
