The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had daily room service. The room maid was very pleasant and efficient in her work. The hotel was in a good central location with a short walk for sightseeing, shops and places to eat.

All rooms were in the roof space of a large building block and so separated 6 floors above the entrance reception. There was only one lift between the ground floor to the 6 floor, with spiral inner building staircase for escape in case of an emergency.

Location was excellent . Room was spacious and good fit for family

Not enough lights in the hotel . In the evening from outside you can have an impression that it is closed . Only 1 card available per room, even for apartments. During breakfast only 1 person was trying her best to serve all the guests . If you come a bit later - not much left .

Some little things would improve my opinion: a bottle of water and some ice in the fridge, cushions on the sofa-bed, shower door leaked, sink waste needs adjusting, bed mattress very soft (for me), coffee/tea/milk used not automatically replaced (had to ask), overhead lighting poor.

Clean, friendly and well located

Nothing to dislike - except the labyrinth feeling of th top floor, where all rooms are located.

A few things you need to know: - the location is excellent, right in the city centre. This means, that you can go for a lovely dinner and beer in the evening, and then walk back to the hotel, which is AMAZING. This also means, that there is a bit of parking issue in the city centre, so you can park in some of nearby garages, which means 49 EURO/day parking fee, or you will spend some time looking for a parking place which is not reserved (and this is possible only on weekends, because on weekdays, ALL the places are reserved for someone or something). We were there for a weekend, so after some time, we found a perfect parking place free of charge. - the apartment we had was spacious and clean, but WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. This might be an issue in summer with a small child (our case). I strongly believe, that this information is written in the room description, but I simply wouldn't expect a 4* hotel in Vienna centre without air conditioning. - as we spend a lot of time in hotels while traveling, I can honestly say that the mattress was not the best in the world, but it was possible to sleep on it. - when you go to the apartment, you go through the reception, into a big dark corridor of a residential house, where the elevator is located, and it takes you upstairs, to your apartment. It is ok, but you don't feel like being in a hotel, it rather looks like an airbnb apartment. - the receptionist was very kind and helpful. - everything was clean, smelling good and working well. - the room view was into the courtyard, which means it was very pleasantly quiet at night. Great for sleeping. SUMMARY: If you want a real 4* hotel in the centre of Vienna, you have to pay more money. If you don't want to pay more money (our case), this can be a good price/value deal.

Excellent location , proximity to sightseeing

Coffee is a real problem in this hotel. No coffee provided in the morning for guests - you have to buy every cup for 3.50 euros and the breakfast attendant makes it difficult. First, you have to go to reception to pay for it, then you come down. They mention coffee maker in the room - however, every capsule is accounted for ! We received 4 capsules total for quadruple occupancy for 4 nights!!!! Providing simple morning coffee for guests would be inexpensive, yet a much more pleasant gesture !

The hotel is ideally placed to explore the city centre - very near to main museums, parks, concert halls, opera house. Room was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when I'm next in Vienna. Thank you!

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large. There were 3 of us, and there was a closet. There is a step in the room, so it is not handicapped accessible. The room was very warm, even though it was winter. The lounge area is beautiful but small. We did not get breakfast as it was expensive. There is a Spar next door which had snacks, coffee and other breakfast items. The hotel is near the subway and tram and very centrally located.

There was a step in the room to get to the bathroom.

Hotel was in a very central location with the main sites within at most half an hour walking distance. There were underground stations nearby and a tram stop outside the hotel. Room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast foods in the buffet. There were shops, restaurants, pharmacy in the vicinity.

The fire alarm went off on our first night and with no staff on location after 11pm, there was a great deal of confusion with some guests re-entering the building. Eventually one guest did phone the fire brigade. Although the room was serviced every day, on a couple of occasions I had to ask for fresh towels and replacement toilet paper.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff at reception, very comfortable bed, and good cleanliness and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay.

The hotel is located in the attic of an old building, with reception on the ground floor and access to the rooms only via elevator. The hallways are long and poorly ventilated, which makes them quite uncomfortable. The room itself was very small and had only a high skylight, so there was no real view.
