From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a masterpiece—elegantly housed in a historic building adorned with unique artwork on every floor, giving it the charm of a private museum. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exclusive Club Lounge. With its selection of premium beverages, gourmet cuisine, and flawless service, it offered a true sanctuary of luxury and comfort. The Club Lounge benefits were equally impressive—most notably a private, tailor-made tour of Vienna, available exclusively to guests. A heartfelt thank you to Paloma, whose professionalism and warmth made our stay even more memorable. We are already looking forward to returning to this extraordinary hotel.

Our experience in the Ritz-Carlton Vienna was simply outstanding. We stayed 4 nights for my wife's birthday. The highlight of our stay was the welcomeness of the staff in general: front desk, restaurant, spa... We were personally welcomed by M Corentin d'Autheville who made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the Ritz-Carlton Vienna to my relatives and would look forward to coming another time.

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna! The staff truly made my experience unforgettable with their outstanding service and warm hospitality. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Armand and Katerina for arranging an early check-in and for their exceptional services throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

The location was fantastic, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would like to especially recognize two individuals: Emily, our server at Pasta Mara, who provided exceptional service during dinner, and Philip, the concierge, who expertly assisted us in arranging our day trips to Salzburg and Budapest. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience!

Pasta Mara is a delightful restaurant with delicious food, but its proximity to the bar made for a noisy and chaotic atmosphere. While we enjoyed the meal, the noise level was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, our room became uncomfortably warm during the night, prompting my wife to open the window for some relief.

Every thing! This was my second stay at the ritz Carlton Vienna, what can I say ! The ladies and gentlemen of the ritz keep on amazing me ! I booked through Booking.com , I was offered such a beautiful room ; great front office team, breakfast was amazingggggg as usual , such great F& B team I had also dinner at the same restaurant “ Distrikt” it was perfect , the food was served by the chef!!! Very delicious! The host was so accommodating! The concierge team was so helpful professional super service!!! The hotel is so clean cheerful with great positive vibes ! Prime location! I don’t want to forget the Spa it was amazing 🤩 the Roof bar is magnificent! Security team is so helpful and friendly, I would love to thank all the ladies and gentlemen of the ritz ! 1. Exceptionally good hotels have teams who make dreams come true. The Ritz Carlton Vienna not only did that, but when we had an emergency, they rose to heights never seen before. They have set the bar so high Nothing was too much, and they offered proactive support beyond any expectations. From the general manager to every individual we came across, they were absolutely brilliant! We really cannot thank them enough. 2. Location. 3. In house restaurants.

1. The temperature of the pool was rather cold!

Quite central, cozy & welcoming hotel w/ lovely staff

I realise that you have to pay $$$ for a five star hotel but this one is perhaps a little tired to warrant these prices. The breakfasts were wonderful, the steaks we had were exceptional but perhaps there could have been more choice. The bar menu was the most disappointing for the prices, one very small bowl of black truffle pasta for €55 was ridiculous. Again, choices were limited. We found our room to be clean & cozy but the oppressive heat was just too much. However this was rectified by the reception staff who were extremely efficient.

We celebrated our 60th birthdays in Vienna and mentioned it before arriving and got a reply they would take care of it. We received 3 apples and 1 (!!) glass with a small bottle of orange juice and a letter welcoming me…upon leaving I mentioned my surprise at the reception. They apologized and said they were very sorry and if it is ok to compensate us with a free taxi to the airport. However, the taxi driver, who was really nice never heard of it so we paid him of course! I am disappointed from the Ritz that should take care differently at those details regarding best service of their costumers.

Inconsistent service in the Italian restaurant. Our first dinner was wonderful. Our server was the best and he made our experience so lovely that we went back another night. I wish we hadn’t, the female server was awful. We placed our orders and then were basically unattended. No second drinks, my daughter ordered a virgin mojito and they brought her an actual alcoholic drink and never came back. She wanted gelato at the end and we were just given the check with our dinner plates still on the table. Very rushed, American type experience. Sad. The concierge was AMAZING and truly helped make our stay memorable with tours, Mozart concerts end wonderful Michelin restaurants when our taylor swift concert was canceled. He saved the day for us and I will always be thankful!

Great and tasty breakfasts. Very nice waiting staff at the reception and very nice surprises from the cleaning team. For example, seeing that I wear glasses - the glasses are arranged on the desk and wet wipes are provided for cleaning them. Every day there was something positively disturbing in the room.

This is more of a suggestion than a complaint - it would be useful to have a wall clock between showers in the men's sauna, then you can control the time spent in the sauna :-).
