Room is very small and dated for its value. The shampoo/conditioner/ body lotion smells bad.

My family and I had the most amazing time at the Ritz Carlton Vienna last week. It started with a very welcome upgrade to the most lovely suite. The rest of the week we got such amazing service from the whole team. From Ida, Ellen and Alexander at breakfast, to Paloma at the lounge, Thomas at the Bar and Jasper at the front desk. The room was kept immaculate by Liliana every day. There were a lot of people whose names I do not remember, but who also contributed to a really great stay. It was very nice to see that the team did not only have great pleasure in assisting us with all our needs, they also seemed to genuinely enjoy working together as a tight knit crew. We will for sure be back!

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna! The staff truly made my experience unforgettable with their outstanding service and warm hospitality. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Armand and Katerina for arranging an early check-in and for their exceptional services throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host. Our experience in the Ritz-Carlton Vienna was simply outstanding. We stayed 4 nights for my wife's birthday. The highlight of our stay was the welcomeness of the staff in general: front desk, restaurant, spa... We were personally welcomed by M Corentin d'Autheville who made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the Ritz-Carlton Vienna to my relatives and would look forward to coming another time.

This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in! We love Ritz Carltons and this is a gem. From the first bell man to the night manager at the front desk who was wonderful and upgraded us to a great suite (thanks Jasper!) to every other employee who treated us almost royally (a special shout out to Georgie at the wonderful breakfast), every need was quickly taken care of. We were greeted with roses, a bottle of fine champagne, a chocolate cake, balloons, a free drink in the beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar, and a card for my wife's birthday - who does that?! Then we were lavished with other gifts and other kindnesses. The suite was at least 700 feet and had a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a huge bathroom, a second bathroom next to the foyer, a living room, a desk, and a large area for drinks and a refrigerator, and it was on the beautiful Schubert Ring close to all of the amazing museums and other attractions. The pool and gym were excellent.

The location was fantastic, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would like to especially recognize two individuals: Emily, our server at Pasta Mara, who provided exceptional service during dinner, and Philip, the concierge, who expertly assisted us in arranging our day trips to Salzburg and Budapest. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience!

Pasta Mara is a delightful restaurant with delicious food, but its proximity to the bar made for a noisy and chaotic atmosphere. While we enjoyed the meal, the noise level was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, our room became uncomfortably warm during the night, prompting my wife to open the window for some relief.

Every thing! This was my second stay at the ritz Carlton Vienna, what can I say ! The ladies and gentlemen of the ritz keep on amazing me ! I booked through Booking.com , I was offered such a beautiful room ; great front office team, breakfast was amazingggggg as usual , such great F& B team I had also dinner at the same restaurant “ Distrikt” it was perfect , the food was served by the chef!!! Very delicious! The host was so accommodating! The concierge team was so helpful professional super service!!! The hotel is so clean cheerful with great positive vibes ! Prime location! I don’t want to forget the Spa it was amazing 🤩 the Roof bar is magnificent! Security team is so helpful and friendly, I would love to thank all the ladies and gentlemen of the ritz ! 1. Exceptionally good hotels have teams who make dreams come true. The Ritz Carlton Vienna not only did that, but when we had an emergency, they rose to heights never seen before. They have set the bar so high Nothing was too much, and they offered proactive support beyond any expectations.
