Met a sincere woman. The TV worked, the room was cleaned, coffee, tea, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need was in the room. The price and quality are normal. The location is close to both the metro and tram lines. Be sure to visit the Aura cafe nearby, the atmosphere and coffee are incredible. One minus of the hotel, because often the phone number for calls does not work for tourists. It was difficult to contact by phone, and the number is not registered on social networks and it was not possible to make a call via Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber

Very nice host, even found solution as I mislocked my door. Great location also if you come with car as a secured garage for 10 euros/day is few 100 m away . Also U1 U-bahn is just around the corner, in less then 15 min you can be at Stephansplatz. No safety problems in 1 day i was there, even after 11pm. Neigborhood has a very mixed population of many cultures, so you can feel like traveling the world a bit, also many restaurants and fast foods of all parts of world. The hotel building and room are not the newest, but clean and they offer you hot water machine with tea or coffe,, refrigerator, microwave..

It was only 2 min walk from the next metro station. Easy to get to town and nice spots (main train station, praterstern etc...) There was coffee, tea in the room, a boiler and microwave; hair dryer in the bathroom. Super clean room! Working heater. Small but charming. All you need for resting after touring the town. The check in was easy, just call the number they send you on the booking app and they explain all on the phone, so it's very flexible time- wise. Very kind staff.

I booked a room only for one night in Vienna in Aparthotel LAAERBERG. I wanted to visit a concert in SIM City Vienna and the location of the hotel was perfect for me (15 mins with tram from the club and 10-12 mins with U1 from central railway station). I read a couple of comments that this area is not really safe in Vienna but I have not had any problems or any bad feelings during my stay (I arrived back from the club to the hotel after midnight). The room was small but since I traveled alone, it was enough for me. The room was nicely furnished and there was a small kitchenette as well (with microwave oven; kettle with some teabags and instant coffee; a small fridge). Everything was clean. When I arrived to the hotel I had to call a phone number because the reception was not open. The man who answered my call (the receptionist/owner?) was friendly, polite and helpful. He explained everything I had to know, so I was able to check-in to my room without any problems. I think that for this price the Aparthotel LAAERBERG was a good choice.

The building is old and the access door to the building is kept unlocked, but this didn't affect my stay as I made sure to lock my room all the time

Small apartment 2 subway stops from the Opera - the subway was 250 metres away. Clean apartment,comfy bed, hot shower plus a kitchenette with fridge, sink and small cooking hob. Friendly staff who I think was probably the owner. Although out of the centre of Vienna there were plenty of local shops and eateries at better value for money than in the touristy areas.

Access to the hotel was mostly through a side door with reception only used to collect room keys. Quirky but it worked. Room access is up a curved staircase, thankfully the owner carried my case up for me and my room was on the first floor.

Its a type of one bedroom apartment. Everything was there and very clean and decent. Stuff very communicative and arranged my late checkin after midnight easily. Had room No.9 for 52 Euros which is a bargain price for Vienna in summer.

There is a building being built beside them, so very heavy noise from the morning. So its not a good choice if someone is coming to relax for few days. But its out of their hands.

Friendly staff, the perfect size room for one. The facilities were clean and surpassed my expectations. The shower was great and easily accessible. Very close to multiple different transport routes. Room felt quite new.

The outside was a bit intimidating when I arrived and I wasn't sure what to expect. In the end I loved it though!

This hotel has convenient transportation to attractions and the city center. The gentleman at the front desk is very thoughtful, warm and meticulous in service. There are restaurants and supermarkets around for convenient living.

Great location 2 mins walk from the U1 station. My apartment was clean, quiet and spacious.

The check in was bizarre, having to call a phone number to get let in as the door is locked. However henceforth you have a key so no issue.
