Everything. We recently stayed at this property for a family vacation and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. We also appreciated having several food stores and amenities close by. What stood out most was the staff—they were extremely friendly, professional, and responsive to any questions or requests we had. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a well-located and welcoming place to stay.

Appartment is spotless. Everything you need is there. No unnecessary things that would pile around. Very efficient. Check inn was smooth, wifi was strong. Metro station is only one minute walk from the place. You have bakery and 3 supermarkets in the 200m circle. Basic toiletries are provided such hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. Linen is clean and building in general is well maintained and new. It is a quiet part of the city and for all of my fellow light sleepers you should get a good night sleep there. The only note - there are some works happening right now with the metro in the city please get informed beforehand. Luckily Austrian organisation is still top notch so for every metro station that is not operating in the city- you will get a replacement train.

Everything was great. Just one suggestion - drying rack for the dishes would be a super addition. Other than that - you have everything.

We travelled to Vienna as a group of five and the apartment was great! It was modern, clean, big enough and had everything you need. It’s also near a few grocery stores and the metro. The self check-in was very easy. What we especially loved about our stay were the owners! They were very very kind, they let us check-in a bit earlier because we unexpectedly arrived earlier than anticipated, we also had a bit of an issue because we locked our keys inside of the apartment and they resolved it without any problem and overall they were lovely! We would 10/10 recommend this apartment!

I booked the apartment for family visiting Vienna from Argentina and they were extremely satisfied with this very modern well-equipped roomy flat. The location, although by no means central, was extremely convenient as the underground station, which takes you into the centre in about 10 minutes, is no more than 4 minute walk away. Getting into the apartment was extremely straightforward as was all communication with the owner. I would definitely book here again.

This was our second time staying here and it was once again wonderful! I truly recommend these apartments to anyone staying in Vienna. The check-in is so easy and quick, the staff is kind and wonderful, the apartments are clean, modern and beautiful and have everything you need. The metro is literally a 2 minute walk away. These are the best apartments to stay in Vienna!

The apartment was changed before our arrival and nobody told us about that. Was a little misunderstanding during the check in. The flat itself was very beautiful, spacious and very clean. Close to the metro. 30 min to the city center.

No nothing in the apartment upon our arrival, not even tea or some fruits, it could have been a bit more welcoming. Also strange thing - the bathroom is in one part of the apartment and the toilet - in the opposite. Not so important, but not too comfortable at the same time. We also asked for additional towels, and didn’t get it.

Great location, 2 min walk from underground stop. Clean, well furnished apartment with everything needed for 4 night stay. We requested a cot for our infant which was made with bedding ready when we arrived. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom well stocked including hair dryer. Quiet and comfortable. Shops just meters from front door.

Modern apartment, close to city centre. The apartment is large and the balcony would be nice in summer. Very clean and updated with a lift which was great.

No privacy the apartment is surrounded by other apartments & you need to keep curtains closed if you don’t want people looking in. Not a problem for us as we went in winter.

The stuff of the property is very kindly, friendly and helpful. We felt very good during our stay in the apartment. When we need something, one of the stuff assist us right away. Next to the door there is a supermarket and the metro is 5 min away and just 5 stations from Stephansplatz. We were very happy with the property and we recommend everyone.

The apartment was exactly like the photos show. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the linens were white and clean. Easy self check in. The location is a little out of the way. However, the metro line is only a 5 min walk away and takes you to the centre and beyond.
