Position: 3 minutes walking from tram station, 7 minutes walking from metro station and from Despar, Aldi and DM supermarket. Generically within 30 minutes of public transportation from all the main attractions.(Schoenbrunn, Hofburg, Prater) Tap water was drinkable.

A bit long time to check in (30 minutes from the moment in which request of key was inputted inside the automatic check-in machine to the moment in which the keys were receiced). We asked for a replacement of the air dryer which was not functioning properly, but eventually couldn't get it replaced.

I lived in room 25 in the attic, the room is not big but for one person there is enough space and everything you need. It was easy to check in, despite many people writing about difficulties here. You can open the window and look at the Viennese rooftops. If you need a few nights in Vienna for a single traveler, this is the good variant. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away, the central railway station is 2 metro stations away, and the city center is 4.

The appartment is very clean, with all facilities. The area is fine, with a good number of shops around. There are excellent public transport to the main attractions.

Internet did not work while we were there. Also, the procedure to obtain the keys did not run smoothly. The appartment was not ready at 14:00. Then the machine that gives the card had instructions only in German; and it stalled a few times. On the whole, it took us almost one hour to get inside the property.

The apartment is nice, on a quiet street, the breakfast was ok, at a terrace near by, without other options, but ok, the self check in was fast. You have a good parking garage neat by with 12e/ 24h, just take the app before entering so that uou can open before the Parking ticket.

The U bahn is near at 5min walk, but the surroundings were full of arabic people, also the park near the metro, very dirty streets, and this felt a little bit unsecure at night.

Excellent location of the hotel, very close to the metro and tram. We traveled in May, there were not many guests at the hotel. It was quiet and calm. There is a restaurant opposite, and a supermarket Lidl is a 5-minute walk away. If you wish, you can walk to the main train station or by metro 2 station. The room has the minimum of everything you need. It’s convenient that the bedroom is separated by a door (we rented a room with a separate bedroom). Check-in and check-out work great, you can solve everything without a receptionist.

Not all surfaces were well washed. This is perhaps the only negative.

The apartment was nice and clean, and we were regularly provided with fresh towels. The property is not in the city centre, but is very near to transport links to get into the city easily. There is a Lidls nearby, just a few minutes walk.

I did not always recieve a response to communication, however, when there was an emergency the matter was dealt with straight away.

Excellent budget apartment near to the Main Station of Vienna (20 min by foot). Just three metro station from the centre of the city, near to Favoritenstrasse (full of shops, restaurants and interestng thing to see and do), definitely a wonderful choice for my stay. Particularly recommended for families, a huge public park is very close.

Clean, good location, quiet, comfortable,modern, cozy.

One singular check in terminal that made me wait 30 minutes until the guest before me finished his check in which was supposed to take a couple of minutes. The owners should assign someone to watch over there and either help a challenged guest with their check in's or request them to move aside so others can check in instead of waiting half an hour.The cattle inside the kitchen isn't working, been reported to the host let's hope it is fixed for the next guest (apartment 21) , the apartment ad pics shows there is a microwave, well in fact there isn't. Nothing really smart about the apartment aside from the self check-in terminal.

I liked that rooms were bright and comfortable. The staff was really nice. Location is good enough.

Didn't liked only housemaid work. In our room in the drawer there was a dirty plate from some of the previous tenants. Everything else were clear.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We like that you can take a room with a separate bedroom and not disturb each other if someone wakes up earlier. Very convenient location: next to the metro and 15 minutes walk to the main station. 5 minutes to the Lidl supermarket. There is a restaurant in the building opposite. It suits us and we really like that there is no staff for check-in and check-out.

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is not ideal.
