Room was clean, good size, bed comfortable - location was great, close to underground, many shops and supermarkets - we were allowed to check out an hour later with no charge

Room had no air conditioning, despite having an air conditioning unit visible in the room and a note on the website saying that it was possible to use it at an extra cost. I queried this before arriving, and I was told that there was no air conditioning in any room, at all, despite offering to pay. As it was late August, with well over 32°C each day, it was quite difficult to sleep at night. There was a fan provided, but it was not great for the whole room. With air conditioning, this room would be perfect for a short stay.

Easy to reach from Wien Haupt Bahnhof via U1. Tram 0 and even to walk if that suits you. The location is in the heart of the Reumannplatz Market and many shops, for everything you need or just to take a walk and look around. Check-in was super easy and I saw no known staff at all. The building was quiet and easily recognizable from the photos on the Booking.com site. I had a very sizable bathroom for a single tourist, the room was clean and my printed receipt was on the nightstand next to the bed- that was welcoming actually. There was also a safe in the room, TV, side table lamp, plenty of outlets to recharge devices, a closet to store hanging clothing, hooks for coats and jackets, and chest of drawers. I had plenty of storage space and a window facing the inner courtyard-nothing scenic to see there.

The offer of a smoking room on the site, but no response and there are numerous warning about smoking in the building which could incur fines of up to 500 Euros. But no problem simply to step outside for this. Otherwise, no complaints for an overnight stay.

Light and airy room, clean bedding, comfortable bed. On a busy street but good double glazing so noise not a problem. Contactless access worked OK (though access door isn't easy to spot in the dark!). Staff on reception really friendly and helpful 🙂

Just one thing...whilst the bedroom was very clean, and the ensuite bathroom was too, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the bathroom which the reception staff are now aware of, and will endeavour to rectify.

Check-in and check-out are quite smooth and contactless. The room had a nice interior and was clean. I was surprised as the room was cleaned every day. It is 15 min from the central train station to the pension on foot. There are a lot of shops and stores close by as well as a subway station.

Apparently not all the communication done by the pension staff/owner was successfully delivered to me over booking.com. As I never received the instructions on how to enter the building. But the problem was solved with a quick call. Further, it was a bit loud during the night, as there is a street right in front, and also a park and a pedestrian street, which were highly frequented during the evening and night.

Wonderful location, 10 minutes walk from the railway station (choose pedestrian only Favoritenstraße). Close to the Cathedral, park, grocery stores, cafes. The room looks exactly as in the picture, clean and tidy.

The only difficulty was - the entrance door was locked at 22:40, despite they said it would be open till 23:00. Luckily one of the guests let me in.

The hotel lies in excelelnt location. Lady in charge was superexcellent. Trust in asking to leave the keys on table in the room and leave is exceptional

Noise from other people in other rooms when they came to the hotel was loud and could see their legs moving through small slit at the lower part of the room door.

Nice place with very good location. Easy access to the facility. The room is quite large, nice and clean. Our stay was pleasant and satisfactory in every way. We recommend to everyone, who would visit Wien.

The room very clean, the lady from reception who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She helped me over the phone to find the cartela for the door, very, very helpful indeed. The room and the bathroom really clean. The only shortcoming is the lack of a shower in the bathroom.

In the bathroom, I would like it if it was shower foam or soap in the bathroom. Being near the station, when you come from a trip etc, I don't take shower foam.

The place was as good as expected, knowing that it is not a 5 star hotel. Located at 30seconds of a metro station. The people in charge are helpful and nice. Good place for small budget working travel.

It could be nice if wifi was a bit more stable, but it is enough for small work. People in other rooms were noisy at any time of the night, but this is not the owner's fault i guess.

Location: Metro is near, Hbf is near,not far from Belvedere and shop street

Fenster zu Gudrun Straße,aber war ok The room was non-smoking, but the bathroom and toilet smelled of smoke. I don't know whether it came from the ventilation system or whether someone had smoked there the day before.
