We spent a week in Abieshome Votivpark. The contactless check-in mechanism made it basic to enter the house. The house is in a wonderful position; it took us 15 to 20 minutes to walk to practically all we wanted to see in Vienna. A metro stop is also conveniently located nearby. Despite just having one bedroom, the flat was larger than we had anticipated and met all of our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The property also had other essentials like an iron and washing machine. The Abieshmes team was extremely helpful. We were traveling with a small child, and they did their best to help us and reduce our stress. We enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable vacation in the comfort of our own home. To sum it up briefly, we shall return to Abieshome Votivpark for our future travel.

The property is in a great location behind the Votiv Church, and only a 20 minute walk to Stephansplatz (Central Vienna). The apartment suited our needs adequately, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is only one WC near the front door though. We had a roof terrace and a balcony, which we utilised, even in the unseasonal cold weather! Every contact we had with their staff via phone, was courtesly answered, and dealt with as quick as possible.

Only very minor things - larger towels would have been appreciated. Only one toilet. Coffee pods weren't replenished, but a quick call resulted in success.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Impeccably clean, quiet, beautifully arranged, and fully equipped with everything needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout made the space feel both cozy and functional. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and nothing was missing. A high-quality stay at a fair price. Great location. Would absolutely return.

The location was excellent—central, safe, and close to public transport. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. Although breakfast wasn’t included, everything else was perfect for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the smooth and professional check-in process. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Very spacious apartment, very well maintained and nicely furnished, big bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, well equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine *and* (unusually!) a big supply of capsules. And a roof terrace. Easy to get around -- tram and metro stops close by -- and pretty close to supermarket and other shops, lots of bars and cafes, etc.

Nothing I didn't like!

Location, high floor, cleanliness, quietness, view, modern, amenities, the team was very cooperative to extend some more time at the checkout.

Pillows & its cover need to be changed, toilet fan was very noisy, the available clothes cabinet is not enough for family group, other than this, everything was fine.

The location and number of bedrooms are great for larger groups. Really nice terrace and great views from the living room.

Only one toilet in a 4 bedroom apartment is not ideal. 2 bathrooms are great but at least one of them should have included a toilet so that the powder room is not the only one.

Set in a very nice location in Vienna, within easy walking distance of central Vienna, the apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay.
