Nice appartments. Central, clean, quite spacious and well equipped. The staff was helpful and friendly, good communication.

The keyless door lock system is very convenient when checking in, but feels a bit insecure in the night or when you leave your stuff inside. The staff lady changed the code immediately after we asked, but still would recommend adding a locking option from inside the appartment to get the guest a secure feeling.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, good coffee, washing machine . If we will stay again in Wien we would book the same apartment.

High deposit 1000 euro, sending photos of personal IDs required for check in. Door handle with pin code wasn't working perfectly , it took us several minutes to open the main doors.

The location is great, very close to the Votive Church, a few minutes walk to the Wiennen Rathaus. The apartment we got was not the one that fascinated me from the photos, but anyway it met our needs, so I didn’t raise an issue with it. It was clean, comfortable, with tea and coffee supplied, though some paper towels would have been helpful. The terrace was also great to have your morning coffee when you’re not exploring the city.

Can’t say it is big minus, but the thing that we got a different apartment than in the photos a bit diminished the impression.

Location was great! It took us 10 minutes to get to the Christmas Market! It was spotless clean! The communication about getting to the apartment was easy and quick. The apartment looks modern and stylish. The apartment located on quiet place.

You need to pay 1000 euro as a security deposit. It stated on the policy rules, I missed it and was very surprised to found out about it later. Our bathroom shower leaked the water! After 10 min of shower the water was everywhere in the bathroom floor leaking to the bedroom. The room was very different from the one that was shown in the booking.com while I did the booking. I understand that all the rooms are a bit different of styles, however in reality it was much smaller then on the picture. I think there should be picture on the particular room that you book. We did not have any nice view compare to the pictures that you see when you book the room.

The apartment was clean and had everything available and much spacious.

The Elevator didn’t worked which was really uncomfortable as you have to climb about 150 stairs to get to the apartment

We were 7 people who had checked in the flat & having 1 toilet only was difficult Booking .com should clearly mention how many toilets are there in a flat & not confuse with terms like bathroom & toilets You can imagine how the 7 of us useing 1 toilet so for that reason we were late everyday to leave the apartment & visit vienna

Lots of large hidden costs e.g. 1000 euro deposit fee (which took 2 weeks to get back), 20 euro per hour for early or late check ins

Big apartment in a nice location

The equipment in the kitchen is a way too limited. There's no jar for water, little pots. Given the size of the flat and the people that can be hosted this has to be improved and it's actually not satisfying.

The common rooms in this two story penthouse were spacious and clean. The beds were downstairs and those rooms were less spacious, but well appointed to hold suitcases and clothing as well as beds. The smaller of the bedrooms had an en suite shower. The main bathroom was in the hallway and contained the washing machine, plus plenty of counter space and double sinks. The toilet was in a separate room. Location was quiet and a 15-20 minute stroll to downtown.

The door to the ensuite shower was stuck in a 45 degree angle when we arrived. It had warped from a shower overflow in the past, and needed to be shaved off at the bottom. This work was accomplished quickly, as soon as we notified the hosts. Oddly, the blinds on one side of the upstairs common room retracted on their own periodically. Hosts were hard to reach in the am, easier in afternoon.

The air conditioning was excellent. Vienna was in a heat wave during our stay and the entire apartment stayed very cool and was a good reprieve when returning from walking the city. The apartment was very large and the elevator worked fine and the location was very convenient yet still quiet. The building itself was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to park on the street to load/unload luggage and paid garage parking was very close (discounted parking rate provided by the host). The host was very accessible and provided extra towels and toilet paper upon request. WiFi worked fine the entire stay.

Though there were two showers and three sinks plus a clothes washer, there was only one toilet. The view from our room was not as nice as the view from the rooms in the photos (there are several Abbis Homes units, all in the "DG" (Dachgeschoss or roof level), and some have better views than others).
