We really enjoyed the location here-- made it so easy to see what we wanted to see in Vienna. It was quiet at night while we were there, but there were earplugs on our pillows just in case. It was a really nice place to stay. We had some issues with the shower, and because this isn't a hotel with a front desk person (that I saw), I messaged through booking.com and someone came very quickly to fix it!

We struggled a little to find the hotel entrance-- it's tucked between some stores, right across from Hotel Sacher (which was great!!)

Location was great, the room had a fridge, a coffee machine and a water cooker. We were nice surprised finding ear plugs :) The air-condition kept the room cool. The location was a real game changer - a lot of attractions are in walking distance which was extremely convenient.

Well - I think the ear plugs would not be necessary if the windows were better. Anyway the noise from the street was not a problem and we could sleep well. The air-condition was good, but we had impression it was working more less the same regardless of the setup temperature. We stayed only 2 nights and only in the last evening we tried to tweak it a bit, so it was not a big issue.

I loved the location and the fact that despite being so centrally located the room was quiet. The room had most of the facilities needed and well organized for the space.

It would be helpful to know when advertising that someone is available to assist check in when you arrive. Until I arrived my fear was that if my code did not work I would be standing at the street with my luggage. Having that middle area with a seat for you to wait would have been good to know. The staff was polite but did not speak English. A microwave in the suite would have been nice. Until you enter your room, the space feels a little run down but then it is an old building. The room was good for one person but a little tight for two.

We had a wonderful stay at Opera Suites Vienna. The location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Vienna, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. We went to the opera, which is only 100 meters from the hotel—an incredibly convenient experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, with thoughtful little details like earplugs, which made our stay even more pleasant. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. We left Vienna for a ski trip to Saalbach, and my son accidentally forgot his toiletry bag with his contact lenses in the room. Without his lenses, he couldn’t ski. I reached out to the hotel, and Nicole immediately took action. She found the bag through housekeeping and sent it to our hotel in Saalbach the very next day. What’s even more amazing—she didn’t charge us anything for the shipping and did it completely out of kindness. This level of care and hospitality is rare, and we are truly grateful. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, close to center of town

Signage for name of hotel not easily visible from street ; inconvenient to have to ask locals for directions with difference in languages - Itook more than an hour to find it . The entrance was not well- marked : street number was in a depressed space 10 feet from the sidewalk , and the name Opera Suites was painted high above street level, without flags to help strangers locate it. Booking . Com could have given us a. picture of bus; the street number was within a depressed space 10-12 ft from street . It took 30 min before staff answered doorbell , once we found property. That was a waste of OUR valuable 2 days in Vienna! We hold Booking. com responsible for these two difficulties and believe YOU could make future visitors more prepared.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Host was responsive, sent thorough instructions, and quickly answered the phone and walked us through using the keypad when we arrived. Beds were the most comfortable we've had in Europe. Because of the privileged location, and depending on what room you select, you may hear street noise. Host left earplugs by the bedside which was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the coffee machine, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, glasses. Small lift is an added bonus especially when bringing up luggage. I would stay again and recommend to others.

The location is fantastic for Central Vienna. You can reach most of the attractions on foot, and there is plenty to do close by. The tour buses, trams, taxis, and the Underground, are a stones throw away if you need them. Our room was clean, well serviced and adequate for our stay. Overall, very pleasant, including the common areas. The check-in and check-out process using their App was straight forward. It's best to check-in on or after the stated check-in time, otherwise you won't be able to get in. Support was helpful when we did run into problems.

We were 3 adults travelling. In the booking, our room was defined as "2 single beds, 1 extra-large double bed ... The unit has 3 beds". The room we were allocated had an extra-large double bed and 1 sofa-bed. The extra-large double bed was considered to be for 2 adults, and therefore we were allocated only 2 beds. The mistake was corrected, and we were moved to a new room the following day.

This is such a nice hotel for the price! We needed to fill one night after leaving Hallstatt early to come back to Vienna and this was perfect. The location is unbeatable- down town near all the shopping and restaurants. The windows kept it cool and we enjoyed the sounds of the street below at night. It was contactless check in so it was super easy to use our code and get to our room with no problem. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Really big bathroom! Would definitely stay here again.

very small things. water was free and that was kind, but it wasn’t restocked. beds are good but need some attachment to keep them together. - if you toss and turn like I do, they can separate.

The location is unbeatable — right near the Opera, hotel Sacher, Mozart Café, and ALBERTINA, with all major sight-seeing spots within walking distance. Of course this means that the area is really touristy, but just around the corner you can dive into a more local Vienna. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and well equipped, and the romantic vibe made it extra special. It was a great blend of old and new.
