Big room, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The city views magnificent. To me is always a plus, as I like to feel like I am in the place.

I asked for an airport pick up, but no one showed. Nonetheless, the train is fine and fast, just four stops from the hotel (metro).

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I go to Vienna and was surprised to see how much the prices have skyrocketed after my 10 year absence. I wish they had a low-cost plan for a one-person stay.

Breakfast is quite chaotic with table service hit and miss. The biggest issue is getting tea and coffee so better to give everyone the option of a quality tea bag and hot water. Saves a lot of work and mess.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic and getting tea and coffee is a bit hit and miss. Do I wait for service or help myself? Staff on egg area were unable to fry an egg or make an omelet well but they did try. The chairs in the restaurant/bar area are not comfortable to use and were obviously chosen from a catalogue and not tested in a real life scenario. Like sitting in a recliner and difficult to eat in that position.

The hotel is located very close to some of the finest parks and museums that Vienna has to offer. Many activities are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The neighborhood is decidedly upscale, with expensive cars and such, but not at all stuck up like you’d find in Paris or Monaco. You can dress as fancy as you like - some really do - and not be out of place, but you certainly don’t have to , because casual outfits works just as well. The breakfast was very good. Sure, there are places with even more spectacular offerings, but Le Meridien really has more than you could possibly need and thoughtful touches, like waiting staff making rounds in the dining area with freshly baked pastries. The room was very nice, we had a 30 square meter room overlooking a park. A small note is that there was some visibility into the bath, which was immediately beside the bed - something not all couples might appreciate. Restaurant was great, with plenty of choices - vegetarian, fish, steak and chicken, as well as quick service. We also appreciated the pool area - we had daytime temperatues of 35C/95F during our stay so chilling out in the pool was great.

Having an empty mini bar at a fancy hotel seems cheap. I realize there are costs and drawbacks to offering this but again, is this really where the hotel should be saving?

Room was lovely and spacious, had all the facilities you need. Nice views and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked you could opt out of room cleanings everyday but that if you needed anything you could just phone reception and ask. Very quiet as well despite being right in the centre of town. This is the second time I have stayed there and I would happily return.

The only thing I thought was annoying was that the main mirror for doing your hair and makeup had no table next to it and if you put a chair in front it blocked the hallway to the toilet. Not a big deal but considering the space in the room a small dressing table with mirror and outlet would have made it just perfect. I did love the full length mirror it's just not as practical for doing hair and make-up in.

Friendly staff and great location. It's within walking distance from the shops and attractions. Breakfast is very good.

The iron board was small and flimsy with a wrinkled cover that would leave wrinkles on your clothes. The corridor leading to our room (on the second floor) had two steps which made it a bit inconvenient to carry your luggage as you'd have to carry it down and up the two steps. Although that wasn't an issue for us, it could be a challenge for people who have physical limitations with lifting suit cases up and down the stairs.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in great location. Breakfast in the room was far more preferable option versus going to breakfast room and we chose such an option.

Although we had to specifically ask consecutively to clean our room , our room was not cleaned, bathroom not cleaned although was previously used, dust flying around inside the room (not vacuum cleaned throughout all duration of our stay) , table inside room untouched/uncleaned(throughout whole duration of our stay). House Manager to please pay more attention to cleaning room staff for the comfort and safety of Hotel guests. On the checkout day since morning there was no hot water for several hours and no one from reception desk notified about issue with hot water. I had to personally announce to reception desk lady when we were on our checkout about this issue and the lady said this was general issue which was known to hotel staff but to our regret no one notified to guests.
