We were treated better than a 5* hotel we love to travel and many a time we chose different type of lodging in fact, this was our 1st time in a hostel which didn't feel as such as we had a double with private bathroom. The staff are very attentive to detail we just said that we were not used to the type of cold weather and they went above and beyond to make our room warmer. They kept checking with us if the room was warm enough for us (in Malta it was 16° there it was -4,-5 etc). An option to include brkfast wasn't available but they left freshfruit everyday in the living room for everyone to have what they like and how much we like, tea and coffee without limit free everyday and free water as well. When you go in certain high end hotel you're just another tourist in here we felt very much welcomed and home. The premises are spotless very clean everywhere you look. Public Transport stops are near by just 2 mins away. We plan to go back in summer to see Vienna in summer and will book here again without any hesitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 5* for the service and 5* for comfortness and cleanliness. Well done Vienna Boutique premium hostel you will see us again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and common area were clean and had a nice vibe. The bunk beds were extremely spacious with outlets to charge phones and curtains for privacy. The bathroom was spotless. Great location as well.

Nothing that the hotel can control but something to be aware of if you are booking in August - October 2023 - there is a lot of construction on the main street that starts quite early.

Very expensive for a dorm bed but the facilities are hotel standard so you do get a premium. Rooms are big and beds very comfortable with own light, curtain etc. Everything is super clean and bathroom is new and hotel standard. Nice lounge space where you can eat and good coffee and tea facilities. There’s also a small kitchenette. Location is in a nice and cool local area with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick tram ride or 20 min walk to the more central part of town.

The room and window faces the tram and it’s very noisy all night long even with earplugs. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you are unlikely to get much sleep. I was exhausted after 3 nights of no sleep.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! The place is spotless – everything is cleaned every morning, which really adds to the comfort and overall feel. It’s quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. What I loved most is that it feels more like a cosy Airbnb than a typical hostel – like staying in a warm and welcoming home. My apartment had two bathrooms, which was super convenient, and there’s free coffee and a fridge available, which made mornings even better. The service was truly exceptional – friendly, attentive, and always helpful. This place is ideal if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The price was a bit on the higher side for a hostel, but considering the quality and the standards in Vienna, it felt fair and well worth it.

- very kind and nice staff - easy access (code system) - good location although a bit far - good transport links (trams/busses all day and metro+train to the airport) - stylish rooms, with funky bunk beds - comfortable beds with curtains for privacy, - coffee/tea stations and kitchen available, some fruits also provided for the guest, - comfortable bathrooms/showers - towels provided, - lockers/locks in the room and some additional in a main room - feels like home :)

- no AC in the room but there was a fan - an old fashioned windows which someone kept closed so it was quite hot and stuffy in the room, - some people not very considerate of other guests but it’s not the hostels fault

Everything else )) The beds were really comfy, big & private with a shelf & light inside. There was a locker to store my stuff. Tea option & some basic tableware & fridge. The bathrooms were also big and comfy. High ceilings make it premium as well. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a quite place and all the flatmates respected each other. It was also good to have lockers outside the bedroom to keep the silence.

I would appreciate having a kitchen or at least a microwave. It was a bit inconvenient having a kettle in a guest room as it's hard to use it early in the morning or in the evening when other people are sleeping (as it's noisy) Construction noisd and vibration started every day a bit before 7 am. I know it's not a fault of the hostel (they even brought us free earplugs ;)) but just mentioning

I booked a night here because the place was described and filmed positively by a journalist from Lithuania. I don't really trust this journalist's stories, but this time I decided to check it out because the word "Boutiq" in the name made an impression. Three months have passed since the trip, and I don’t remember anything special about the hostel. It is required not to wear outdoor shoes, so naturally, it is clean enough, which is good. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings. In the lounge and breakfast room, computers and phones were traditionally used by young and elderly hipsters with lattes in their hands. Vegans were chewing something green, they clearly didn’t like our schnitzel. About 5 minutes to the metro. The reception was staffed by smart young people, one of whom, it seems, was Dmitry, who had also arrived from Moldova, and helped us figure out the transport system, so we were not late for the plane and arrived at the airport without any surprises.

An excellent, well-run hostel with a very friendly host. The hostel room was fantastic—spacious beds with curtained partitions for extra privacy, and a large, well-equipped bathroom. Lockers were provided for securing belongings, adding to the sense of security. The lounge area was a great space to relax, offering free coffee, and the kitchen was convenient for preparing meals or storing food and drinks. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtfully designed stay!

The only minor downside was that the room got quite hot at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep. Additionally, the windows weren’t soundproof, so the noise from trams operating late at night was noticeable. However, aside from these small issues, this hostel was absolutely fantastic—well-run, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Incredible value for money. Tea and coffee and cereal available in the common room area all day. In a really nice area, about 10 minutes away is a street with loads of thrift/vintage shops. Whole hostel incredibly clean as well.

There wasn’t anywhere to put lots of luggage, there were a lot of solo backpackers in my room and with no where to store bags - they were just all over the floor. There is a locker out in the lounge but it would be nice to have something immediately in the room.

Vic and Adi were incredibly helpful, and the Vienna Boutique truly made me feel a sense of community. Every piece of furniture there is of high quality. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, oven, and kitchenware like forks and knives neatly stored in the living room drawer. There’s also complimentary coffee, fruits, and light snacks available. The entire place is impeccably clean, with the cleaning lady taking great care to ensure every corner is spotless. Each room has its own bathroom and a designated space to store personal belongings. The roommates I met were kind and friendly, which added to the positive experience. Overall, it left me with great memories!
