the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel had no issues with our dog staying with us even though it is a mid size race.

the parking price is ludicrous, the space is small and narrow for parking.

This was our second time in Arcotel Wimberger and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great with easy access to public transport. The room we stayed was renovated with all the necessary facilities. Great breakfast with a lot of selections for every taste.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that was great and very tasty, though the service was below the standards. We were neglected for 30 minutes, not even the menu was brought to us. Seems that one waiter was lost at his duties. His colleague p.e. came to our table and corrected the utensils set up. We understand that people need to get trained for their jobs but ignoring your customers is not a good practice. An apology and explanation would have been very appreciated.The service though during breakfast was very good and fast.

The hotel location is very good, near to the metro station (only 5min walk) and close to Mariahilfer straße (10min walk). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very diversified and tasty.

I stayed during the weekend and the breakfast room was fully at 8:00, we stayed aproximate 10-15min to find a table and another 10min to take the coffee (the line was very big).

There were a wide range of options for breakfast which was important to me as I am gluten-free. The staff were kind and willing to do whatever they could to meet my needs. When one of the spa facilities was not working, the staff member worked to sort this and was apologetic. It was a delightful stay from start to finish. The spa was an extra charge but still cheaper than I expected. Good location to train and tram, and a variety of shops nearby. I would definitely visit again and I would highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast buffet, and we had no problems getting a table for 5 persons every morning. Friendly and helpfull staff in reception, bar and breakfast restaurant. The location is very good: 500 m from Westbahnhof. Take tram 60 from Westbahnhof to Schönbrunn Castle, or take u-bahn direct to Stephans Dom and city center. Right in front of the hotel you can take tram 49 to Volkstheater and see Parliament, Rathaus and the Votive Church. Also Mariahilferstrasse with lots of restaurants and shopping is near by. I expected some traffic noise due to the location near tram and street, but our rooms on 7th floor was totally quiet. Comfy beds, aircondition controlled in the room. You need to use room key to use elevators. We enjoyed relaxing with a drink or coffee in the courtyard bar after a day of sightseeing.

It’s hard to find things I didn’t like at Arcotel Wimberger. The bed had a double duvet and we prefer singles. But can’t really complain about this, because the friendly staff supplied this as soon as we asked.

The breakfast amazing for a person with no dietary requirements ( they also had vegan options) great coffee. Cakes delicious . Reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. The garden is a nice addition . Clean and spacious . Close to grocery shopping and tram station.but a 30 minutes walk from tourist attractions and nice cafes and restaurants

Wi-Fi disconnected in my room on the second floor even with the receptionist gave me the other Wi-Fi network . No fridge in the room . My room was close to the Main Street so it was noisy at night . But very quite from the other rooms and hallway . Gym and sauna were at an extra 15 € per stay

A clean, modern style, correctly heated and rendered room waited for us. The breakfast was very good, the staff also worked great and they were very helpful, and the step-free access is also very nice.

Two things weren't good that I want to mention here. One is that the remote controller of the TV didn't work, we couldn't even remote control the device from our own smartphone's infrared port. The other one was that in the nighttime I heard a lot of the conversations of the neighbours from both the corridor and the inner yard while I was already trying to sleep, so the noise cancellation of the walls is quite weak. If you wish to come to stay here, be prepared for these things.

The location was great: 5-10 minutes walking from Westbanhoff from where tram, underground, bus or train can get you anywhere quickly (up to 5 stops to city center or Schonbrunn which are in opposite directions); 30-45 minutes walking from the Museum's Quarter or Volksgarten. The Prater is also very accessible (45mins in tram with no change or 25mins with 2 underground lines). Other nice things: (1) The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options (incl. fresh fruits, vegetables, plenty of vegan or vegetarian choices), nice coffee etc. It wasn't too busy during our stay and we were able to find a free table for up to 4 people every morning (weekdays was less busy than weekend). (2) Staff was friendly and helpful. We were provided with a baby cot and the type of room and bed we booked, no issues. (3) The SPA was small but nice, clean, and with a great view (it's on the top floor). We were able to use it almost daily.

Everything was great for our group. We were fortunate not to face any of the issues in other people's comments, thus leaving this nice review. Even the AC in the room was working well enough for 30C outside.

Good hotel. Not very central, but well connected: tram stop just in front, subway station within 10 mins walk - you can get to the downtown in under 30 mins, to the airport within 1 hour, both with little efforts. The room was spacious; the breakfast was fine, though just till 10:00 on working days, till 10:30 on the weekends.

The room did not have a working desk, only a small table, fine to have some tea at, but not comfy to sit to work with a laptop; also WiFi Internet quality was quite poor in the room.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I stay in the hotel, main reason it is because it is easy to reach it, furthermore it has inhouse parking. In front of the hotel there it is the tram stop of 3 or 4 lines and at about 200 mt there it is also metro station. A special mention shall go to "Susan" (Sri Lankan) the barman; we have spent with him a very wonderful evening testing some spectacular cocktails he arranged from his own initiative.

I guess that there should be a little cheaper fare for the hotel guests in the car parking.
