very good location. Courtyard room was very quiet. Decent size room and yes be aware that the shower is in the middle of the room. Beds were very comfortable. good hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Room was a pleasant size.

in light of the fact that the hotel was most likely quite empty (We never saw anyone) it would have been a nice gesture to let us check in early complimentary but we elected to pay to get the room early. Housekeeping was every other day which is understandable but the room did smell like a smoking room and housekeeping didn’t replenished the instant coffee, the bottle of water, didn’t clean the glasses nor the coffee cups. There was some underwear on top of the laundry bag (from a previous guest) when we arrived. Still there after Housekeeping cleaned the room. Still there when we left.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the open bathroom concept. The shower was spacious and well-designed. Our room was on the first floor and all windows could be opened if you need some fresh air. The temperature was pleasantly warm. Location is good, Ubanh is very close like 3-5 min walk so its very easy to travel around city. Airport-hotel was super easy too. Staff was helpful and friendly.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were quite thin, and there were only two of them. The shower could have been cleaner; the corners were dirty, and the drain needed more frequent attention. We also noticed a couple of ants escaping from between the carpet and the wall. These are details you tend to notice later. Overall these issues didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Vienna's Westbahnhof and within-walking distance from downtown. The rooms are well appointed with modern fittings. One interesting feature is that the contemporary shower unit is located right next to the bed, however we did not see any curtains for privacy. The beds are comfy and the room we received was very quiet. Free water and fruit are offered throughout the day at the lobby.

Breakfast is way too expensive, so we opted out. Most of the times, no clean glasses were available at the water station in the lobby, while dirty glasses were filling up the serving table.

I liked how Flemings thought of the "little things", like: - Gratis bottle of water as a refreshment when we arrived - Plenty of towels, which were replaced daily - Water kettle with coffee/tea, which was filled daily - Smooth check in / check out - Amazing staff which filled all our needs

I didn't like: - No fridge, even a small one for a couple of bottles would be great - Would appreciate more pillows, since we each got one, and for my back I would appreciate if there were more

The hotel has a chill vibe that makes it a nice place to hang out. Shoutout to the super-friendly staff - always had a smile and were ready to help. If you're a metro, tram, or train person, this spot is gold. Seriously close to all of them! The bed was comfortable, and the shower was only for couples.

One notable downside was the absence of a refrigerator in the room. On the first day, I encountered a minor cleanliness issue with one of the towels, which was a bit dirty. Another drawback was that the room struggled to maintain a warm temperature. This could be a concern, especially during colder seasons.

The large room with a lot of space to move and relax which also features a wide shower placed in the middle which gives it a touch of modernity. The staff always smiling and helpful who work in a beautiful and elegant building with all the amenities at hand. My dog was also welcomed as a guest and quickly adapted to the new pleasant environment.

Nothing, everything was within and also beyond my expectations. Only the price fixed for the dog allowed in the room is too high in my opinion, they should make guests pay for the final and more accurate cleaning only in case (according to my past experiences, many hotels don’t ask for any extra payment either).

The location is perfect. Everything is near and well connected. 2 mins to Mariahilferstraße; across the street is the Westbahnhof with stores. The longer walk to the city center is totally worth it. The bathroom in the room is interesting. The water and the fruits at the entrance are a kind gesture.

The ladies in the afternoon shift couldn´t find our reservation, so we had to wait for quite some time. Also, their knowledge of German could be improved (we stopped asking question at some point). The staff from the morning shift was, on the other hand, helpful. The pillows need to be harder (we didn´t ask for them).

Every thing, graet location, Great service , there are endless number of resturant and coffee houses in walking distance, and public transpotation. The best deal ever. I will return to this Hotel as my first chiose in Vienna

While this may not pose an issue for couples, it could be considered awkward or inconvenient for others sharing the room. We would especially like to commend the staff at the reception, especially Mr. Ignjat Dimitrijevic and colleagues from his shift... they do their job incredibly well and are very friendly and without any problems they meet all wishes and according to all guests equally 👏👏👏👏👏 we will take this fact into account during our next visit to the city of Vienna and of course the almost certain reselection of your hotel. We would also like to further commend the general management of the hotel, for the maintenance of the facility and its management as it should be, and especially on notifications and timely infiomations through booking.com services. Lovely, large, quiet double room in a large hotel with a huge reception. Excellent staf who helped with our every need and were very friendly. 2 single beds pushed together with very comfy matruses. Bed sheets, pillows and 2 duvets in clunded in room, plus hand and bath towels. Bathroom and toilet in separate rooms within the bedroom. Large shower, with good hot water and good presure. The separate toilet and had extra toilet paper. The room had several table/chet of drawas. A large flat screen tv on one table. Tea/coffee with tea and milk plus kettle included in room. One large bottle of water in room, for extra price. Plug sockets beside each side of the bed. Small coffee table beside each side of the bed. Wardrobe in one corner of room. Rubbish bin in room and in bathroom. Good speed free WiFi. Breakfast available daily for an extra fee. Airport shuttle available for roughly 40 Euros. Hotel a 3-5 minute walk a tram stop, that goes to-from Vienna main train and bus stations (11 stops). The West train station is also near to the hotel. Parking is available at or under the train station. Probably for a fee. Keycard to enter room door and an extra keycard to operate the room's power.

Lobby extremely large. Room a little expensive for 1 night. 2 single beds pushed together instead of 1 single bed. A little far from Vienna centre. Very expensive bufet breakfast.
