This was the most comfortable place we stayed at during our two week Europe holiday. The hotel was very clean, the room/bathroom very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. All the staff members (house keeping, breakfast bar and front desk) we encountered were very friendly and helpful including Alyssa who helped us on check out. There is a grocery store, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful hotel in an ideal location as we could easily walk to the main part of Vienna. The staff were easy to speak to in English and very helpful telling us where to find the tram to get us to the river Danube as that was too far to walk. We prefer to drink tea but there wasn't a kettle in the room. When we mentioned this they supplied us with a kettle and two large mugs. The room and bed were both big and everything was clean and comfortable.

The first time we used the shower the water went under the door into the room. We told the staff and they sorted it out for us straight away. It then worked better but we were a bit nervous about having the tap on full blast in case it did it again.

Did not like having 1 normal mug and 1 espresso cup. If 2 guests should have had 2 of each. Hairdryer totally lets you down, it's so poor. Upgrade Water i know its free which is great but I can not drink sparkling so an option may be nice. Maybe 2 smaller bottles one of each.

Very nice, clean, quiet room. Really big shower with good water pressure. A small fridge in the room was very nice. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked plentiful and delicious with a really nice spread. The employees at the front desk were super helpful, recommending three different restaurants to us - we tried two of them and they both were AMAZING! The one, Schilling, was just down the street, so that was very handy after a long day of travel.

30-minute walk into the city center was fine; I just wish it would've been closer. Also the room was a little pricey - we only could afford to stay during the week because the weekend was too expensive. No kettle in the room so we couldn't make tea - they only had a coffee maker.

The room was small but clean. He met his needs for one person. The lobby staff were very friendly and affectionate. It was ideal in terms of price/performance. If I come again, I can stay. It was a hotel as I expected. It was about 30 minutes walking distance to historical places. It's not a problem for me, but it can be a problem for families with children.

The first night I looked at my pillow before going to sleep and there were insects. I didn't tell the officials this, but if they did, I'm sure they would have helped. They may be a little better at cleaning. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the garden in front of the hotel. It would be better if you sleep without opening the window.

The weekend hotel was amazing! Everyone was very helpful! The communication with the hotel was excellent! We came earlier from 15:00 (time of check in), however the room was ready and they didn't have any problem to check in earlier. The room was very beautiful, clean, comfortable and warm. The towels changed every day and the sheets every two days. The location was also very good! We strongly recommend this hotel! Give it a try! If we visit Vienna again, we will definitely choose the Weekend hotel one more time !

Clean and spacious room with lots of light and nice street view, comfortable bed and pillows (which is important!), great coffee in the room, very kind and helpful stuff, convenient location easy to find, nice and quite neighbourhood, good tram and metro connections to all tourist attractions 10 minutes away. Nearby lots of shops and restaurants. My coffee machine broke and they have replaced it immediately. Also, I left my ring in the room after I have checked out and they have kept it for me!

I stayed for four days I haven't had any problems but the walls are a bit thin so you might hear your neighbours only in case they are loud.

The warm hospitality and care by the staff were exceptional. The room service was flawless and beds and pillows were just like home! We ended up extending our stay by an additional day; and wanted to stay back another day as well but the rooms were full - which speaks a lot already on why they are so much in demand! Trams, metro lines, cafes, shops are all just within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was our anniversary and the staff even left us with a lovely hand written card and sweets! Very thoughtful of them!

There were no closets but would have been nicer

The room was much better than we expected and larger as well. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team—every common area smelled fresh and was spotless, and our room was cleaned daily and there is also an espresso machine where it was restocked with capsules every day we loved it! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste plus The staff was equally amazing—kudos to them for ensuring everything was fully stocked even during peak hours! The hotel is just 30 minutes walking from Museumsquartier while there is train and tube station just 4 minutes.

The only downside was that on the day we checked into the room upon arrival, the shower gel had run out and hadn’t been replaced. Additionally, we used the kit with the cotton buds, but it wasn’t replenished during our stay.
