Could have been a bigger room - we had already stayed in this hotel in a much more spacious room! We need space because my husband is doing his regular daily yoga exercises. We enjoyed the tea/coffee making facilities and the small fridge in the room! Hotel location is just perfect for us! Unfortunately sauna facility is not available any more in this hotel! Very friendly and ready to help staff! We did not have breakfast in the hotel - we considered it was absurdly expensive! There are many other more reasonable priced breakfast offers in the immediate vicinity!

I suggest it would be nice and highly appreciated by the guests if the hotel offers coffee/tee for free in the lobby for the incoming and outgoing guests. A coffee/tee machine with paper cups would be a perfect and a warm welcome/good-bye for arriving/leaving guests this season (cold/rainy winter). I really like the "umbrella rent machine" in the lobby! We stayed in room #459, the beds were very comfortable, good size and clean bathroom with a tub! This room is facing to one of the most busy multi-lane roads of the city and it was very noisy despite the window with modern technology.

Location was great, very near a main station, hence travelling within Vienna was great. Ample choice for breakfast which was very good.

Furniture was a bit outdated for a 4-star hotel. No air-conditioning in the rooms. No kettle to have a cup of tea / coffee. No bar in room was available. Toiletries (eg. showergel) were not topped up during the stay. Keycards did not always work. Lights went out in one of our rooms and technician said that we only had to use EU adapters when infact we use EU adapters as we live in the EU - they knew there was a fault because as soon as I gave room number they knew where the fault was.

Located next to Westbahnhof U Bahn metro station and a tram station and opposite the station mall made it easy to get to and from. Also being a short tram ride from Schonbrunn Palace was a bonus - so location is a big plus. The room was very quiet as it overlooked the internal courtyard rather than the main roads

Having to queue with many others to check in at about 10pm was frustrating (although the guy at reception handled us all professionally and as quickly as he could). In addition, to have to pay 23Euros a night just so the room would be upgraded to include a mini fridge and a kettle did seem excessive. Didn’t try the breakfast as the additional 25Euros per person was better spent across in the mall shoppers area

Our story is that we made the reservation for June 10 to 11, although we actually needed it for June 11 to 12. Naturally, we arrived at the hotel on the evening of the 11th, only to discover the mistake we had made. The hotel staff were as helpful as could be and accommodated us without any additional charges. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center — a longer walk, but a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and we lacked nothing. We’ll probably stay here again during future visits to Vienna.

I have stayed at this hotel before, as it is an easy walk from the Westbahn train station, when I am returning from Salzburg and staying overnight before flying out of Vienna. The Westbahn station has both trains as well as subways, so it's easy to get around Vienna as well. They also have a supermarket (Billa?), which is open on Sundays, unlike many other supermarkets in Vienna. I think I upgraded to a larger room this time and I was satisfied with the room. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I had to leave earlier.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Hotel is located just next to the Westbahnhof Train and Underground Station. Not noisy. We used the U3 metro to get to Stephenplatz & Vienna city centre. Very convenient location. There are lots of shops & eateries as well as Billa supermarket nearby. From Westbahnhof Train Station, we were able to catch an early morning Westbahn train to Salzburg.

Wahzma and Eva at the reception were very nice and helpful. (I have stayed in this hotel before and in probably 10-12 others in Vienna, which is my favorite city.) .

The only thing lacking was something that is usual in Austrian hotels, i.e., water kettle for tea and/or coffee. I sorely needed this when I arrived in a cold Vienna after 6 pm after a long international flight. But for this, my rating would have been exceptional in each category.

Location is excellent! Staff is kind & helpful, they really do their best for the guests! Rooms are nicely furnished and cleaned! We are returning guests for many years, but this was our first stay since Pandemia (COVID-19). We experienced some changes: hotel lobby is nicely refurnished (modern), the sauna is not available any more and breakfast is operated separately from the hotel (inside the hotel at its usual space) by an independent vendor, so price of breakfast is very different (much more expensive) that we used to pay for it before! So we had our breakfast in the close neighborhood!

Sounds can travel. I stayed four nights: the first three were really quiet (no traffic noise) but on the last night,two guests next door chatted into the night (2am)! They weren't talking loudly (so I couldn't really complain) - but I could still hear them through the wall. This is my only complaint about an otherwise perfect stay!

Complimentary tea and coffee making supplies along with the electric pot should have been there. It's quite basic amenities and have to be compulsorily provided by you in all room categories. Also one iron for clothes is required as clothes need to be ironed again after travel and one cannot get all clothes dry cleaned again
