the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel had no issues with our dog staying with us even though it is a mid size race.

the parking price is ludicrous, the space is small and narrow for parking.

This was our second time in Arcotel Wimberger and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great with easy access to public transport. The room we stayed was renovated with all the necessary facilities. Great breakfast with a lot of selections for every taste.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that was great and very tasty, though the service was below the standards. We were neglected for 30 minutes, not even the menu was brought to us. Seems that one waiter was lost at his duties. His colleague p.e. came to our table and corrected the utensils set up. We understand that people need to get trained for their jobs but ignoring your customers is not a good practice. An apology and explanation would have been very appreciated.The service though during breakfast was very good and fast.

I loved the room. The bed was excellent. The wellness space was a nice add-on.

I stayed for three nights and they didn’t clean a single time. Apparently this is their eco-friendly policy. But let’s face it: it’s to cut corners. A hotel of this level should provide this. There were also mysterious coffee spots on the wallpaper, suggesting that a deep clean of the room had been a while ago. Staff took way to long to help guests at the desk and gossip about guests in German if you think they can’t understand you.

I would like to commend Mr. Sith for assisting us so well. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by a young lady at the front desk. While I will refrain from commenting on how she spoke with us, I truly appreciate Mr. Sith’s professionalism and the way he took care of our group.

The initial welcome could have been warmer. It was raining, and our group had 32 pieces of baggage, but there was minimal assistance provided upon our arrival. Thankfully, Mr. Sith stepped in and assisted us exceptionally well. He made sure our group was taken care of, and we truly commend him for his professionalism and support.

The hotel is located outside of the city center but within a short walking distance to the popular Mariahilfer Str. Also, there are a lot of tram/metro options nearby. The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast is large and diverse. There is also a small (but nice) spa for an additional price of €15.

The wifi in our room was bad with a lot of disconnections. The hotel itself is very big and sometimes feels like a train station with many guests arriving and leaving at any time of the day and night. This makes it difficult to contact the reception even for simple questions (since they are always occupied with check-ins). It would be helpful to add more receptionists or at least dedicate one to the hotel guests. The shower was pretty awkward to operate, and our toilets were leaky.

The hotel location is very good, near to the metro station (only 5min walk) and close to Mariahilfer straße (10min walk). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very diversified and tasty.

I stayed during the weekend and the breakfast room was fully at 8:00, we stayed aproximate 10-15min to find a table and another 10min to take the coffee (the line was very big).

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my 6-year-old. The hotel is a bit older but very well maintained and spacious. The room had everything we needed – it was comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. The highlight for kids was definitely the waffle machine and the Nutella dispenser right next to it! :)

The hotel is a bit pricey for its category and it could get bit noisy as we had a room looking at the busy road. Housekeeping is scheduled every three nights, or more frequently upon request. We ran out of tea and coffee in our room and had to call twice before receiving a refill. The breakfast area is not large enough to accommodate the number of guests, so it often gets very crowded and chaotic, especially during peak times. People were even standing at the entrance waiting for a table.

There were a wide range of options for breakfast which was important to me as I am gluten-free. The staff were kind and willing to do whatever they could to meet my needs. When one of the spa facilities was not working, the staff member worked to sort this and was apologetic. It was a delightful stay from start to finish. The spa was an extra charge but still cheaper than I expected. Good location to train and tram, and a variety of shops nearby. I would definitely visit again and I would highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Great place !! Transportation connectivity. Breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended.

We suffered a lot in the check in process. We reached around 12 PM. Official Check-in is at 15:00, hence the receptionist mentioned as Room cannot be available before office timing. But I got to my room at 16:00 , after several requests. I was traveling with my little kid but I had to suffer a lot. Excuse was given as Room is not ready 😞. I really didn't understand the whole process. 12-15 , I can even tolerate as it's officially mentioned but then why delay for more than an hour. Very bad initial impression. Receptionists were also giving lame excuses as old guests are not vacating the room on time.

Good quality overall, nice location, clean room with extremely comfy bed and a big plus for the vegan cosmetics. Food: Wide variety, although the quality depends on the dish. Different types of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, veggies, cold cuts, also dishes served warm (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans...), cereals... There was a large selection of sweet pastries. DELICIOUS coffee, I could make it my whole breakfast, and a nice touch with the self-serve waffle station. Very kind staff serving the breakfast.

The dining area felt a bit cramped. However, the hot dishes could be served warmer—they were more lukewarm than hot. Terrible juices (felt like drinking a liter of juice dilluted with 3 liters of water, really).
