Room was small, not really renovated, but good enough to use the word "comfortable". Breakfast on the other had was very good and staff friendly. Location is perfect close to trams and city center.

- No flexibility regarding bed setup - we requested toswitch from two single beds to one double with a topper or just join them with a bed sheet. It was rejected. Also no room switch possible. Not really nice. - Payment and personal information during check-in. When you are checking in at 11 PM and need to fill out a survey with personal questions (sorry - you have those information in booking or can ask for that in advance) and also pay directly - it could be done better. Why not pay for everything during checkout (additional services and hotel payment)?

Spacious and very clean room (No. 326), quite quiet, large TV in the room, enough equipment for a 3-night stay, comfortable beds, minibar (which can also be used as a mini fridge), enough heat (blower under the window), adjustable according to wishes, bathroom with shower, with instant hot water, clean white towels. The garage was located in the basement of the building, accessible by elevator to the floor where the room was located. Very good price for the facilities offered (in low season), 78 euros per night for a couple, including parking. Friendly staff. The hotel is located quite close to the center of Vienna, with public transport links nearby.

The heating fan made an almost noticeable noise (if it was running at speed 2 or 3), but even when it was turned off, there was enough heat in the room. Speed 1 was not working (no noise was heard). A water heater / coffee machine is advisable to be in the room.

A cozy, nice and clean place, lovely to stay and relax

When we arrived we have been ask if we would like to have breakfast, we said YES and we paid it but in the 2 next mornings we were asked if we want to be added the breakfast to the room because they said we didn't have breakfast... A better communication between reception and the restaurant will be better.... To don't say that when we left I was asked to pay for 2 mornings breakfast which were already paid. More careful on what the clients paid or they didn't - it's not nice to ask the clients to pay again.

We liked that the hotel seemed modern, and that the rooms were cleaned. The location was alright. There was a mall right next to the hotel, and there were many public transportation options available; including a bus that dropped you off at the city center.

Maybe the staff could be more communicative with each other and offer more solutions. I left a small bag in one of their lobby seats, and went up to my room. When I noticed I left it there, I came back to the lobby it wasn’t there, so I asked one of the staff (who was there before), and he said he didn’t see anything. I asked to check the cameras, and they told me only the manager could see them and only on Monday (it was Saturday). Luckily, we asked another staff member, and she told us “yeah, it’s in the office here you go”. The first staff member didn’t even bother to look there.

Was spacious had a free pool table and great vibes throughout. A lot bigger than expected. Nice location however the actual road itself was very dark at night, brothel opposite and a lot of strange people walking around however close to main part of Vienna so good location if you don’t mind walking past loads of crackheads past 8.

The fact we asked for a courtyard view yet didn’t get one, they beds were also two single beds pushed together which did not help as we kept falling down the middle. No kettle and no balcony but apart from that very spacious and everyone was friendly who worked there.

Absolutely amazing artsy hotel! Everything is well thought over to the smallest details. Every floor has a theme (rock, jazz, pop etc.) and is decorated according to that. Even the restaurant (which offers only breakfast) has food names according to various popular songs. The room which we were staying in was very nice, clean and spacious. The lounge bar at the reception has an area where you can play billiards and enjoy some drinks. The hotel is situated next to a shopping mall called Lugner City. About 250m away is a bus station that can take you to the center of the city. All in all, a really nice and enjoyable stay.

This is a fantastic hotel! We truly loved everything about it — it exceeded my expectations, perhaps because I had booked it a while ago and had forgotten the details. The hotel is clean and well-organized, with attentive staff who are always ready to help. Our room was quite spacious, and we really liked it. It had all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was spotless — no mold at all. Special mention goes to the hotel's location: Westbahnhof is about a 12-minute walk away, and there's a metro station nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It was warm, had good air circulation, quiet surroundings, and pleasant lighting.

Beds were not too comfy but that completely does not spoil the impression!

Fantastic hotel, very stylish, well laid out with great facilities. Close to all modes of transport to get you anywhere inside or outside the city. We came early in the hope we could just drop our bags off before sightseeing and our room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Great room, comfortable beds, coffee machine, fridge, a well lit en suite with a large mirror. Great value and I would definitely stay here again.

It's something the hotel couldn't control, other residents smoking in their rooms and the smoke somehow seeping into our room. I mentioned it to the staff as we left for sight seeing in the morning but I guess those people left because we didn't smell it after then. I would maybe ask for a room at the rear of the hotel because the street noise is quite audible inside the room at the front, maybe only an issue if you're a light sleeper like me.

The place was near the metro . Very easy to treavel around . The breakfsst was good and fresh with alot of choices .

I didn't like one of the employees at the breakfast area that came to me . He came with the guestlist and started talking very loudly saying that our reservation doesn't include breakfast . It was very loudly and I felt very unconfortable making that sceen and other people watching . I showed him my reservation by booking app and he insisted on it s own . Than he went to reception to double check it and came again and said it was ok and said sorry . Such things happens and it is not a big deal , I only didn't like the aproach form at me . Second one was that the hotel couldn't prepear our breakfast to go because we had to leave at 4:30 morning . They said at reception they don't have the keys of the breakfast area or kitchen .

Dhoma ishte e madhe dhe e ngrohte. Gjithashtu ishte edhe shume paster . Mengjesi i bollshem, bufe. Recepsioni punonte 24h 😄😄 Diten qe beme check out, bagazhet tona i lame tek recepsioni dhe stafi na tha se mund ti merrnim ne cdo kohe qe do te deshironim! Hoteli ishte afer disa linjave te transportit publik. Per 15min mund te arrije ne qender. Do te rikthehmi serish 😄
