Friendly staff. Good location: within walking distance of the center, but at the same time on a quiet street, everything is nearby. Room had a kettle, a refrigerator, it was clean. Good breakfast, there were some differences on the second day, we liked it, they make sure that the breakfast doesn't get boring. In addition, everything was tasty, the products are of quite good quality.

The building is not very new, renovation would be appropriate. As this not a new building, the soundproofing in the room was weak. Bathroom was very, really very dark: only dim lights near the mirror worked, there was no general lighting.

Location for us was perfect as we walked everywhere during our stay. It is also within a short walk of the underground, trams and bus stations. The room/hotel is not a new modern building and our room was basic but had everything required for our stay. However, it does have plenty of character and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even gave my wife a bottle of wine and a card as it was her birthday (which we had not mentioned to them). The breakfasts every morning are more than adequate, with a very good selection for most people. Plenty to keep us going throughout the day.

In our room there where a couple of minor areas which could of easily been rectified. Damage to doors and handle mainly cosmetic . This did not affect our stay though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was worried about the lack of air-conditioning that particular weekend but the room was quite comfortable as the windows facing the courtyard don’t get direct sun. Also a fan was provided. The breakfast was modest but sufficient.

The WiFi didn’t seem to work properly even when I asked the front desk to reboot. The price seemed a little steep but it may have been due to demand for rooms the weekend of Taylor Swift concerts. Location would have been excellent if the closest U4 stop had been running in both directions.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed. Despite the cold weather, the room temperature was perfect. In fact, we even slept with the window slightly open. The hotel’s location was great—just a 2-minute walk to the metro and tram, and within walking distance of many historical sites. We loved Vienna and will definitely visit again—and when we do, we will stay at this hotel again!

- walls are a bit thin, you can really hear neighbours showering, but nothing else (no talking and etc.) - I know that there's no AC mentioned, but evaluate that if traveling on hot days. Rooms have table fans, but, they don't help that much at night.

Excellent hotel - in the center. 10 minutes from the central square. The hotel is in an old style, which maintains the feeling of the city. Of the disadvantages - no air conditioning. Breakfast is good - boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, yogurts, pastries, some fruits. No warm dishes. The staff is good - they tried to clean the room and changed towels and bed linen.

Amazing place. Very close to the central part of the city and very close to a subway station. Bed and pillow incredibly comfortable, with hot shower. Tasteful breakfast. Cosy instalations. Helpful staff. Functioning wifi. Reasonable price for what it offers, according to Vienna’s expensive standards. Definitely recommend!

The room can get very hot when it’s sunny, there’s no proper air circulation, windows wouldn’t open and there was no AC.

Very comfortable, spacious room, which was a lot better in reality than the photos on Booking.com. The room was quiet. The hotel is very central. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We would happily return here.

The only thing that would have improved things for me would have been a kettle in the room. We tried the breakfast, but wouldn't particularly recommend.

Good location, lovely staff.

It gets quite noisy. Because there is no AC, the window has to be open for air. That, plus fan, make temperature ok in the room, however, the window is facing the road. So it gets quite loud with people walking, talking, occasionally singing. And cars, especially in the morning for maintenance/garbage.

This is a small hotel located in an upscale and safe neighborhood offering convenient proximity to the public communications (tram/subway), city center, restaurants and key tourist attractions. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The breakfast was little expensive but there are a bakeries within a short walk from the hotel that offer a wide variety of breakfast and coffee drinks. The interior is old but in a good condition.
