Nice location, clean and nice rooms, also the common area of the hotel offers various spots to chill, work or meet with someone. Very nice rooftop bar!

The staff didn't seem to be well trained, so they would appear unkind and unwilling to assist, apart from a young man at the check-in who was very kind and cooperative.

Very nice hotel) Comfy and stylish. Good location, also you have metro near the hotel entrance. Room was clean and I was really impressed when I found bowls, bed and toy for my dog. Big thanks) Also hotel has parking, but book it before your arrival. Parking is well secured and warm inside. In hall you could get free water and treats) Hotel staff was cute and nice. And you have an option of self check in/out.

If you're going to Vienna, you must stay at Radisson RED. Conveniently located in front of the river and close to the city centre, I couldn't have asked for more. My room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The mattress and pillows were super comfy, making it hard to get out of bed each morning but, ensuring a good night sleep after a day of sightseeing. The Metro is literally just outside the hotel, so convenient to travel around Vienna in a fast and cheap manner. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure around the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. Ayla and Tamara, at the reception, were always polite and helpful. Last but not least, I cannot praise Yana enough! She truly exemplifies the responsibilities and qualities of her role as a manager and she did her utmost to ensure that I get the BEST experience.

Great location, 5 meters from the metro entrance. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board. Cool cosmetics in the bathroom. Good breakfasts, polite smiling waiters. Rooftop bar with gorgeous views of the Dunay Canal and the city. Slippers and robes are provided upon request at the reception, where cool friendly Spanish guys work. When I checked in, I had a problem with the conversion in my bank (checking in after 12 midnight) David allowed me to make the payment in the morning. For which I thank him specially!

This hotel lays in an excellent location beside a Danube branch in a quiet Vienna District five stations away from town center. The river side rooms have teriffic view, the Metro station is located steps away from Hotel gate, the breakfast id good and the staff is very kind. In weekend nights the roof bar in 8th floor plays good music and serves beer and drinks in a lovely town and river view.

I generally don't feel comfortable in places that lacks the ability to open, even partially, a window for some fresh air to come. This Hotel has the philosophy of the "sealed" rooms and windows.

Very convenient! The subway was right in front of the hotel, so super easy to get in and out of the city centre. We had booked a room with courtyard view but ended up with an amazing view of the Danube canal which was a wonderful surprise and definitely one of the highlights of our stay at the hotel. The room was cleaned well every day, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! A great spread of both hot and cold foods was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. My husband ran the Vienna marathon, and upon request the hotel provided him with a breakfast box so he could eat his breakfast a few hours before the start, which was extremely kind! Would definitely recommend Red Radisson!

Staff seemed a bit moody at times, but were overall pleasant. It seemed to take a really long time for them to check people in. Possibly an issue with their system.

Location is great, breakfast 🍳 is really good. They have great cheese 🧀) Decorating is good from entrance to room.

For the first, in the room you have a coffe machine, tea and coffe but you don’t have a water. and for the water you must ask for a smart machine or you must go down and buy.. Also if you buy water you must find something to open it ;) Bathroom they don’t have core section and when you have shower your towels are wet but no change to dry and pool is always wet and cold. And only bank card you can use. But for traveler it’s realy sometimes hard

My best friend and I stayed at Radisson RED Vienna for a very special reason – the Justin Timberlake concert – and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff were absolutely wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was modern, super clean, and had an amazing view that made every morning feel magical. The food at the hotel was fantastic – every meal was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. This hotel made our concert trip even more memorable, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Location is very good, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was varied and good quality and selection. Rom size is as expected, the rooms have a nice view of the Danube, with seating arrangement to view. Only complaint - WIFI speeds at the rooms on the floors varies wildly from the central lobby. The ratio was close to 1:100 (no mistake) The speed tested in my room was under 3Mb/S while in the lobby it was over 100 times better. I asked to change rooms, and staff did it for me. Overall - a nice Radisson with young vibes, would have been perfect if not for the very solvable WIFI issue

Location of the property is the best side. Metro station which connects you everywhere in the city center is 5 metres away from the entrance of the hotel.

They give 2 glass water bottle as complimentary. I stayed 5 nights and I did not want them to clean my room during my stay but I only asked them to refresh my water bottles but they could not do that. They said complimentary waters are provided at the first day of your stay. So should I check in and check out every day to get water? Btw, one of the bottles already opened and half was drank already.
