--Although a basic room, it was surprisingly nice. --kudos to the woman in the night shift who checked me in. I arrived utterly exhausted and not terribly coherent from a difficult travel day. Just having someone be friendly and helpful made all the difference in the world.

It would have been helpful to have a cup in the room. Water bottles don't really fit under the spigot without spilling/wasting water, and it should be possible to hydrate a bit in the room without going downstairs to the guest kitchen or to buy water.

Excellent location, not touristy but very close to center (15 minutes walk to Stephanplatz). Great food options on nearby Karmeliten market! Rooms are simple but spacious and very clean. This is a great hotel if you just need to sleep/rest/take a shower and head out! If you are looking for pampering experience (spa, elegant lounge, gym etc) this might not be the right choice:)

I was really worried about negative comments regarding the fact that there is no AC, however our room was perfectly cool and breezy with open windows (5th floor) eventhough the outside temperature was 30 degrees.

Great location, close to the Vienna metro/ subway station (U2, U4 lines). Also in walking distance (10-15 min) to the city center. Very good breakfests - highly recommended, especially that there is no breakfest place close by. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff on a front-desk.

You have to pay for an early check-in (but there is a free lagguage stroring place, if you arrive ealier).

Very cozy and clean place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very delicious breakfast. The facility has a separate space for guest (kitchen) where you can safe your food or prepare your own meal. The location is very quiet and close to the downtown or city transportation.

only one minus -no air-condition, at night was a little to hot( the room was equipped with small fans what was helpful)

I was traveling with my parents and we booked a whole room with 4 beds which was very convenient for us, also, the elevator made our life way easier. The room was clean and met our requirements. There was also a guest room on the ground floor where we could make some tea. There were a lot of young visitors in the hotel, so the whole place looked energetic and my parents also enjoyed the liveliness of the whole environment. The breakfast was also nice and decent. The location was also relatively good in the sense that the tram, bus, and metro could be reached by foot in less than 5-7 minutes, but Vienna is a big city, so no location can be counted as perfect.

The room was exactly like the pictures : clean , heated, with towels and amenities . Close to the city centar, and couple of minutes to the U4 / U2 line. The staff is very nice, friendly, helped us to order a taxi to the airport in the morning. I will visit this hotel again.

If I were alone, I would not have liked the neighborhood, as it is very quiet in the evenings. The walls were quite thin and you can hear your neigboors at night, and the pillows were bad.

Great location. A short 15 minutes walk from the city center. A variety of transportation options, metro, tram stops nearby. Restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries in the area. Quiet and safe. Lovely staff. Very clean room, simple and nice decoration/furniture. Comfortable beds.

We loved the hotel. We would like to have a little fridge in the room.

Extremely inexpensive for the quality and services provided. Nice clean, spacious rooms. Relatively central, in an area that is not so busy, yet offers plenty of restaurants and cafes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We really felt very welcome.

The only big remark is the added 25€ per night parking "reservation", although free parking was advertised. Also we've got only two towels for the two of us.

The facilities were fine, room size ok, bed and shower all good. I pretty much got what I was expecting. Parking was close (in the courtyard 10 meters away) and safe albeit a bit expensive..

My only negative was the whole credit card usage even for a bottle of water or a coke, but I suppose this is a generational complaint. Oh I didn't like the pillow, it was a piece of polyester and I missed a real pillow, but bed and blanket were comfortable.

This has it all: great location, neat facilities, good environment and transportation, and an overall nice ambiance. The best was having a kitchen and washing machine available. I would love to come back.

The rooms didn't have AC, but a fan was available, during a hot summer this could have been problematic, but opening the window solved the issue. There weren't any outdoor areas in the facilities, a small patio or outdoor chairs would have been great.
