Beautifully designed huge apartment in whatvwas a lampshade maker's shop. Everything is thoughtfully placed, and i could see this as a long-term stay, too. The location was peaceful yet still close to a few cafes and a 15 min walk to the main touristy part of town on the other side of the river. Great kebab place at a three minute walk too!

Wifi was a bit spotty. And I found it a bit weird to be on the ground floor with the huge windows of a shop front. I'm big on privacy, so I had to keep the curtains drawn always. But if the windows were frosted, I'd have had no problems.

Apartment was very nice and clean, we loved the huge bathroom. The location is not far from the metro station so that's been great as well. There is also a lot of shops and great cafes near the apartment.

Apartment is on the first floor, and because of the huge windows, without the closed curtains, you feel very uncomfortable and on display. We also didn't feel comfortable putting our credit card info again into hotels check in website. Since there is a lot of scams out there, we felt like this step was not necessary, as everything was already paid via booking. They also tried to charge my card again on the day of our check in. Supposedly to authorise my card in case of cancellation, but when they tried to charged me again, it was only a few hours before our stay, so this didn't really make sense to us.

The room was absolutely modern and beautiful. Fantastic location. So strange going up a quiet street and then opening the door on the ground floor and being in the room - but when you step in - it is absolutely perfectly laid out. Beautiful style. Everything was clean and inviting. Wonderful shower. I was especially happy to find a bottle of nice local wine chilling in the fridge when it arrived. I had to be at the convention center - this was the perfect location to stay - only a few metro stops away - I could have even walked - also walking distance to grocery stores and cafes.

ground floor and no people - as a woman traveling alone in a new city - was a bit nervous to go out at night alone - if anyone were to follow me back to my hotel uninvited - no one would know...

Amazing modern and clean apartment with a kitchenette, fridge. Very spacious. Easy self check-in. Location top - 20 minute walk from the city center. Easy access to two metro (ubahn) stations (U1 and U2). Highly recommended if you're coming for the Vienna Marathon as it has balanced access to the start and finish lines (of course depending if the organisers keep or change them). Light sleepers beware: there seems to be an adjacent apartment separated literally only by a locked door, which is close to the bed. We were lucky that people there were only staying for 1 night so we didn't hear much besides that one day but if you're unlucky it could be that you'll have some noise.. Besides that it was totally quiet though. Also the bed pillows are not the best, very thin and flat. Minor things though, it's a brilliant place overall.

Nice place worth the price. The room is spacious and big. The location is convenient. We were given a two-hour late check-out, which was nice.

1. There is no one to talk to, if you need a tissue you have to send an email. Communication is only via email or local SIM, not WhatsApp. 2. The toilet is leaning sideways. 3. I forgot to mention that we were bringing a baby, my mistake - but the hotel said that it was impossible to provide a baby bed overnight and that it would take two days from the day we arrived. In the end, it was provided after one day. I don't think this is right - the baby slept on the sofa one night

Large space. We've never been in an Airbnb so your setup was strange at first but ok when we got used to it.

Toilet door would not close. Lotion did not dispense but it was alright since I can't stand strong scents. Perhaps unscented Lotion and soap per request? We arrived early and had a problem with where to stow our luggage. Other hotels allowed us to stow our stuff with them while waiting for check in time. I understand your unique setup but maybe this is something you can work on.

We loved how the whole apartment looked; spacious, cool, comfortable. The location was amazing even though it wasn’t traditional hotel which is something we should have expected but when person reads all information, they should not have problem finding the room.

It was more issue on my end since I forgot to do check in, however the staff was extremely helpful on the phone. We had trouble unlocking the door and had to push the door towards really hard to get it unlocked. The whole apartment was clean, except for the shower where was mold, which was unfortunate since the shower is amazing! Sincerely the room/apartment is very spacious, which we loved, it was also very cold, but I found the bathrobe and was okey for the night, but for people who are not used to colder climates it could be bigger problem.

A beautifully decorated and well-maintained room in a very good vibrant location. Bonus points for the complimentary tea, coffee, cookies, and wine. The shampoos and body washes provided are among the nicest I’ve encountered in hotels. A lovely little luxury!

I should mention that overall, it was a very clean room. However, there were a few small spots where the details were missed (the corners and a spot on the ceiling where there was a spiderweb). A downside is that the room is on the ground floor. While we didn’t feel unsafe or insecure, this might concern some guests.

The suite was lovely, the bed was so comfortable we'd love to know what the make of mattress is please. Close to cafes, a walk across the canal to city centre or use the U or trams service all close to hand. There is a Spar supermarket a couple of minutes away and best of all a nespresso machine.

Pillows were a bit thin and overhead shower head didn't work. But preferred to use the other shower head anyway so not a big issue. Maybe a towel rail or hook would be good by wash basin.

Well-equipped and well-maintained room, also nice and clean for our arrival. Great location, not far from the core centre of Vienna and has plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby.

Personal preference, but the pillows provided weren't supportive at all. The door took some getting used to opening, some guidance included with the check-in details would be useful for future guests :) But overall, enjoyed our stay, thank you.
