Close to subway, 20 min to city Center by walking. Also clean facility.

Beds and duvets are extra small so if you are tall people they can be small for you

Renovated apartment on the ground floor of a tenement building. The building itself has also been renovated, and entry to the building and apartment is via a code (convenient, as no keys are required). Clean, tidy, peaceful, and quiet. The rooms are large. The rooms had an older air conditioning system, but it worked and cooled the rooms. It was pleasantly cool. The windows have blinds. The bathroom is large and has a large shower. The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the Danube Valley, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, and green spaces. It's a 20-minute walk to Vienna city center. It's a 10-minute walk to the market, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. There's also a pizzeria, restaurant, and pharmacy. There's a SPAR supermarket nearby. We managed to park our car on the street next to the building, but there's a paid underground parking lot 10 minutes away.

The property informed us about the additional fee for the dog, but didn't charge us. Many people travel with pets these days, so not having a pet fee is a big plus.

This apartment was great value for the money. It was in an excellent location, a two minute walk from the Schottering subway station, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk to Karlsplatz in 20 minutes. I enjoyed being in a neighbourhood that allowed me to explore where locals live, and to not be in the thick of the touristy areas. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great (pressure, hot water) and I appreciated having the fridge, kettle, iron and table top fan.

Something for others to be aware of: It was VERY warm in Vienna while I was there and the apartment isn't air conditioned. I was able to keep the room cool with the table top fan and it could have been very uncomfortable without it. Air conditioning wasn't something I thought about, so am mentioning it in case it helps others.

Location was great. Very quiet and safe street. About 10/15 minutes away from the centre. The appartement is as advertised. The beds are fine, the bathroom is small but everything worked as it should and the heating works pretty well. Honestly it was perfectly fine for the price paid.

Our only complaint would be the cleaning. There were still a few hairs in the shower when we got there from the previous guests. Some of the kitchen appliances are full of grime. And most importantly, when we got there, the towels were still wet. Since they smelled good we figured they didn't dry very well after being washed, but it was still unpleasant.

The location was good, close to the metro and buses, and really quiet, but a 20 min or so walk to the tourist area. The single studio is in the downstairs courtyard, so it's very private. The single bed was comfortable. As others have said, the bathroom is just a section of the room enclosed with glass walls. I couldn't get the sliding door to close, but that's not really a problem for one person. The curtain barely covered the window, but there is an external metal blind that could be used. Contact with staff was by message, and they were quick to respond. Check-in information and information about how to reach the apartment was great.

The position was really good and well connected. The neighborood was silent. The host gifted us some buiscuits, tea and coffee. The host was very responsive to my texts. Self check-in

The experience was really good, so this is just to find one flaw: the sliding doors of the bathroom do not fully touch the wall, there is 1-2cm through which you can peak. However, there is a "real" door between the bathroom corridor and the bedroom, so it's still possible to have privacy.

The neighborhood, the hostess, the location were great. The room was very quiet. One night there was noise from the room next door but the hostess reacted immediately and the problem was solved in 5'. The people who run the place are friendly and effective. The neighborhood is safe with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants and even a small market.

I stayed for 6 days but the towels were not changed nor was the garbage picked up during my whole stay. The same toiletries are used by the guests of the apartment. I didn't like that but luckily this time I had brought my own.

Easy access, keyless to check in. Location is outstanding. Safe, quiet, warm for the winter month, excellent heating system. Comfortable clean beds. Takes few minutes to a great farmer's market, wonderful local restaurants. 15 min. to downtown area and museums and 10 min. to the Augarten park. Kitchen facilities were available, esp. coffee or tea on the first day.

The floor did not appear so clean on arrival, could be better. There was a swifter and dust pan we used to clean, which was helpful. Overall, the toilet, shower and beddings were clean.

The property is only 2 blocks from the metro station so that coming home from a ball at 4:30 AM I felt completely safe traveling to the property. It’s also only 5 minutes from a local grocery store, restaurant and pharmacy. It also has a coffee and tea maker so that I didn’t have to buy these from cafe’s in the morning. Room is large enough for me to put down my yoga mat and do my routine without moving furniture around. Property manager immediately responded when I had questions about how to use the entry codes for building and apartment.

The location is great, just a couple of minute walk to a U-bahn station but also restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Easy access to the canal, which was also a pleasant place to walk. The area felt relaxed and safe. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the apartment. The Table Fußball was a real bonus, and the luggage storage facility in the basement was really useful on our arrival and departure days. The electronic information pack was very helpful.
