Close to subway, 20 min to city Center by walking. Also clean facility.

Beds and duvets are extra small so if you are tall people they can be small for you

Location was great. Very quiet and safe street. About 10/15 minutes away from the centre. The appartement is as advertised. The beds are fine, the bathroom is small but everything worked as it should and the heating works pretty well. Honestly it was perfectly fine for the price paid.

Our only complaint would be the cleaning. There were still a few hairs in the shower when we got there from the previous guests. Some of the kitchen appliances are full of grime. And most importantly, when we got there, the towels were still wet. Since they smelled good we figured they didn't dry very well after being washed, but it was still unpleasant.

The neighborhood, the hostess, the location were great. The room was very quiet. One night there was noise from the room next door but the hostess reacted immediately and the problem was solved in 5'. The people who run the place are friendly and effective. The neighborhood is safe with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants and even a small market.

I stayed for 6 days but the towels were not changed nor was the garbage picked up during my whole stay. The same toiletries are used by the guests of the apartment. I didn't like that but luckily this time I had brought my own.

Easy access, keyless to check in. Location is outstanding. Safe, quiet, warm for the winter month, excellent heating system. Comfortable clean beds. Takes few minutes to a great farmer's market, wonderful local restaurants. 15 min. to downtown area and museums and 10 min. to the Augarten park. Kitchen facilities were available, esp. coffee or tea on the first day.

The floor did not appear so clean on arrival, could be better. There was a swifter and dust pan we used to clean, which was helpful. Overall, the toilet, shower and beddings were clean.

The property is only 2 blocks from the metro station so that coming home from a ball at 4:30 AM I felt completely safe traveling to the property. It’s also only 5 minutes from a local grocery store, restaurant and pharmacy. It also has a coffee and tea maker so that I didn’t have to buy these from cafe’s in the morning. Room is large enough for me to put down my yoga mat and do my routine without moving furniture around. Property manager immediately responded when I had questions about how to use the entry codes for building and apartment.

Very comfortable apartment with the all facilities you can need. Location is very good, very close to metro station and other transportation hubs. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bed and mattress are very comfortable. They have baggage storage basement in case you need to store your baggage and walk in the city as much as you need to fit your flight time with your checkin and check out time. Hosts are VERY supportive and do their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Apartment is very clean and cosy. Will recommend it to all my friends and choose this apartment next time traveling to Vienna ❤️

The location is great, just a couple of minute walk to a U-bahn station but also restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Easy access to the canal, which was also a pleasant place to walk. The area felt relaxed and safe. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the apartment. The Table Fußball was a real bonus, and the luggage storage facility in the basement was really useful on our arrival and departure days. The electronic information pack was very helpful.

The shower could be more powerful, it was adequate

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to lots of different things. The wifi worked great. I loved the history of the neighborhood and the building. We also loved that we could leave our luggage for the day after check-out, super helpful!

There wasn't a fan or A/C in the room and it was quite hot at times. The kitchen was compact but has everything you need for simple meals. There was a washer/dryer that you could use for an extra payment but it took a bit of time to get that set up with staff. A more streamlined system for that would have made that process smoother.

The location is great despite it was in a calm location, just 3 minutes of walk from subway. You can enter the apartment whenever you want if you make the booking for the right date, why I mentioned this because I was afraid not to be able to go inside the apartment early morning but everything is ok.

Not very clean, odour of humidity, not very cosy, as not enough dishes , but anyway the price close all this inconvenience, just not expect something special and you will be ok )

The apartments are very centrally located in a lovely town house and we loved that it's a very quiet but also seemingly very safe part of town. To get to the old city centre of Vienna you just hop across the river, it's about a 10 minutes walk from the house. The neighbourhood seems very lovely as well, with cafés and restaurants, but there is also a Billa grocery store nearby if you need to buy anything. The next metro station is really just around the corner so it's easily accessible from the airport or the main train station. The apartment itself was small but very cozy, it had everything we needed. It's ideal for people who spend the day in town and come home only to sleep. But I'm sure you could also make great use of the small kitchen, if needed. The bathroom is nicely equipped and seemed very clean and modern. The communication with our hosts was very easy, they sent the details for the access to the building well in advance and they seemed very friendly and approachable if we would've had any questions.
