Very nice place to stay for couple days. The owner is very careful, I coudn't find hair dryer, he bought new and very quickly brought. The apartment located not so vare frome city centre and underground. Thank you so much for a good trip. If we will come to Vien we will stay again there.

A little more kitchen appliances? but it's not a promlem, it's a wishes for improvement )))

Good locations. Easy check-in. If someone want to eat in the apartment there is a table and chairs so you can easily seat.

Maybe it used to be nice and modern apartament. Now, the curtains in the windows are torn in several places. Not too clean. Hanging cables here and there. Unfortunately it is not cosy at all. We were counting for a decent, nice and clean place to stay for two days.

The flat was clean, the big bed was comfy & there was lots of space for storage.

The additional ‚bed‘ for our child was a fold out chair - it was so extremely hard & uncomfortable that we couldn‘t use it. The kitchen is very poorly equipped.

This is a location with great potential, given its proximity to the Center of Vienna!

Red Flag A: After we booked the location and paid the non-refundable stay fee, the host conditioned the access to the check-in information by registering on an additional platform and paying an additional fee (it does not matter that the fee was small) and providing additional personal information. The above is a big red flag, but we were forced to go along with the charade because we had already paid a non-refundable booking fee. Red Flag B: The location is advertised as having a) high-speed internet and b) flat TV. However, internet access was unavailable, and the host was aware of the problem and falsely advertised the location as "with high-speed internet." I took a look at the previous reviews, and indeed, the unavailability of internet access was not something that started with our stay! It was an element known to the host, and important information was withheld. Since the TV was streaming-platform dependent, that was another false claim (because it didn't work without the internet). The visitors are not curious about the device's physical presence in the room. We are interested in a properly functioning TV or whatever the host offers. I can understand that some things can occasionally go wrong and might be outside of the control of the host/owner. However, in this particular scenario, we are talking here about fraudulent advertisement! We had multiple locations to pick from, and we picked this one. High-speed internet (or at least decent internet access) was essential for me in the context of some obligations I have to attend to daily. Red Flag C: We booked for three people. However, the bed for the third person is not something that most people would call a decent place to sleep. It is just a beach thing covered with thin material; you can feel the metallic elements when lying on it.

the flat was in a nice neighbourhood, close to the city center and a metro station. it was easy to contact the landlord.

never mentioned while booking, i was asked to pay 60 euro deposit before checking in. i paid the deposit. after the accomodation, i waited 28 days for the refund. the flat wasn't clean at all. beds, dinner table, the kitchen weren't clean but worst of all, the rug in the bathroom was beyond dirty, it was awful. it was a terrible experience

The location of the apartment is great. The bed is pretty comfortable.

The WIFI did not work and the host ignored me when I notified the problem. There are very few kitchen utensils.

The apartment’s location was its sole redeeming feature. Conveniently situated, it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

The sofa-bed was terribly uncomfortable and too small for a decent night’s sleep. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust and grime accumulating. Instead of air conditioning, broken fans struggled to provide relief. The shower water had an unpleasant odor, and the promised Wi-Fi was nonexistent. In summary, this apartment fell short of expectations. Unless you’re solely focused on location, I recommend exploring other options.

Location and leaving it

No wifi / internet / tv Fold out third bed was so hard and uncomfortable our daughter had to sleep on our bed. In other words three adults had to share a bed which affected our well being negatively during the stay.
