- Great location - relatively close to the city center and just a few clicks away from Praterstern train station, which offers direct connection to the airport. - Excellent value for money. - Extremely positive and cooperative staff. - Wonderful restaurant offering tasty and fair-priced meals - Clean and neat rooms.

The price,cleanliness,staff the Pizza that you can buy from the on site restaurant. The Location was excellent being walking distance from Praterstern (one of the main transport hubs in the city and on route to the Airport) and the Prater Park + 25 mins walk to most places in the city centre

The temp being 32 degrees during the day, I had forgot to check whether the Hotel had air conditioning.It had a trendy fan to blow the hot about and the room was boiling. I would definitely stay here again ( as have relatives in the city),but just not in July or August. The room had no TV, but then the price was good

I love this hotel. Its was my second time visiting Vienna and despite the huge choice of hotels I decide to stay here again! Its just a stones throw away from Pratestern train station(easy direct access to the airport on the S7), and just a few minutes walk from lots of trams and busses, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and more than happy to help with any questions you may have. I will definitely stay here again when I visit in the future.

That I couldn't stay longer in Vienna!

From the first message of a hotel before our visit till the final “good bye” we loved every minute of our stay here The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The girls who greeted us - Liera and others, thank you very much for making our stay like feel at home ❤️ This place is great value for money! If you don’t mind to walk, then you will not need a public transport to get to the historical center, it’s just 25 min walk to St Stephanie Cathedral. Though the public transport is available just 10 min walk The hotel is cosy, clean, well maintained The room for 3 is big, beds are comfortable and we had all we needed We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel and pizza on the evening is highly recommended! We got upgraded to their suite which was a nice touch. The room was bright and airy, huge and comfy bed. Nice breakfast and great pizza for dinner.

We had quite a bit f water on the floor after every shower. Also it seemed like the walls were made of paper. We could hear every door slam. We also had some young crowd screaming for 10mins on the staircase just outside our room in the middle of the night and the receptionist didn’t seem to care (we’ve been told that the reception is under supervision until 4am). My husband had to get up and scream for the kids to run away. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

The hotel is a bit far from the centre (take the 5B bus to get to/from the train/metro station), but it's comfortable and clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Although it was a room without air conditioning, we didn't get cold because the heating worked perfectly.

We missed a kettle (cold days call for tea) and a side table in the bathroom so we could put our clothes or toiletries on it (the bathroom is spacious and you could perfectly fit a cupboard in it). The hairdryer broke during our stay, but was quickly replaced by the reception staff.

We booked a normal double room and it turned out to be quite large, as was the bed which was two singles pushed together. The beds were firm, which I found to be really comfortable but maybe keep this in mind if you’re not a fan of firm. It was a simple room but it had everything we needed for a short stay in Vienna, after all we were there to see the sights not to stay in the room. We couldn’t hear anyone in the adjoining rooms, or anything from outside really too. It was lovely and quiet. The location was good as it was near tram stops and the U-Bahn so it was really easy to get everywhere in the city. Vienna is huge so having public transport stops nearby was a massive help for when your legs have had enough! The hotel staff were all so welcoming and helpful as well. We had no issues at all!

The room was very clean and big enough, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is OK, easy to get there from the airport (direct train + a 10 min walk) and a few blocks away from tram/metro stations. We also had breakfast there one morning and it was really good (not included, but had special prices for hotel guests).

Our room had wooden floor that was mostly cracking when walking around, the window was not isolating much of the noise outside and the shower in our room was really small. For a few nights stay, considering you go there to visit, not to stay in the hotel room, it was not a problem. But if you really want or need this, keep in mind that the rooms are not equipped with TV, and there's no minibar either.

We visited Babula with family for a city-break. Good public transport (both tram & subway just around the corner), walking distance from Prater. The hotel itself is small, with colorful, pleasant interior. On the ground floor there's a restaurant with great pizza and nice breakfast.

We did not notice, that the rooms do not have AC - and we visited Vienna in the top of a heat wave. That made the room unbearably hot - there was a portable fan in our room, but it helped only a little. The room didn't have a fridge as well - in this weather it would have helped to be able to cool down some water. The second thing was, that in the restaurant downstairs you could pay with Card only in the morning - for some reason, it was cash-only in the afternoons.

Very nice and lofty room with big windows overlooking the neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and helpful and the whole place had a very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Fairly close to Pratenstern and a short walk to the inne city, so easy to get to and from. Very clean and well maintained, can recommend.

Its more of a hipster style hotel. For the traveller who expects international comfort it might not be the best, no AC and a very small elevator. For us it was fine.
