From the first message of a hotel before our visit till the final “good bye” we loved every minute of our stay here The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If you don’t mind to walk, then you will not need a public transport to get to the historical center, it’s just 25 min walk to St Stephanie Cathedral. Though the public transport is available just 10 min walk The hotel is cosy, clean, well maintained The room for 3 is big, beds are comfortable and we had all we needed We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel and pizza on the evening is highly recommended! We got upgraded to their suite which was a nice touch. The room was bright and airy, huge and comfy bed. Nice breakfast and great pizza for dinner.

We had quite a bit f water on the floor after every shower. Also it seemed like the walls were made of paper. We could hear every door slam. We also had some young crowd screaming for 10mins on the staircase just outside our room in the middle of the night and the receptionist didn’t seem to care (we’ve been told that the reception is under supervision until 4am). My husband had to get up and scream for the kids to run away. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

The hotel is a bit far from the centre (take the 5B bus to get to/from the train/metro station), but it's comfortable and clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Although it was a room without air conditioning, we didn't get cold because the heating worked perfectly.

We missed a kettle (cold days call for tea) and a side table in the bathroom so we could put our clothes or toiletries on it (the bathroom is spacious and you could perfectly fit a cupboard in it). The hairdryer broke during our stay, but was quickly replaced by the reception staff.

We booked a normal double room and it turned out to be quite large, as was the bed which was two singles pushed together. The beds were firm, which I found to be really comfortable but maybe keep this in mind if you’re not a fan of firm. It was a simple room but it had everything we needed for a short stay in Vienna, after all we were there to see the sights not to stay in the room. We couldn’t hear anyone in the adjoining rooms, or anything from outside really too. It was lovely and quiet. The location was good as it was near tram stops and the U-Bahn so it was really easy to get everywhere in the city. Vienna is huge so having public transport stops nearby was a massive help for when your legs have had enough! The hotel staff were all so welcoming and helpful as well. We had no issues at all!

The room was very clean and big enough, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is OK, easy to get there from the airport (direct train + a 10 min walk) and a few blocks away from tram/metro stations. We also had breakfast there one morning and it was really good (not included, but had special prices for hotel guests).

Our room had wooden floor that was mostly cracking when walking around, the window was not isolating much of the noise outside and the shower in our room was really small. For a few nights stay, considering you go there to visit, not to stay in the hotel room, it was not a problem. But if you really want or need this, keep in mind that the rooms are not equipped with TV, and there's no minibar either.

We visited Babula with family for a city-break. Good public transport (both tram & subway just around the corner), walking distance from Prater. The hotel itself is small, with colorful, pleasant interior. On the ground floor there's a restaurant with great pizza and nice breakfast.

We did not notice, that the rooms do not have AC - and we visited Vienna in the top of a heat wave. That made the room unbearably hot - there was a portable fan in our room, but it helped only a little. The room didn't have a fridge as well - in this weather it would have helped to be able to cool down some water. The second thing was, that in the restaurant downstairs you could pay with Card only in the morning - for some reason, it was cash-only in the afternoons.

The room was ok, very big beds. We had 2 twin beds and a sofa, which was almost as big as the twin beds together, could easily fit a 4th person. There is no AC but we had a big fan which was enough to cool us during the night. Free bottle of water and sweets awaited us in the room. The location is very good, a 10 min walk to the nearest metro station (which is also a train station, very convenient for airport transfer), we also felt safe walking at night. Many convenience stores close-by (Lidl, Penny). The staff is very friendly, they helped us with anything we needed. They provide you with irons or extra hairdriers if needed. Also they have a room to leave your luggage after check-out till midnight, which was extremly helpful to us because we had our return flight after midnight and we could visit more during the day of the check-out. The whole hotel has a very cozy vibe, being quite different looking from standard hotels. They also have very good breakfast options with free coffee or tea included.

I have to give a minus for the carpet in the room. The whole room is covered with a carpet which had a lot of stains and looked overall dirty. The bathroom floor had wipe stains on it, which made it look messy. And the bathroom sink had some dark spots which wouldn't come off, made it look a bit unkeept.

Clean room; windows could be opened completely; rather quiet for a hotel. All possibly useful facilities in the close vicinity.

The ventilator was sometimes switched on before I came back to my room. Quite pointless to stir around warm air... The room was quite warm (end of June) but anyway, I am not a fan of AC. I reported the shower door, which was not closing properly, and the receptionist said that they would fix it but nope.

We loved the room , very essential and large and the decor , the bathroom is new and cool but I would change the style 😎. The hotel is a modern and beautiful location and decor with some young imprint vibe . There is a cafeteria and a pizzeria inside the hotel area

I would prefer if the hotel included breakfast for the member in the cafeteria. because if you are wrong, taking the menu or they don't know u are staying in the hotel, the price vary a lot . I think for the price of the room will need a breakfast deal included
