I think it's a very good innovation that the capsules can be locked, not just the lockers. Although I slept on the lower level, the new ladders seem much more comfortable.

The metal lockers should be lined with a soft material to reduce noise. Similarly, the capsule doors could be made to close more quietly. Even in the quietest mode, the earphones were very loud; I was worried that they would be heard outside the capsule. The shower curtain does not reach the floor, so water comes out and cannot be mopped up. A bigger towel or extra towels should be provided for such cases. The mattress was worn out in the middle. The pillow was flat. Most of these problems are easy to solve.

It was quiet, the neighborhood is quiet, the other guests were calm and well behaved, nobody made noise during the night. Location was close enough to public transportation and a supermarket. Bed was very comfortable overall.

The capsule doors were very noisy, and I suggest some lubrication to correct it. I also struggled a bit with understanding that I could use any locker with a key on it, because I thought they should be numbered like the capsules and couldn't find my number. Maybe a message explaining that, would be helpful for more people a bit slow like me. I also expected a bath towel and only had a hand towel, but maybe I also misunderstood that.

Everything was clean and efficient. Lockers were available, which was excellent. The pods are really comfortable, and at 6 foot tall, in a single pod, I had more than enough space. A fun stop. All information needed was provided well in time.

There are 10 pods in a room. Some of them double pods, but there were only 2 toilets. This meant waiting for the toilet. There were 3 showers which were good. There was a towel provided, but it was so small it really wasn't much use.

Good value for money accommodation in Vienna, about 15mins walk from the nearest metro station. Capsules were quite new, and of good quality, showers/toilets were new and functional.

I stayed in capsule 3 which was quite comfy but the safety box was not working. I emailed the company who runs the place about it, but nobody bothered to do anything for it. This place runs without reception and without on site staff. You receive door code the day of your arrival. Some people may not find this ideal in terms of safety and security.....

A capsule hotel, the cabins were clean and well maintained. Air-conditioned and with a TV and a safe. towel was provided along with a locker. Clear and helpful instructions were provided via email on how to enter, set up the capsule etc. The bathroom was clean and the shower was decent. Location was pretty good. Could walk to the city centre in about half an hour. I believe there was also convenient public transport but did not require it other than to and from the airport which was an easy journey.

Probably could have done with an extra pillow. No staff on site to request one from. Probably could have got something arranged if I had messaged them though, but not enough of an issue to do that.

What you see is what you get — it's a capsule. Matched our expectations, price was great. The "neighbors" are always quiet and considerate, the capsules are in good shape and the space itself is looked after. I'm 183cm tall and had no problems sleeping or even sitting up to read.

Some lights in the capsule are always on, so bring some masking tape. Overall nothing I disliked had to do with the property. It's a capsule — if you think you'll be uncomfortable sleeping in what is essentially a large sideways closet, don't book it.

The capsules were comfortable, clean and had great features (TV, Charging ports, mirrors, Lights). Bathrooms and showers were clean and with great water pressure. The air conditioning was perfect and staff checked with us to see if the set temperature was ok overnight. Good location, close to the Praterstern Station- easy access to the rest of the city!

The hostel had no kitchen facilities apartment from a kettle (however, this was clearly outlined in the description-just make sure you are aware) but there are lots of grocery shops/small restaurants nearby.

First of all, the place was very tidy. We may have been lucky with our roommates, but it was really quiet. The location was excellent topographically - the Augarten is a walk of a takeaway coffee. And there are two metro stations, each a stone's throw away.

The towels could have been bigger - which doesn't mean they were completely inadequate. It's worth checking the safes after the guests - in our capsule it was possible to open it.

Great accommodation if you need to spend a night or two in the city on a budget. Despite being a hostel, the surprisingly spacious capsules provide a sense of privacy. If gets a bit loud when other inhabitants arrive in the evening or depart in the morning but earplugs are provided and from my experience, the people there tend to act quiet and very polite. Everything is clean too.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that one pair of the headphones in our capsule was not working.

The pods are great for privacy. And even though they don't close from the outside, the safe with the lockers are great way of storing your stuff during the day without having to carry the key with you all day. Also, the showers are modern and spacious which was really nice. Even though I would primarily recommend this place for short stays, it will also work for staying a couple of nights.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the fact that the toilet seat of the men's toilet was very loose. But this should be an easy fix and might no longer apply. Also, a mention to the location. This is relatively close to a metro station, giving easy access to the rest of Vienna. But it is not in a very lively neighborhood, at least as far as I have seen.
