The hotel staff were all super friendly and more than happy to help me if I had any questions. I really couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough they even went out of the way to write down what tube train to catch to the city centre and how many stops it was so I knew what I was doing and the breakfast was out of this world and I also liked how they had some lemon water on the reception desk incase you were thirsty for free I whuld definitely stay at hotel vienna again 100%. And they all spoke really good English which is a bonus for me I was a solo traveller and I really was made to feel very welcome.

Ther is really nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Vicinity to city centre, Prater, restaurants and public transport. A good breakfast, though very continental..super friendly staff and a modern feeling bathroom with some drawbacks.

The bathroom is nice and modern - however it is separated only by a glass wall and glass sliding door from the room. So wether you are in the shower or on the toilet, everyone in the room will know. The bed is not the most comfortable to sleep on, but it does the job. Could be a bit longer for any guests over 180cm. The room key needs to be left at reception when you leave the hotel - it's a bit weird and quirky, but seems to do the trick.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was well decorated and furnished and had a mini fridge which was really handy. Lovely bathroom and good lighting. Bed was comfortable and adequate amount of hangers for a weekend break. Great variety and choice of food for breakfast. Super clean and well presented. Compliments to all the wonderful staff for making everything so enjoyable.

No A/C. We went in late June and A/C was needed. Fans was provided by the bed BUT the rooms really needed A/C. It meant that we weren't able to relax and cool out after an afternoon of sightseeing OR have a good night's sleep. Lack of access to an iron.

Hotel location is brilliant - the Station/Tram/HoHo Bus (Blue Line) is no more than a 10 minute walk. Hotel itself is extremely comfortable and front of house staff are knowledgable, courteous and accommodating. Ingo deserves special mention as he went above and beyond in "guiding" us through our first visit to Vienna. The perfect "Mine Host"!

We stayed for 5 nights and there was no drawer space available so we had to live "out of a suitcase"! Whilst the hotel provide a perfectly acceptable continental breakfast offering, there is no evening restaurant available - I know that we would have had a few meals at the hotel had the facilities been available.

The hotel was very nice. First of all, good location near Prater and the railway/subway to get where you want. The rooms were quite simple, but actually had everything you needed. The bathroom had plenty of supplements, very handy if you have forgotten something. Breakfeast was good, in buffet form, with a variety of things to eat (from eggs, over bread to fruit and viennoiseries). And finally: very friendly and helpful staff! You really get a personal treatment from them, whether it is check-in, general questions or at the bar.

Unfortunately rooms have no airconditioning. It helps to close curtains and open the windows to cool down surely (that worked for me), but maybe for some people it would be too hot.

Located in a quiet street yet close to everything. 15 min walk to the centre which was convenient. The bed as huge and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel are the two staff we've had the pleasure of meeting, Ursula and Ingo. Upon check in Ursula was very welcoming with a smile on her face always. Speaks 5 languages which is extraordinary for customers coming to vienna from all around the world. Showed that she really cared for customers. If you have the pleasure or meeting Ingo, he will brighten up your mood with his sense of humour. He was very knowledgeable and told us what tour to take which was the highlight of our trip. Rooms are good but the staff make this hotel better.

Not many choices for breakfast. Most importantly no rooms have air con. The room had two small fans which made the room hotter when turned on. When we were there it was extremely hot, so you can imagine how hot and sticky we felt the whole time during the day that we were there. We avoided being there in the day due to this. We understand that buildings in vienna don't normally have air con but the owner should really invest in portable cooling for its customers as this is the only thing that will prevent anyone from coming back is summer. Felt bad for the staff having to explain themselves as to why it's so hot in their rooms and copping the awkward conversations with customers.

First of all, the location is great. Prater is only a few minutes away. Praterstern station is located near by, which connects you to the rest of Vienna. Supermarkets like Lidl or Penny are around the corner. The reception staff speaks fluent English, so if you're a foreigner, you'll have no problem getting along. They are friendly and helpful, so don't hesitate to ask them anything. The room was clear and well prepared. It contained everything you would probably need on holiday. The generous breakfast added a decent finishing touch to the whole stay.

The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling.

Location, friendly helpful staff, excellent hreakfast, lovely room and bathroom.. overall very satisfied just a couple of negatives as detailed below.

No air conditioning, - probably due to heritage rooms etc , was very stuffy first night dur to weather - did get a small fan on request which helped. Coffee / tea facilities in room were not replenished daily, apparently only available on arrival. Personally if I pay the same rate for each night, I expect the same each day , and was a bit surprised at this policy. Extra supplies for subsequent days were available for a small fee.....I would change this policy as it appears penny pinching and not shat I have experienced at all other hotels I have stayed at.

the room was good and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good and polite staff.

On the hotel site it is written that Private parking is available. However it is too far from reality. To park my car I have had to pay 12⍷ per night, and after to look for the available parking place along the streets around the hotel. Just my experience. It may be honest to say on the hotel web site that parking fee is so&so and the parking place you will have to find yourself.

The evening manager was very welcoming, he also facilitated our booking of sightseeing activities, and was an absolute delight to chat with. Location was ideal. Room was clean, all staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The parking lot was full so we had to pay for on street parking, but the staff was very helpful in guiding us and advising us about rules. No complaints.
