This is a good ‘country style’ family hotel in an interesting part of Vienna (.02 district) , with a variety of mostly good quality places to eat . The hotel was clean and comfortable , with the breakfast in particular generous , bio-based and. very good. It’s also close to the U Bahn (underground) train network , which is generally fast and efficient in Vienna .

Nothing to dislike in particular, this hotel is a comfortable , cosy 4-star hotel . Our only comment might be that it adopts a policy of charging for a (slightly) later checkout where many other hotels are more generous and accommodating . Our room was ok , older style Vienna, and would advise rooms away from the busy main road if possible. Value for money is relative , as prices are generally high in Vienna , particularly when major conference or holiday events are happening : hotels take advantage of the influx to raise their prices ,sometimes significantly .

Loved this little hotel near the Nestroyplatz. Great location and very easy access to public transport -- the U1 stop is a block away. A short walk to the Prater and to the First District; bakeries and a gelateria are nearby. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable -- bottled water, tea and coffee, welcome candies, a well-stocked minibar, a water-saving shower and large bathtub, and a towel-drying rack. The breakfast buffet features a large variety of breads, jams, crepes (Palatschinken), fruits, smoothies, sliced meats, cheese, eggs, pastries -- I'm probably forgetting something. A typewriter in the lobby is a cute feature. Although it's on the busy Praterstrasse, the no-honking ordinance of Vienna made it a very quiet stay. I would definitely book this again.

Loved the family size room, it was spacious and the beds were really comfy. Room was cleaned daily. We appreciated the natural materials used in the room. The location was great, ten minutes walk to Prater park or kunst haus, ubahn just nearby, easy 20 min walk to stadtpark. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was too expensive for what it was, we considered ordering it but went to check it out and were disappointed. It would come to over 60 euros a for a family of three and there are plenty much nicer options nearby (lots of coffee places, goldener papagei etc). This breakfast should either be included in the price or be much cheaper. Generally the reception area could be more welcoming to guests. There is a tub of elderflower water which we did not enjoy much, but it would be nice to be able to hang out there for a bit. The lamp on extra bed got very hot, so needs to be checked out.

First of all, the staff were very nice and helpful to me before, during and even after my stay. They responded to all of my requests quickly and kindly. The room itself was very nice, clean and spacious. The location is great, not in the center so it's not noisy but just near a metro station that gives you easy access to the city centre. In the street itself there is also a variey of good places to eat if you don't feel like going far.

I was on the 6th floor and the Wifi kept on disconecting. Personally I didn't find much to eat at breakfast. there were things to choose from but I was missing an omlet or scrambled eggs to complete that.

One of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! The hotel is situated as well in a very good location, close to the city center (15-20 minutes walking distance, 5-10 minutes with the metro). The personal was very friendly and helpful. The room clean and tidy.

The wifi didin't work as expected, but it is probably that I was traveling for work, and had some video calls to do and streaming live conference to watch, so for that the wifi was too weak, but probably on a vacation for a daily use, that wouldn't have been a problem.

The hotel was super nice, the room very big for three people and absolutely no issue whatsoever. The breakfast area was cozy. I wouldn't say there was a huge choice for charcuterie, and there was no hot food let's say, but cakes, bread, coffee, tea, fruits and cold cuts was very abundant. So it's the hotel's choice and it's completely fine.

Unfortunately during our stay the hotel was being renovated and our windows were completely covered by a plastic film which didn't allow for proper ventilation from the outside (quite not nice) but it's just a temporary problem and it will hopefully get solved soon. They offered us free drinks and discounts for the issue so that's not a big deal.

Beautiful spacious room (we stayed in the Schonnbrunn suite), with separate bedroom for the kids, very attentive for our 1 year old, providing a baby bed, a change cushion and odor free deposit for dirty dipers, all without additional charges! Fabulous! The breakfast is legendary, creative, surprising, healthy and high quality! Majestic! The people at the lobby were awesome! I was offered a free glass of wine in the late evening, and had great chats, that simply made my day. The location is great; it is from walking distance to Prater and right next to a metro step, taking you anywhere in the City you want to! In the same street of the hotel, you can find good places to eat and shops to buy you stuff that help you through the day. The parking places from the hotel are advisable, as it is challenging to park the car elsewhere close to the hotel. Beautiful hotel for a family with small children!

Hardly any comments, the only thing I could think of is the price of the parking spots; it is €26/night which gets pricey if you stay longer

Smart and Generous excellent place I can easily understand why it is so highly rated. The room is cosy yet spacious and smart. The bed is exceptionally good! The location is good and easy. The breakfast is rich with lots of delights from all kinds. But what’s most felt is a great stuff with lots of will and capacity to do the best. It can easily felt that it’s managed with a big heart and lots of wisdom. Thank you.

There is some renovation on some parts of the outside building right now. The stuff knew how to handle with it in a good maner and I’m sure it will be even better when done.

It's the second time i'm staying at this hotel. The location couldn't be more convenient—it's situated right above a subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. (tip - use the elevator from the platfrom to get meters from the hotel's entrance. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each morning. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!
