Loved the breakfast, we got a free room upgrade as well which was a pleasant surprise and we were able to check in early which was great. Hotel is very comfortable and staff very friendly. It has a nice laid back vibe but all home comforts are there and excellent transport connections but away from the chaos of the centre. It felt relaxing despite being in the city. We walked back from the main centre (St Stephen's Cathedral) in about 20-25 minutes one night when the tram wasn't running, but usually we got the tram which is 10 minutes north of the centre and then about a ten minute walk from there.

I stayed in a single room and was worried the bed would be super small but it was almost as big as a small double. Location although not in the innerstadt is really good next to the station and quick to get to the centre. The Vienna transport system is super easy to navigate. The hotel is on a quiet street so very little noise. Breakfast was buffet style and exceptional. You can store the luggage in a locker unlike most hotels but make sure you have a 1 euro coin.

I was there on a holiday weekend so it could have been the prices were high as a result but it was a lot of money just for a single room and although it was great, I’m not convinced it quite justified the price.

The hotel was nicely decorated and our room was comfortable. It was a little small with the fold out couch in use but still nice. Breakfast was really delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close and convenient to multiple public transportation options. I'd recommend staying here to others.

The room could have been a little larger for 4 people. My parents had a room that seemed larger than ours and it was a two person room.

Breakfast was very good with a large choice of items. Food was fresh, coffee was good and items that were finished were quickly replaced by staff. Our room was provided with a plate of fruit and we also had coffee and tea sachets too. Beds were acceptable and comfortable enough.

No sink in the toilet. If another person was washing in the adjacent shower room were the sink was located one had to use the bidet to wash hands. We were provided with a small soap to wash our hands at the sink, this was usually taken away without a replacement. The first time I went to reception for a replacement which was provided. The next time I gave up and we shared the bottle of liquid soap between the shower and the sink.

Beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, high quality bathroom fittings. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold food including a selection of spreads and breads, vegetarians are catered for.

As a non-smoker (never) I found the omnipresent odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel very unpleasant. This was despite the hotel’s instructions to smokers to smoke outside. The smell of smoke was even in my bedroom. About 10 steps to the reception area but staff were helpful getting my suitcases up those steps. A gym or other exercise room would be nice.

Staff were polite and helpful. We had a small issue with a leaky shower, which was fixed immediately after reporting. Breakfast was delicious and varied, freshly prepared and restocked throughout the morning. Added benefit of breakfast being available until 11am, so there was no need to get up very early after a long day. The bedroom was spacious and airy, with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with plenty of towels. The complimentary toiletries were excellent and plentiful, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were a 5 minute walk from both the metro station and the main train station, as well as buses and trams which we didn’t use on this occasion. Using the metro, we were able to get to every place we wanted to visit within 10-15 minutes.

The room was very warm, even with the windows open, but it didn’t spoil a wonderful trip.

The hotel is wonderful! Everything is clean and neat, with a cozy courtyard. The location of the hotel is good: we walked to the city center on foot and did not use public transport, but probably for some people it is a bit far. But there is a large transportation hub right next to the hotel. The room was in excellent condition, everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. The room had everything we needed. We refused from cleaning. As a bonus for this we were given vouchers for 5 euros / day for the bar. We were happy to take advantage of this. The breakfasts are very varied and tasty. Really liked the selection of cheeses. The staff is very pleasant and always tried to help. Special thanks for the little birthday present! It was very nice and unexpected. 😊

It would be great if the amount of dishes corresponded to the number of guests (we had 2 mugs for 3 guests). The staff member who stayed late in the evenings was not very friendly. Despite the fact that the menu states that the bar is open until midnight, also this information we were told at check-in, this staff member did not respond to multiple bells from the bar after 11pm one day and when we came up to him said the bar was closed. Another day after ignoring the ringing bell for a long time, he took the order with annoyance and was visibly telling us that this was the last order so we should call it a day (even though it was about 40 minutes to 12). Just because of this I'm lowering my review by 1 point.

Nice, peaceful and a very clean Hotel! We had an incredible stay. Very friendly and pleasant people in the staff, especially the Polish girl at front desk (don't remember her name, sorry) Value for money and wonderful useful location, not far from the center, walking distance to the nearest metro station, 2 stations up and you are there, in the heart of Vienna. Very comfortable and 30-35 minutes drive to the airport. Nicely located, everything in the vicinity or not far from the hotel. Thank you Guys!

Breakfast could have been more vegetarian friendly :)

The hotel was excellent as was its staff. The location was just 4 metro stops from the center and the metro stop was just a 5-minute walk away. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean with all the amenities and particularly warm for the season. The breakfast was very good. The most impressive thing was the decoration of the hotel. Many congratulations to whoever was involved in giving this image to every corner of the hotel. From the rooms to the public areas. Perfect and best value for money, choice . I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect for the huge fun park at Prater and especially for access to public transport by train to the airport, underground stations and trams. The staff were excellent! The bar is small ans was quiet when I was there and has a small selection of food although there are many restaurants in the area to choose from.

I would have liked a double duvet on the (comfortable) double bed but this is only a tiny complaint. The bed was very comfortable and it was one full bed, not two singles pushed together, just single duvets.
