-Room was as expected, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, nice AC. Bonus, a gym and sauna! -Location was fine, 2 metro stations near by, even a bus stop was just outside the hotel! Better to buy a transportation pass. If you like to walk you can reach out main landscapes in 20 mins. -Did not use the breakfast option, to be honest I think it is a little over priced, however the best happy hour. from 9-11 was excellent! -In general, I recommend this hotel.

The only thing that disappointed me, was the attitude of a male receptionist guy who didn't help me AT ALL to buy a transportation pass. A very kind and helpful girl helped me the day before even printed the pas for me. I returned to my room, picked up the printed pass and showed it to him, but still he said he couldn't do it. Very rude!

Very comfortably placed, near tram and metro stations. Plenty supermarkets, cafes etc. Beautiful large park close. Perfect location. The staff is perfect also, polite, ready to help, kindly and friendly. The room was as expected. Comfortable beds and clean linen and towels. Very quiet place, or with good sound insulation or adequate people :)

In our room 138 (ground floor) the was no windows only door and only or fully opened or fully closed so you need to use the conditioner all the time and if the weather is fine much more better a window but for 4-5 days is not awful. There were some minor problems with the drain in the bathroom, water flows out of the shower if there was a lot of it and there was nothing to collect it with. Maybe if we asked at the reception they would have found a solution but this is a problem in the design of the drain.

The hotel was about a 20 minute transfer in a Uber which was about 30 euros & a 10 minute walk to the city center so location wise it was great. Room was quite modern with a lovely bathroom area, the shower was nice & hot with fresh towels changed daily after whatever you used! Also a Hair dryer in the bathroom! Safety deposit box & ironing board in the room with a decent sized TV on the wall also! We didn't have breakfast as we ate on the go so not sure what that was like but i think it was 20 Euros each per morning! Room was cleaned & beds made daily so cant fault the hotel at all. Reception Staff were also really friendly so all in all the Hotel was great!

Room got a bit to warm on a night & when the stat was turned off it still stayed warm so not sure what was wrong with that. Didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open as there is a mezzanine flooring going all around the inside of the hotel so everyone who has a room could potentially walk around so I wasn't comfortable with that although I do understand its probably due to fire regulations!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which boasted an excellent location within walking distance to the city center. The hotel was situated in a quiet and convenient area, also easily accessible from the train station, which made our arrival and day trips particularly easy. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, albeit a bit simple in design, which suited our needs perfectly for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the heart of the city.

Nice clean and spacious bedroom, away from noise but close enough to Vienna centre, about 20mn walk from city centre. There's also eating places almost on the doorstep by the river, and cafés nearby if you want to avoid 24€ breakfast at the hotel itself. Lovely staff at reception and bar.

Fitness room not quite what we expected, but still considered as a bonus, there's also a sauna room and a relaxing area which is impressive.

Really great location - 15/20 minutes in to central Vienna by foot and 2 mins to a number of metros on the U1 and 2 lines. Travelled alone with my 12 year old daughter and we felt safe and secure at all times - in the city and at the hotel. Hotel is near a couple of main roads with a lot of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the breakfast, I paid for this at the time of booking and don’t think it was as much as it would be if you paid at the hotel - plenty of choice, not too heavy and enough variety. There are restaurants around locally and a number of amazing pastry shops for those that don’t want to have breakfast at the hotel - however it suited us to eat there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We weren’t in the room much - we didn’t use the tv at all. WiFi was good, the room has a nice space for hanging things but is generally on the smaller side but fairly standard as a twin room in the city centre. I would definitely return here on another trip to Vienna.

The location is perfect. Everything a tourist might need is within 50-200 meters away from the hotel. The access to public transport is easy. The area has friendly neighborhood vibes. The hotel might not be close to an important museum or a historical landmark but with public transport most of them are less than 20 minutes away. The staff was polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast area is nice. There was also some good variety in breakfast but I limited my food options to what I already knew. The room was clean and spacious.

While there was a smart TV in the room, the Netflix app was not available at all times. Another thing was the room temperature the last day. It was really hot. I had to use the air condition to balance the situation.

Great location, well connected to U1, trams, 10 min walking distance to Praterstern train station. 100m to a Billa grocery store, a few bakeries, restaurants, and bars. 20 min walking to Vienna city center. Clean hotel, normal size double room, very warm during winter time,nice bathroom, The cleaning crew did a good job every day, nice and helpful hotel employees.

I would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room with some coffee pads or capsules. ( There was a water kettle, instant coffee, and tea,though).

I liked because it was clean, the spacious room, the position of the hotel in according with the touristic objectives. It was a quiet place, 100000/10. The price was amazing in according with the facilities, position, you have stores close to the hotel, bars. If you to park, you can do this 5 minutes away of the hotel (11 euros, you can ask the person from the hotel, you can save money because the hotel parking cost 24 euros)

The house keeping staff were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it was the hottest weather and the Aircon didn't work as well. But the Staff got me a stand fan and it worked very well. The location was very convenient. Close to the U1. And just a couple of stops away from the sights. There were plenty of interesting shops within walkable distance as well as a supermarket Billa.
